It was great, quite, shopping near by.

I spent a night here a few years ago and wasn't impressed. I just needed a place to sleep and was attracted by the low price and decent reviews. I thought maybe it had improved. If anything, it's worse: Full-time security guard wandering around, policing the sketchy guests. Security gate for the parking lot. When I entered my room there was no furniture! Just a bed, bathroom, and wall TV. When I asked, they said that was normal. At that point I demanded and received a full refund. I stayed at a nice hotel a mile away for $20 more.

First day no heat room was 42 degrees. Second day no toilet paper. Third day harassed by security for personal information. Left Super Inn 1 day early to find a better hotel

Drug addicts everywhere. Some permanent residences. Restrictions on what time I could come and go to property through wrought iron gate. No towels. Security lock on door broken. I paid for 2 nights but escaped after 1 night.

There was no towels, wash cloth, and no remote for the TV. I had to go downstairs to the office to get these items. The TV had terrible reception, and an odor about the room. The curtains were torn and frayed. And no garbage can, just a plastic bag to put trash in.

It was very noise at night, people playing really loud video games, gathering outside the room and I think the walls were not very thick. The bed was comfortable, the room was clean and very basic, and for this visit this was perfect.

The non smoking room had a strong marijuana smell. The smoke alarm was in dresser and no remote to TV and they never gave me password for Wyfy when I checked in. Gated entry with security, no trash can just trash bag. Big time run down property. The sheets and towels were clean.

The shower was dirty. There are no towels in the rooms. The sheets were not clean not to mention the bedspread. No cable tv in the rooms. No amenities at all. The guests are of questionable character and locks a on the door doesn’t work. Don’t leave your valuables in your room. The vents were not secured as if some of the use the crawl space to enter other guests rooms. I was missing hygiene products,my wallet and phone and the police won’t enter or are not allowed. No housekeeping at all.

There was roaches in the bathroom and inside the plug, the wall ac unit kept going on and off, the floor and shower was dirty had hair in it. Outdated tv and hard bed, it was cheap and gated with security but that was about it.

The fridge was big the microwave was clean all lights and outlets worked. No bugs and your assets were protected by the friendly security staff. Loved it here.

This property is a bit dodgy. Not as bad as some places I've stayed, but the ice maker was out of order, the pool was closed for repairs, the deadbolt on the door of my room would not engage, and the shower curtain had seen some better days. Still, all I wanted was a place to sleep for the night at a low price, and I did get that.

You get what you pay for

There were no towels provided. I was supposed to get help with the TV, but none was given. Overall, it was a terrible place to stay. The only good thing about it was it was in a secure fenced in area.

Check in person was nice and also the security guard. Both explained and showed me where my room was located. I really didn't expect much since it's a economy motel. However, the room didn't come with towels and other toiletries. The toilet didn't flush. If that's the norm for this property, I sure wish I would have been notified before reserving the room. One can't cancel once reserved. Rest assured I will be sharing my unfortunate experience to whom ever will listen. Since I was tired the last thing I wanted was to take additional time or even change rooms. None the less, no excuse for not having the basic toiletries. The remote control was not working. So I had to manually turn on the TV and change channels. I just left it on some channel God only knows what channel since I needed to go to sleep. Well, this is what happens when you try to save a buck. I should have just spent a few more dollars and have the typical great experience with the hotel in North Tucson but I need to stay close to the truck dealership near by my mistake. I won't name the hotel/motel but I have come accustomed to excellent beds with clean sheets and large pillows. Their TVS work, no white snow on each channel. Plenty of towels and other toiletries to make your stay comfortable. Next time I travel through Tucson, 3 palms motel is the place to stay! Never again will I book a room with Super Inn.

Check in is through a bullet proof window. This motel specializes in cheap long-term rooms . Single nights seem to bunk up front, but it goes deep in the back. There's at least 100 rooms in the place . Seems to have a lot of gang members or something because of all the no gun signs. Nothing illegal or sketchy seeming happened while we were there for one night. Room was clean, but very run down. Check-in clerk seemed nice, rooms don't come with towels but check in gave us some. Mattress had an ill-fitting sheet on king size mattress. Mattress had cigarette burns in it. Some small roaches in the bathroom but not really too bad. Lamps in the room didn't have lamp shades and one bulb was missing. You definitely get what you pay for, it's the cheapest place in town.

A homie vibe, good security, and located across the street from a 24/7 food mart/gas station so very great if you get late night munchies. Room can be well lit, TV's are okay, the bathrooms were overall not bad with working hot water in the showers and sinks. The Bed was very large, mine was King size so very spacious and overall comfortable. My one complaint is probably the not so comfortable pillows, they were oddly thin, though I am sure if you request some more from the front desk staff, who are incredible by the way, would be glad to give extra. Overall 4/5 for what you would expect, and with my relatively low-mid expectations I got a bigger bang for my buck than I anticipated. Definitely worth the stay for the money, the location, and the staff.

