I didn’t stay because it was absolutely filthy! Hair in the bed, holes in the walls, floor was peeling up! This motel did NOT LOOK LIKE THE PICTURES! Do not stay here! Front desk staff was a jerk as well.

Needed a room for a night as we were passing through. Easy access from highway. Found door coming off hinges. Had to lift up and forcibly slam door to close it. Hole punched in one side of the bathroom door. Poor quality of "remodel" - (like putting lipstick on a pig)! Service was great. Room was clean. Towels were thread bare. Quiet during the night. Beds and pillows were comfortable, so our mission was accomplished. No breakfast available onsite, so money saved paid for a nice breakfast at a diner a block away! Probably won't stay there again.

I arrived the evening of September 24th. It was not until morning that I flushed the toilet and the toilet overflowed, evidently from a previous clog. I shut off the valve to the toilet and put down towels to help with the resultant flooding. I then notified the front desk, telling the woman at the desk of the issue and that it needed to be snaked. I asked if she understood. She said yes. I then assumed that it would be cleaned upon my return that evening. When I returned, NOTHING had been done. No maintenance. No room cleaning. The bed yet unmade and the bathroom with drying towels and drying used toilet paper still on the floor. I went back to the desk and demanded a new room, to which the man at the desk provided. So, I did get another room. The next day, I talked to the same woman that I had notified the previous day and told her of the issue. I was told that she would see about getting a discounted room rate for my troubles. Upon seeing my charge billing, it had not happened. I am very unimpressed with the service. The previous room did not have a refrigerator although the replacement room did. I know that Motel 6 is a budget motel offering, but even for budget minded individuals, much needs to be improved! I find little reason to make any future reservations. for fear of having a repeat experience.

The staff was friendly however, the room and the building do not look like they are being maintained. The door to the room was falling off the hinge and would not shut properly. The bathroom door was punched in on both sides. The bathroom wall was damaged with unfinished patch jobs and towel rack falling off the wall. There were burn marks on the toilet seat, countertops and bathtub. The sheets were threadbare and the mattress were sinking in the middle. The room had not been painted and had a brown tint on the ceiling and walls. I have stayed here over the years and this will be my last stay. Whoever owns this is not taking care of the property.

Lets see no remote for the TV, called and asked for one never called back or came to give us one, had 3 pets they put us on the second floor. Was towing a vehicle behind mine and was told there would be plenty of parking to slide my vehicles i. Without having to unhook them. We did find parking closest to the entrance to our second room door, up two flights of stairs, i have back problems not fun running up and down the stairs numerous times. Called down at the desk and asked if we could have a late checkout due to we arrived to our room at 230 am, was told ues you can, come regular checkout time i get a knock on the door, asking if we are stsying. I said we contacted the desk last night about the late checkout, lady said ok. 15 minutes later got a knock on the door and it was opening from the outside. It was rhe cleaning person, knocked 2 times and entered my room before i got to the door.soon after that a man came and said that we needed to vacate the room now

Wouldn't dare step into the bathtub. There were no towels and the place just felt dirty. The gentleman at the front desk was respectful and immediately got me a fresh set of towels. His service was the best part of this place.

Easy check in but housekeeping left my door open after cleaning it and the front desk said nobody had been in there so it had to have been me that left it open, yet the dirty towels had been removed and I doubled check the door before leaving for the day. Grateful I took all my important stuff with me. Super loud environment, lots of yelling and dogs barking.

Horrible,—dirty &smellyI either homeless and/or immigrants LIVING there. NON-smoking room smelled so bad of smoke--tobacco and marijuana, that we asked for a change. no room available to switch. we actually left early and went to another rental to get a good night's sleep and rest because the condition were so deplorable. no offer for refund or even trying to make it right. it was NOT disclosed on Hotels.com that this was a hotel where people lived.

It was the most inexpensive room available on hotels.com. There were many long term tenants, some with dogs that barked often. Kids were aiming red laser pointers from their window directly at me. I guess they were unsupervised. No one told them that could hurt someone's eyesight. The rooms are bare bones, but the bed was ok and the AC/heater worked. It was a place to sleep that I could secure, but don't leave anything in your car. Posted signs suggest there are break-ins and they take no responsibility for they on their property.

All they had was hand soap, no shampoo conditioner. Really dirty. The guy had a dog that was barking all night. He was yelling just as loud as the dogs bark to try and shut him up. They were up all night with music on.

Got in the room pulled back sheets and noticed they had not been changed. Hair all over them called the front desk she came with a lint roller to get hair. I said no sheets need changed. She went and got new sheets and handed them to me to change!! I said oh no you will change them not me i paid $72 for this room. I had to help her do it. Then in bathroom dried boogers on the wall. They offered 5% discount was all! So like $4 total!! It was dirty!

We reserved a room for 3 people. We were given 2 towels to shower with. There was no fan or ability to air out the room (other than leaving the window open all night). There isn’t even a fan in the bathroom. Showers are very stuffy. The shower curtain doesn’t cover the shower enough to stop water from going all over the floor. The drain in the tub wouldn’t stay open. We had to pry it open with our personal silverware. We stayed 2 nights. When we went back to the room the 2nd night, the cleaning crew hadn’t even closed the door all the way.

Unable to stay at this motel 6. I booked under Tony and my legal name is Anthony. As a result I was denied my reservation until I changed it. I changed my profile at hotels.com but that wasn’t good enough so I left and went to a different hotel

very disappointing stay. we felt unsafe and dirty. there wer e people loitering around the property at all hours. the hotel and room smelled horrible. my non-smoking room reaked of smoke; both tobacco and marijuana. there were people living at the hotel; some for over 2 years we were told. people were cooking in the rooms which added to the horrible smells.

I killed no less that 7 wasps in my window that I never opened so they were already in the room when I checked in.. Freeway noise was very loud. I was supposed to have a non smoking room but it smelled like a smoker had been in it, or it was some other smell. Lots of leaves at the bottom of the pool.

Everything was good. It would be great if there was a fridge and microwave in the rooms though. To keep our drinks cold and maybe a late night snack. Other than that our stay was great.
