We loved everything about our stay! My husband and I just wanted to do a mini get away from LA. Left feeling relaxed. The views we 10/10 the vibes are 10/10. Food people community the art all of it made the stay amazing

Our stay was Amazing! Hotel undergoing renovations, but it did Not interfere with any part of our stay. Great view from lawn area Rooms are spacious and comfortable. No TVs in rooms as they are called Peaceful rooms. Pool and jacuzzi are enclosed with an open roof, which made lounging in the evening comfortable. Staff very friendly and accommodating. Good location close to shops, restaurants and a market. Will definitely stay here again

Beautiful property and perfectly located close to everything yet far enough away from downtown. The trolley stop is directly outside property. A few steps down the path to a great beach. Entire staff was extremely helpful and welcoming.

Excellent location...easy walk down to beach, lounge chairs, towels and umbrellas set up for you, newly remodeled. Also an easy walk to downtown. Travis, the valet, assisted with luggage, beach set up and had delicious cold water infused with fruit. A great stay.

I had a pleasant weekend stay in the Ocean View King with Balcony. You’re really paying for the location — Beach access and towels/chairs/umbrellas provided was a major plus to the view. The staff was super friendly. Room was nicely redone albeit small - a place to sit aside from the bed inside would have been appreciated. There was noticeable noise from neighboring rooms and doors slamming which sadly took away from the serenity at times. Welcoming pets with a reasonable fee was appreciated! Overall a very charming property and allowed me to fully enjoy the beach and sunshine.

Great location, amazing views, nice staff all at reasonable price. The newly decorated rooms were nicely done. We had corner room on 4th floor but probably tot worth the minimal upcharge as side just looks onto street and buildings. You can walk in either direction to shops and restaurants- really great location. Valet staff were very nice. Views are phenomenal but be prepared to hike back up stairs from beach. Chairs, umbrellas and boogie boards provided. Ice and water dispensers on site. I would stay here again

2nd year in a row, this has been our go-to family get-a-way!! Not only is the hotel itself absolutely beautiful, but the staff is very hospitable and friendly. They helped with all of our bags, were constantly going above and beyond helping us get stuff from our car and recommending great places to eat and visit. Huge shout-out to Chasen, Trevor, Gabe, Juanita and Rhen ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ they're personalities, level of hospitality, and just overall amazingess is something to be rewarded and a huge reason we'll be coming back. On our last day Gabe even offered to take us to view other rooms that we were interested in. Thanks Gabe you're the man! The rooms are also beautiful with plenty of amenities and fully renovated and updated. The views are ridiculous with plenty of relaxing areas around the property to soak up the weather and breath taking view. Plus with beach access and everything you would need to enjoy the beach provided to you by the hotel, this place has it all. Can't recommend it enough.

Beautiful location with friendly staff. Can't beat the view. The rooms are very dated, but several units are being refurbished. Best rates for amazing view, but I'm sure rates will go up once upgrades are finished.

I was a little concerned about this booking because of old photos and mixed reviews but I definitely didn’t need to be. This hotel is brilliant and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend. The room was great, felt like an apartment. Spotlessly clean with some lovely touches. Free umbrellas, loungers, bodyboards, buckets and spades etc were brilliant too. The direct access to the beach, rocking chairs to sit watching the sunset and fire pits on the lawn all make this hotel even nicer. The staff were all great too, we can’t fault this hotel.

Super great service staff and also amazing eco-friendliness. The room off the South Coast highways was a bit dark but very spacious. I'd like to go back and get an ocean view room. Loved the pool and hot tub also. Overall a good choice for a short Laguna stay!

Beautiful property - we loved the renovated room with a separate bedroom and bunk beds for the kids. It was calm, spacious and in a great neighborhood with lots of food options in a short distance. We loved the ocean views and the beach access, as well as the charming pool and hot tub. We had an excellent time!

The staff was amazing. Very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and newly remodeled. The view of the ocean was wonderful. No TV but who needs it when you have a beautiful ocean and sound of the waves.

Every July I take my daughters to laguna beach to escape the Arizona heat. This hotel was our absolute favorite! The rooms are new and decorated beautifully with even sound machines and aroma Theropy infusers. The staff was so helpful and very kind.

The ocean view from the room was wonderful ! The room was small but clean. The shower did not have a light fixture so it would mean taking a shower in the dark. The pillows were pretty uncomfortable. The curtain rod was not fully supported by a middle bracket and hung a bit loose. The TV remote would not allow you to adjust the volume or turn it on/off so you would have to get up to walk over to the TV to do both.
