Good location, lots of food options, gas statio0ns, as well as grocery shopping nearby. Easy to get to and parking lot is easily accessible. I booked last minute during a huge festival and was given a great rate. My reservation was honored and they let me check in a bit early. Great customer service at front desk.

I was pleasantly surprised at the spacious room and the amenities offered inside the room. I think it is definitely a good place to stay thats very affordable. Its not too far from downtown Sacramento and the neighborhood has food options.

The power went out for 10 mins , but other than that it was a great stay! Very quiet!

Was fine for the one night pass through. Important detail I learned AT the front desk. Parking in their lot is NOT guaranteed. Came back from the late SMF run to zero parking spots and had to park at the restaurant across the street and hope they didn’t tow. All worked out. Was clean and sufficiently comfortable but A/C was feeble.

Our stay was good just a overnight stay, room was comfortable, area was quiet, food and gas places nearby, room could use a little upgrade staff was very nice and friendly, overall can't complain for the price it was worth it, personally I'd stay again

The policy of this motel, which is shared by only a few others, that requires the person in whose name the reservation was made to be present at check-in is very annoying. I made the reservation myself and received an email that was addressed to me, but the reservation itself happened to be made in my wife’s name because it is her Hotels.com account. The management of the motel gave me a very hard time about this even though it was clear that I had made the reservation even though my wife’s name was on the account. I even produced my credit card that was used to make the reservation. The problem was that my wife was sick and couldn’t make the planned trip with me so she literally could not be there at check-in. It took a long time to convince the management that they should allow me to stay in the room. I was concerned that they were not going to honor the reservation, but I would still have to pay for it. in the end, they relented, but this policy is a bad one. In all my travels over the years, I have only run into this problem one other time, having checked into literally dozens of motels that did not require my wife to do the check in just because her name is on the account. at the other motel that had this policy, the representative was positively rude. I would never stay there again. At this motel, they were polite, but took too long to resolve the problem. I don’t know that I would stay here again.

The attitude of the management was poor. Fortunately, hotels abound around the world. No matter how wealthy you are, attitude is everything.

Very scary at night. Not a lot of light outside and people lingering around. There was stomping and running constantly all night and all morning. Staff were friendly and the room was clean but very outdated. Wall lamps did not work. Side tables were scraped up and old looking.

No coffee in the room. No shampoo or conditioner. No blow dryer. Got mad because we ask for an extra towel for my daughter. Was not a 8 or 9 rating. Bed was hard.

This place was great for the price, much nicer than I anticipated for cheap hotel. The room was clean, smoke free, and spacious. The staff was friendly and efficient. Good option for an early morning flight out of SMF.

The AC was off when we arrived. Over 100 degrees in the room. AC worked fine but it took hours to cool down enough to sleep

We got there around 7pm it was really hot outside went into the room and it was like a sauna. We turned the air on set it on high cold 60*. We left and went had dinner came back the room was still really warm. The AC just wasn’t working well. I took a cold shower to try and cool offf. By 11 it was still not completely cooled off kids want to just sleep underwater because they were warm. Around 2am the room was cool and we could sleep. The room was clean and bed was comfortable. Check in was quick and friendly.

My son stayed here on a road trip up to see the 4014 train come through Roseville and visit the area. He found the property to be convenient, the rooms were clean, the staff was friendly. The price was great. It worked out wonderfully for him.

Some drug activity may have prompted an ambulance to come . Neighboring area nothing decent to eat and very shady AC was spotty … got overheated and turned itself off over and over. Sorry won’t be back

The AC was not turned on prior to arrival. It was very hot in the room. After about an hour and a half it still was not very cool. I realized the left the window open in the bathroom. It gradually started to cool after closing the bathroom window and door. I also found a long hair in the bedding that was not mine.
