When I arrive to hotel on the front desk, lady, tell me they don’t have my reservation from hotel.com after over our check was going down with my reservation talking to people from hotel.com. I end up sleeping in my car thank you hotel.com. I wish your people are gonna have the same experience when they’re gonna go somewhere.

No television, stayed there twice tv's not working. Check in was always after 3pm. Not a good place. This was my last resort. Otherwise i would have to sleep in my car.

Omg, i couldn't check in till almost 4pm. They had to use a crow bar to open my door. So i couldn't leave. And the servi e desk didn't seem to care. Very bad experience

Upon check-in I was given keys that didn’t work twice and then the third time they worked but there was already someone else in the room. The room was not very clean and trim behind the toilet falling off with visible water damage to the wall. Very noisy at night with dogs barking and extremely loud music playing.

First off there was no key pad access to the room the attendant had to open with crowbar.The noise from the parking lot was insane at 12am the attendant even walked around there to retrieve a bottle of beer from the partying check ins.lastly the room reeked of stank trash I will never stay again

The room smelled like cigarettes and had me coughing throughout the night. Couldn’t get the tv to work. Just said “no service.” I was displaced because of the storm and my home didn’t have power or water. It was a place where I could go with my dog.

This must be a joke! You’re asking for a review at a hotel I was turned away from post hurricane! Made the reservation, traveled long distance, showed up just to be told they gave my room away! The front desk guy couldn’t even look me in my eyes to tell me there were no rooms left. I had no place to stay and no gas to travel to a vacant hotel due to gas shortages. ZERO communication and lack of management. Zero Stars!

Reviews on this place is exactly right bad place. It’s a con to say and show you a room and when you get there it’s totally different. No tv , mold in bathroom ceiling, beds dirty. I left couple hours after getting there and they trying to keep my money for 3 days when I was only there couple hours.

Lock on door was broken and they had no other rooms. Why offer the room for extended stay if unable to secure. Staff were friendly and tried to help, but I couldn’t access my room without a master key that staff had to bring each time I entered. They changed my room three days later, but it was extremely inconvenient.

EVEN KNOWING THAT THEY HAVE RENOVATED SOME OF THIS PROPERTY RECENTLY THERE WAS NO TV REMOTE ON MY ROOM THE TOILET WAS NOT COVERED LIKE NORMALLY I USED TO(SO THANKS GOD THAT I DIDNT HAVE TO USED IT) THERE WAS A FINGER NAIL ON THE NIGHT STAND, THE BEDS ARE REALLY BAD NOW BEC IS A CHEAP ASS FRAME. PROPERTY HAS ITS PROS AND CONS BUT IT YOU NEED SOMETHING QUICK FOR THE NIGHT ITS OK BUT IF YOU WANT SOMETHING FOR MORE THAN A DAY WELL THATS A NO BRAINER.

Sadly, the property has become transient residences for homeless individuals, many with children, a place where I witnessed three incidents of indiscretion, frequent arguments between tenants and two physical altercations that required police intervention. I just don’t think the Motel 6 corporate office knows about the situation at this location. My room was clean but the AC was broken. And although I reported it within the “required” 15 minutes after check in, they refused to move me. The housekeeping staff was kind and made efforts to ensure my comfort beyond the AC situation. This “motel” is a letdown, a major one! I will never stay at a Motel 6 property again!

Room was clean, staff was polite. Amenities severely lacking. Asked for an extra blanket, was told no. Asked for an extra towel, was told no. No shampoo/conditioner in room. No mini fridge in room. Was told it was an extra $10 for a fridge. At night, felt very uncomfortable with the other patrons and noise level became extreme. Actually did not even stay the 2nd night, even though was paid for in advance.

It was a good place to relax, a place to sleep, and to freshen up. I just wish housekeeping was available on a daily basis because I didn't like going to the laundry room to request fresh towels. However, it was near the interstate and easily accessible.

The first room they gave me had roaches, they moves me to a room that had been sprayed recently it was better but day I left I saw some tiny bugs on the floor.The floor was dirty and the towels had dark spots(like a stain that didn't come out all the way,The TV control didn't work the first night and I just didn't care any more.They found one the next day that worked.
