This is my favorite place to stay when I come to work with clients in Oxnard. The staff are always friendly and professional. The hotel is always clean. The rooms are spacious, clean and comfortable. The coffee station in the morning is a plus.

Friendly staff, great location, and clean room. I would recommend one thing…better lighting in the parking lot. Some areas are very dark.

It was just an over night stay. Late in the day decision. Room was clean, not fancy. Room next to me was little noisy. Kids and dogs.

Check- in experience was bad. Some glitch on Hotels.com side caused my booking not to be forwarded to the hotel. Instead of resolving the issue with hotels.com directly, the front desk personnel asked me to call hotels.com to resolve the issue. Kind of frustrating experience after a long exhausting day.

I went to the reception to get toilet paper. No body was friendly all the people was mad.

The property itself was great. Kitchen staff/ waitresses great. The young lady in the front desk had a terrible attitude and was not welcoming. Many people that checks in before me said the same thing.

Checking in was very minimal. Here’s ur key card. That’s it. No QR code or paperwork or info where even the elevator is. No WiFi, bar or restaurant, gym, pool information at all. Had to ask everything. Wambam go to your room
Bathroom tub was dripping water because of leaking faucet to include loose faucet, shower water was low, couldn’t adjust shower head. Sink water was way too hot and a safety issue for children.
I will not come back here again.

Customer service was above and beyond. Super nice, to answer any questions you may have to your satisfaction/ fairly quickly to check you in if you reserved your stay in advance.

AC was leaking water all over the room. I asked for a different room but the staff was not helpful at all and said the hotel was sold out. Maintenance came and just set towels all over the floor. I had to stay in that room, no AC and the room smelled liked dirty water. The windows couldn’t be opened so the room felt humid as well. Sleepless night for sure.

Not being able to shower in hot water was a real bummer. Hotel would not offer a full refund but only took off $40. They really should have a message or something indicating the issue. I’m very disappointed in how I was taken care of.

Hotel was great easy location define close to restaurants and stores for shopping. Hotel was clean staff was very nice. However, I would have liked the air conditioner or heat to work better.

Gave 3 stars because beds were not real comfortable. Refrigerator was noisy during the night and the bathroom sink drain ran slow, but ok for one night.

The receptionist was not friendly. Didn’t make us feel welcome!.
The room had a bad smell!
We were a big group and were there only a few hours. I thought we would be able to get a discount.
I will never stay there again, nor recommend it!

My son was going to use the restroom and he came running and screaming because he saw a mouse and now his traumatized that he can’t go to sleep.

ROOM WAS GOOD. FRIDGE WAS BROKE, NO ONE PROBABLE REPORTED IT. OUR DINNER WAS EXCELLENT. QUIET AREA.
