Honestly enjoyed my stay breakfast was good and the staff was all friendly. Best Part is the location of the hotel everything k needed was no more then 25/30 mim max away.

Convenient and value for money hotel near Newark airport. Make sure to tell the front desk how many people you need for airport transfer as the van is often packed.

Very convenient area. Close to the airport with complimentary shuttle services. Room was clean and spacious. Staff very friendly and helpful. Perfect location to get to penn station and into NYC by train. Only downside with the location was nothing close enough to walk to for food.

We are always satisfied when we stay here. It is our go to place to stay whenever we are in the area. Everything is always excellent.

There were several large bulges in the bathroom in the wall above the shower that were leaking water. The bathroom fan didn’t work, and the toilet was regularly clogging. The HVAC system would turn off for no reason and it was extremely difficult to heat and cool the room. I was in town for an event and did not even have time to file a complaint or deal with anything. They also kept running out of parking, but despite it wanted to charge me anyway Overall, I would recommend a different Marriott in the chain that is along this row. This one is old and rundown and definitely was overselling and didn’t have enough room for all the cars in the parking lot. I was pretty surprised at the condition of the room. It reminded me of Motel 6. Front desk wasn’t very helpful and was rude when I called to ask about some charges that were on my card and also when I mentioned the issues with the shower. Housekeeping was very loud in the hallway and it was just awkward situations. My room was out of toilet paper when they cleaned and they didn’t leave extra I ended up grabbing some off of a cart on the way back up to my room , overall not the Marriott standard that I’m used to

Everything was outdated. Elevator’s were unsafe Washers and dryers were out of service The car and driver they called didn’t show up for our tour of New York

Our recent stay at SpringHill Suites by Marriott Newark Liberty International had its ups and downs. The renovated lobby and rooms looked great, but the washroom in our room was outdated and not very clean. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful, which was a positive aspect. However, the parking situation was a letdown. Despite paying $17 a night, the hotel's parking was always full, forcing guests to park on the street. This seemed inconvenient and raised questions about the value of the paid parking. In summary, this hotel has some good aspects, like friendly staff and updated areas, but the outdated washroom and parking issues need attention to provide a consistently positive guest experience.

The staff was courteous and helpful. Shuttle a most and left on schedule.

Confusing roads for such a short distance from the airport. Hotel was clean and quiet.

Safe location

We stayed for a night - room and bedding were clean. We spent a restful night before a long flight. The hotel had good breakfast menu and shuttle service to the airport. All this included, the price was very reasonable.

First front desk agent i encountered was unbelievably rude, the lobby reeked of diarrhea, and the pool wasn’t clean. never again.

Great space for a family of 4 with the sofa bed and 2 double bed suites

The property needs a bathroom renovation the walls were peeling out the paint on the walls the tubs were stained the bathroom door did not close properly called in the maintenance and the maintenance was to fix it the next day but nobody came in did not have enough linen at the front desk the television was off and on with the cable can do away with the French toast on the breakfast so overall not upto the Marriott standards and the Q&A team of Marriott hasn’t been at the property for a while

Everything was fine. We did ask for a wakeup call that we never got. For whatever reason I got the impression that morning that it was something you sign up for...but never told us. Our stay was only a few hours.

Liked everything, but there is no restaurant.( even nearby)
