I booked a lake view room for 1 night stay. I asked to have an early check in so I could park my car and they gladly got a room ready, and SURPRISE somehow they got me a free room upgrade to a balcony room, what a magical view and room with a big bed and kitchen and tv. Service was excellent and the staff, forgot the girls name but she was there 1pm on November 21st massive shout out everyone that day! The room was amazing, the hotel entrance is beautiful and relaxing. The main hotel hallways were iffy, it can be confusing and the staircases needed improvement and took a few reminders to get me to my room but staff were very helpful. Looked like they were also renovating some rooms and they were fairly quite even during the day, and keeping it clean too. The parking of the biggest weakness but the staff and workers were amazing and very helpful, even allowed me to extend my parking stay until I left the city the next day. Some notes: Hotel is up a steep hill from downtown, don't mind some exercise but it's STEEP, but anyone can do it so have fun just don't plan on going back and forth. Ask for a map lol. Coffee is a 10/10 and restaurant is fancy. I would 100% stay here again, lake view and balcony rooms look very nice and full cable and streaming on the TV, full kitchen, 10/10 bathroom, 1000/10 king size bed. Amazing views of the city and lake and mountains too!

Great apartments, close to town, with a fantastic view of the centre of town and the gondola. Apartments are clearly new and well maintained. Breakfast topped it off.

The suite was very spacious and all things necessary were provided. There was Nespresso machine plus the coffee pods were refilled everyday which I really enjoyed having. The view from the dining & the balcony was to die for!

Really enjoyed our stay. Great room, comfy bed and sofa. Tv and large kitchen was a bonus. Warm room with heat pump. Great for easy walking access to town. Just a short walk. Up hill on the way back but not just a short burst. Parking is first in first served but we managed to get a park on the street. Overall would absolutely stay again.

Was lovely, very clean, modern. I cannot fault. The staff were lovely as well. Definitely reccomend. Only negative but very minor one was the lift and hallway was a bit old and shabby.

We enjoyed a 1 night stay here. My husband checked in, but it sounds like that was easy and friendly. Secure undercover parking and walking distance to town. Everything was clean and comfortable. Although on a busy road, we had no issue with road noise. The 2 things I could mention that we noticed that slightly detracted from our stay, is our room shared a small foyer with the next room. So two doors to get in and out of the room, both of which are quite noisy when they close. The other thing was the shower leaked all over the floor, despite the door being closed correctly. Other than that, really enjoyed our stay, thank you.

Bed was not comfortable and old. It was sunken in the middle, where a lot of people must have laid in before. This place shares a lobby with Heartland Hotel and is confusing to get to. The elevator is very spotty and slow where the lights on the buttons don’t always work and you’re not sure whether you’ll get to the floor you need to go. The room itself was big and the bathroom was nice, but given all the above comments I wouldn’t stay again. It is located on top of a hill and may be difficult to walk to.

Check in was great but parking on site was a nightmare, especially with roadworks going on. We had to carry our luggage from nearby streets through a maze of corridors and lifts and when you have a knee injury, it’s not good. Luggage trolleys would be a good idea for sure. Room was clean and comfortable.

Best shower power i've experienced at a South Island hotel. Well worth it! There are roadworks in the area, but theres still full access to the hotel carpark.

They have a dozen parking spots and hundreds of rooms. Room I paid for was a king but it was two twin beds pushed together making it not comfortable to sleep in the middle with spouse.

Check in was poor. Room was not ready and I had even through it was after the check in time. Poor communication also as I was asked to take a seat in another area and they would update me in a few mins. 20mins later I was still waiting and had to follow up. Room was nice but there was a lot of noise which made the stay less than ideal.

It’s a little out of town and up a hill but less than 15 mins walk. We loved the washer and drier in the room and small kitchen. The suite had a dining table and sofa and comfortable chair. The views were very good, although most hotels have great views in Queenstown. There was a dish washer too. Parking in the basement was great, to problems with parking.

Property is not meant for 1-2 night stays and for one couple as they have combined two room together with one entry door and subsequently each room having their own entry but entry and exit for adjacent room creates noise and disturbs. Room we stayed in did not have patio door locking in and no service was available to fix. Their bathroom plumbing issues caused extreme hot or cold water options only. Location of the hotel is good and had enough parking underground.

This spot was just outside of the main downtown and served us well for one night. Our room was nicely laid out. There were a few stray hairs in our bathroom but otherwise very clean. Only downside was the on-site breakfast was steep at $30NZD per person which felt a tad high considering the price did not include barista coffee or freshly prepped items like eggs, pancakes or waffles. It was fine, just overpriced.

Property is newer room are large enough , has a nice balcony but I had a street view which was of no use . Check in was quick but took 2 hours to find the parking, manager was not concerned. His attitude was parking is first come basis and suggested to go down hill about two block to find. Hotel lay out is extremely confusing and not a senior friendly hotel at all . Area was very nice and in the heart of night district and there are much more better properties available Bathroom shower was bro

Spacious rooms at affordable price. Perfect for family. However the mattress has seen better days or maybe it’s time to change to a firmer mattress and pillows. Sags and triggered my backache slightly again. Other than that this is a nice hotel.
