For one nights sleep it’s fine

That, except for the TV everything else worked. Even though there’s a chunk missing from the door to the restroom.

That the TV didn’t work then when you tried calling the phone number for the front desk. It said that they’re not available and the voicemail is full. I got back from my party late so I wasn’t gonna walk to the lobby at 11 o’clock at night.

Horrible

I liked that the staff was friendly. When I asked for a refund for the 2nd night they complied nicely and said to contact booking. Com and they'd send it.

This hotel was horrible. It was NOT AT ALL like the pictures. At least not the room I stayed in. It was a $40 a night hotel room. I guess they didn't want to put people in the newly renovated rooms because in my room, the curtains were barely holding on with PVC pipes, the kitchenette was actually a mini fridge, a sink, falling down curtains and 2 microwaves. One being a yellow one from the 70's and the other was so burnt inside that I could smell it from the outside. It was in a closet. There were stains on the bedding, a broken electrical outlet plate, the bed creaked if you moved, the shower was dripping the whole time, they couldn't give me extra blankets because the maids left already, and I didn't feel safe going to get ice or to leave my kids sleeping in the room while I got them breakfast. Oh! Also in the room across from us, while walking in... there was a guy sitting in the dark with the door open, crouched down like a frog on top of a dresser staring at us as we walked down the hall. It was also weird that they gave me the remote to the TV when we were checking in and asked us for a $20 trash deposit. Then in the morning we tried to watch TV and there was sound and no screen to watch. They still haven't refunded the 2nd night even though they said they would. Booking.com just said they haven't been able to get a reply. So I wouldn't stay here. EVER AGAIN.

The front desk/staff were very nice people and worked with us to the best of their ability

We picked this place because the reviews said that it was very clean for the price and the wifi was very good. The first thing we noticed was a cockroach in the hallway, the room light didn't turn one, moved bed and found that the outlet was loose, no lock on the door, bed was very uncomfortable. My son needed wifi for an online meeting and had to go to the lobby to get the wifi hook up. Needless to say 6 short hours later, we left and booked with someone else.

cockroaches in bath, painful check in. overnight a murder happened, lots of police inspecting the blood pools in the parking lot. very unsafe. stay away. heavily overpriced for what it is.

Kinda disappointed , now all of a sudden theirs a lock on the main entrance , I have to physically let in a guest , I don’t know why it was suddenly a change but if my room is no where near the entrance it’s a hassle letting in a visitor Everytime or DoorDash

It was ghetto, disgusting, and felt mainly unsafe.

The wallpaper was tearing apart, the bathtub was clogged, we didn’t have a microwave, I didn’t feel saf3. The whole place just seemed ghetto.

Just everything could have been better. The cleanliness, the service, the maintenance of the hotel. It likes terrible.

visit to Dr. and needed a place to stay close.

the front desk person was great otherwise nothing

cockroaches in bathroom tub, some living... wet floors, spiderwebs, holes in walls, moldy shower, bathroom door held together with glue and electrical tape.. just a horrible place! hanging from ceiling. Smoke detection system broke, people fighting all night long..very scary place! afraid to unpack anything for fear I will take home cockroaches. price way too much for this low quality room smells like smoke!!!
