Had an early appointment in the valley- so I decided to not wake up before sunrise and fight traffic, so I picked a cheap fleabag on supelveda. It was run down, from stem to stern- had some construction going on by the office entrance, which made check in a pain. And, even though I paid in full on hotels.com, they wanted a $20 deposit, no unusual, but it had to be cash. Lots of idiots in loud cars and sirens till 2:00 or so. Bed was actually not that bad. Another odd thing— if you want a remote for the tv, you have to get it when you check in. Parking is in a gated area, but the card reader is all ripped apart, pain in the,,,,, Will I stay again? Meh, maybe, only because the check in clerk was nice and quite attractive.

Originally the comments and reviews seemed okay. But when we arrived it was nothing like the reviews and or pictures. The gate was not working properly. There were people fighting in the night. The light plugs were taped, there was a leak in the restroom and it smelled like mold. If you’re looking for something cheap and affordable. This is it but you’ll definitely have a loud experience.

It was the worst experience. I dont even know where to start. We booked it for 3 nights but only stayed one night and checked out early. As we walked into the room a coachroach started running around. All the furnitures used in the room were in awful condition, looked like there were grabbed from garbage or side of street. The beds were unconfortable and might even have bed bugs or something because my kid had bug bites all over her face the next day.The AC in the unit was broken but it was connected with a wire to a termostat and u could turn it on with that. Bathroom door knob was hanging down, toilet cover was not the original one, it was smaller than the toilet itself. Outside was the same thing. The gate chip reader was broken and all taped up to the pole. All the hallways were nasty and the streets are so getto. It was the most disgusting place everrrr

Our hotel room was infested with bed bugs. Both me and my friend were bit. My friend had severe bed bug bites and she is allergic to a lot of things so we were concerned for her health. They gave us a different room and that one was infested with cockroaches. The stay was horrible, I have never stayed at a place like that. I would not recommend. I had to throw my clothes away to prevent bringing the bed bugs back home to my family. I am not satisfied at all. We ended up having to book a different hotel for our safety. I was not able to attach photo evidence on this review but I have a lot of pictures.

The service of the employees was ok but the conditions of the hotel and the hotel room was not good at all. There were cockroaches and spiders and the floor was in bad condition as well. To top it off the sink was clogged and would take a while for the water to go down. Will never go back and would never recommend to any of my friends and family.

Me and my partner went here for his Leo birthday month!!! And it was pretty nice. Everything was clean 👍 and very comfortable! I literally slept so comfortable! And the room findings were most definitely easy! The only thing is my room door 🚪 was already broken when I got there. Idk if it was jammed or I’m not sure 🤔 when u are inside it works perfectly but when go outside it was half locked and half open… overall it was pretty good 😊 and I had a great time! The font desk was very nice and very understanding! This is first time I booked the hotel by myself in California!!! I’m most definitely would book again for special occasions or just to spend time alone with my partner!!

We checked in and checked right back out. The room was infested with cockroaches. The air conditioning unit was unplugged and the prongs were black and melted like there was a fire while plugged in. My son also had booked a room here and his room was infested with roaches as well. Expedia should not suggest this hotel for any stays!

Horrible hotel, NO HOT WATER FOR SHOWER! Hotel Clerk gave us a hard time and told us we only had 1 room when in fact we had 2. Hypodermic Needles everywhere in parking, Hotel was extremely run down. I highly Recommend NOT staying at this nightmare!

Reception was open wven at 1:30m. Large room but very outdated. Very confusing roudnd building setup with building entrances not marked and on the inside. Parking can be tricky when entrances and room numbers are not visibile.

The 3 days stay at this hotel were terrible! Struggled with water most of the time. The water of the shower and faucet came out hot when turning on for the water to be cold. The curtains seem old and ripped and sort of burned. Kept on having trouble with the cards going in and out of the doors to get in the motel. There was only 3 to 4 channels on the T.V. The front desk switched for a different name and password for the Wi-Fi one whole day and night.

This place is so dirty I’m so disappointed because it’s nothing compare with the pictures that you see on their page I recommend do not book in this place and sadly I lost my money because after checking in I went to the room and the first thing that I saw was a cucaracha I request for another room and it was dirty than I request for my money because I’m not going to stay in a dirty place but according with the hotel policy they can’t give me my money back I was so stressed and disappointed be safe and don’t rent this hotel

Beds were comfy. Room was outdated but clean . Needs some major renovations and some TLC but for the price it was nice. Room had full fridge not a mini and actual sink and ev chargers outside The WiFi and cable need work .

The lock on the door did not lock. There was no deadbolt or anything else to lock the door. Only the card entry lock. Sheets were dirty on one bed. On the bathroom walls/door there were splats of something. You get what you pay for
