This is a really fun place to stay. It's close to the beach and sits on a boardwalk with a bunch of weird shops and some good restaurants. The buffet was good, and my kids loved the variety. The room was big and clean. The staff was very helpful as well. You do have to park off-site if you don't want to pay for parking, but it wasn't a problem at all. We will stay here again when we return to Spain!

Twenty years of a regular tourist and this is not a hotel I would return to.
Rooms need updating, many overheard complaints at reception and for a 4* I’ve never seen such a poor food selection. The look of guests faces said it all. Disappointing.

Just all in all a good room and service, only complaints is that i asked for a triple room with a double bed and a single and instead got 3 triples, also very unique design with an open shower however not appropiate if travelling with family. All in all good hotel with amazing amenities, gotta try the breakfast buffet!

Location was good with beach a stones throw away and rooms were kept clean. However food was cold and bland so we ate out a lot.. breakfast was a bit better than evening meal. When we checked in there were no towels in the room and spilt ice cream from the last guest on the balcony. We were told we had to move rooms mid stay then given the wrong key several times necessitating running up and downstairs 3 times late at night with a young child. Then the next morning when we eventually did move we were told we didn’t have to after all and we had to return to the original room. Such a faff and staff weren’t helpful. Electricity went out one night too.. Check in also took forever and it seemed there was constantly a huge queue at reception so it was tricky to get the multiple issues we had resolved. Very small amount of food on offer for a large number of guests meant it was always cold by the time you queued up/waited for everything (microwave was there for this purpose which said a lot) and the staff started clearing food away 15 mins before end of service times and actually pointed at their watches and told a group of elderly women to leave at 10am etc. very rude. We found Meal times were awful to be honest with the lack of tasty warm food and queues and general

A modern, clean hotel with a great location near the beach. Me, my husband and our 15 year old daughter stayed at the hotel for 16 days and we were very happy about our stay. The staff was super friendly and service minded and always smily. We stayed at the building next to the reception and this was a bit more quiet than in front of pool. We had half pension (breakfast and dinner) but we were able to choose lunch instead of dinner whenever we wanted to so we ended up doing this. All eating/buffet is indoor so we wanted to have dinner outside and Malgrat de Mar had many good restaurants to choose from. Breakfast has everything you want and there are show cooking where you can order pancakes, omelets and eggs. The buffet has yoghurt, fresh fruit, granola and bread. They serve free cava and wine at the breakfast. Lunch buffet is also good and there is a lot of options every day. Since it’s indoor it is quite noisy so would appreciate the ability to sit outside. There is a very small gym with a very few options. Our daughter bought a 10 day membership at a nearby gym for 50€. The cleaning is top notch and we had a lot of clean towels every day. Unfortunately there are no coffee or tea options in the rooms but since we read that in advance we brought a kettle and coffee from home which worked out fine. Air condition was very good and the bed sheets were surprisingly comfortable and good.

We have been to this hotel on numerous occasions it’s modern in a good location and the staff are friendly and it’s mostly couples and family’s not loads of drunken yobs

We enjoyed our time here a few things need updating a little but not much. The food was great we love trying new things. The entertainment was brilliant as where the staff. We will be back again

Everything from the room to the staff was great! Good views of the beach, good size pool with lots of beds and brollys. I have nothing to complain about, even the buffet changed every night so good selection

Prior to arrival I requested a double bed and got 2 separate beds. I asked the reception for king sheets and they quickly came and made one big bed for us. I appreciated that. Bed was comfortable, and room was clean. The view from the room was awesome. Lunch and dinner are ok, could have been better. Think it would have been better if they cooked more regional meals. Staff was super friendly and professional, and there was entertainment every night. Overall we had a great stay.

We have now stayed at this Hotel 3 times it is very modern inside and spotless the pool area is ideal and plenty sunbeds on two levels only issue on this visit was that the promenade outside the front had all been ripped up and was under construction but we heard no noise or disturbance so I would not let this put people off as in a couple of months it will be finnished and it is the first section to be done so it should be amazing.

Excellent location to train, beach and shops. Staffs are friendly and kids like the buffet meals. Highly recommended to all family with kids. Definitely will come back again.

First time I have booked with Expedia and my contract gave me a cost in euros and the conversion rate in sterling. Nothing too complicated about that, however when the final cost was taken from my account it included an Exchange Rate Mark-Up of 4.75% I have queried this with the Hotel and Expedia and they show no interest other than telling me its not their concern. I tried to pay the total amount quoted before I stayed but it was not allowed. Clearly, based on the experience with this hotel (and Expedia) they are now on my black list. The Retail Dispute Team of my bank have withheld the payment and tell me that this is wrong and it will be sorted. We all spend time abroad, in Hotels, and generally without this problem. I say again CHECK & CHECK again because this is a one-off that I have not experienced before and if it happens to you far too much time will be needed fighting your corner

Stayed here when over for the Spanish Grand Prix. Well situated, Rooms very spacious and comfortable beds. Staff are excellent and went out of their way to give me directions to the race course. Food wasnt always the warmest but I always got something to suit the pallet. Overall a nice hotel and I would go back again.

Our stay was really good. We enjoyed every minute of it! The location of the place is strategically placed, accessible to shops, restaurants, train and most of all walking distance to the beach.
The hotel buildings are behind the shops in the pedestrian area and there's a small clean alleyway going towards the reception. The hotel was clean inside and out. The staff were very nice, pleasant and helpful.
The facilities were good too. Their entertainment and bar area were sociable too. We've met people from the UK, everyone seemed to be enjoying and relaxing themselves.
While we were there, we've explored Barcelona and Tossa de Mar which were withing 2 hours travel from the area. Combined tickets could be bought from the Rodalies train station.
I highly recommend the hotel, we've been treated like a valued customer. On our last night, they celebrated Tourist Day, sangria and cava are offered for free the whole dinner. They served special dishes too.
Only thing that didn't make us comfortable was the bed, it was 2 single beds instead of a double bed. We didn't make a big fuss out of it because the whole experience was good anyway. It could have been mentioned to the staff.
Overall experience, highly recommended hotel.

Over all our stay was great the staff go out of there way to help you. Cleaning staff are amazing and help sort out any room cleaning problems you may have courses. Food was good too. Will be going back next year.

Excellent hotel.with fantastic hospitality.Great sundecks.Food throughout the day.and of high quality.Drinks on the All inc....again good quality.Only slight downside is the all inc starts at 11am.....so no fresh coffee or bottled water given to guests.Also could do with another quiet lounge in an evening....the music and games not to all tastes.