Ice machine is broken, one dirty microwave to over 500 rooms. No shower curtain and heater didn't work I froze as if I was sleeping outside Airport is warmer. And ladies are noisy and some are rude

DO NOT STAY HERE. The bedrooms are very stripped-down cells with no amenities other than bed, toilet and sink. The property is near a methadone clinic. The neighborhood is sketchy and dangerous. The place has a prison feel complete with a rolling high security gate for the parking area. I did not feel safe and had to secure another hotel immediately. I am still waiting for a full refund. Not holding my breath on that.

The check-in agent who helped me through a ~1" thick plexiglass window was very kind. The room was DISGUSTING. Not a single garbage can, wash cloth, towel, or any other amenity found in the room. Burn marks in sheets, pillow cases, and conforter. (I honestly don't think the sheets were changed since the previous guest unless they have a serious static electricity issue - There were hairs all over everything.) Found a dead cochroach which was squished near the bathroom. It was quite crusty and had been there good knows how long. There were two holes punched completely through the bathroom. No TV remote was the least of my worries... Having had a late arrival, and no other alternative of places to stay, I slept there one night (in all my clothes, including shoes, with my pants tucked into my socks, and my hoodie tightly pulled shut.) I also blocked the sink and the shower drains "just in case." No bug bites or sightings, but honestly the worst hotel experience I've ever had. Not to mention the ethnically diverse group of obvious residents downstairs, with their kids screaming while they charcoal BBQued their dinner directly below my room. The next morning, my Uber driver informed me that several murders had occurred within blocks of the premises. Including a couple that had already decomposed. I promptly checked into a Best Western 30 minutes away, which I should have just booked in the first place. STEER WIDE AND CLEAR OF THIS MOTEL AND PART OF TOWN IN GENERAL.

There were No towels and not put in my room when requested. No waste basket the remote didn't work. No chair microwave or fridge . The shower was good...nothing to put on the floor to step on.

The room was sparsely furnished. None of the 3 bulbs had lamp shades. I had to ask for towels. No shower curtain. The toilet handle wasn't anchored. Thru out the night it felt like I had a roving itch. Since I have eczema ointment, I thought it was my eczema acting up. On the way home, I realized the itchiness probably came from BEDBUGS.

Overall disgusting place. They need to do better cleaning the rooms

The room was clean. I didn’t like that I had to call the front office to bring me towels because we didn’t have it in the room, later I noticed the shower didn’t have a curtain 😩

This was by far the sketchiest hotel we've seen. 1st, the door locked but no security latch. Did not feel safe, did not sleep. Had to ask for towels and were given 1 old bath towel each and that's all. No washcloths or hand towels. Bed was very uncomfortable. Undersized, stained,burn hole ridden comforter. Scary neighborhood, scary security guard. People up all night fighting. Green pool. Garbage all over grounds.

Cockroaches everywhere. No towels or blankets until you ask. Strong cigarette smell even in a non smoking room while bedsheet is showing holes from cigarette burnt. Most unpleasant stay ever experienced. Staff was nice.

Room: No bathroom fan. No trash can. No remote for TV. ROACHES. No towels to shower with. Dirty shower. Dirty sheets. Noisy neighbors. 2/4 drawers in dresser. Dirty floors. Dirty countertops. MORE ROACHES. Dirty bathroom. Room had a disgusting smell to it. ABSOLUTELY disgusting room. 0/10 recommend. My wife and I had to go to the front desk and ask for bathroom towels and they gave us 1 towel and walked away and the towel we did get was small and dirty. I would have been better off sleeping in my car.

Not stay the entire time

There's mold in the bathroom and shower curtain along with human hair. The room smells like urine. Holes in the shower and curtains, plus no lamp shades. U still felt unsafe behind the locked gate that didn't stay locked. We had to clean our own room from the start, and couldn't leave because I heard them tell people that they didn't give refunds. When I did check out a day early they only gave me half of what I paid. There's no coffee, hair dryers, Free breakfast, soap and No Towels and Wash Clothes. The doors weren't even that secure. Our only saving grace was my service Dog. I wanted to contact you but there's no phone number for emergency situations such as that. We both ended up getting sick and some people said they saw roaches.. I realized you get what you pay for but that's disgusting and dangerous to your health and safety. The only good thing was that the security guards were nice to us and kept an eye out when I walked my dog when they could. Please fix this some how. Id like to use your company again. And send the Heath Department to that hotel and check every single room.

This property should not be part of Expedia. PERIOD. Everything was broken, courtains, door, dresser, cable, cold water, roaches, it was a bad experience staying there. Only the staff was nice, but facilities are a shame, they need major repairs. There were homeless people, addict looking people sitting around. I was scared every time I was leaving the room. Do not recommend.
