I’ve stayed there many times ( over 30) and will continue too as it’s a great place whilst my house is renovated I love some of the apartments ( not all) they never recognise me or my business ( never offer upgrades).

Was apprehensive at first with all the rules on check in but once there it was brilliant. We had a lovely apartment with a great view and everything that we needed for our short break.

The noise last night from groups of teenager screaming and yelling and party’s in rooms plus banging and crashing around at all hours of the night mean I will never return.

I love the apartments and location but there terribly shallow you hear nothing but people dragging furniture across the floor no consideration for people under them and high heel shoes clanging across the floor. They need carpet or there are long term residents in there too they might consider wearing slippers.

They need reforming but nice size apartments all one needs it’s a shame you feel cheated 5pm check in 10am out one of the worse in all the hotels I’ve stayed in. The noise from some chic wearing heels walking across the above room from 5am was annoying. You hear all noises it’s winter now I can’t imagine how it is in summer when busy.

pleasant apartment a little basic but everything you need for a pleasant holiday great staff and location, can get a bit noisy at weekends but not to bad very handy for restaurants bars and attractions will def stay here again

You get what you pay for. The property has a good location! Not bad service. We rented 2 apartments. One of the apartments had broken light switch and shower faucet. It was fixed immediately after I mentioned about the problem. One of the apartments had no toilet paper. I knew about it from previous comments and I expected that before placing my reservation. All units have balconies, which is very nice!!

The staff are lovely, the building has been made without care and the cleanliness is abysmal. There was months of grime and dust. I spent 2 hours cleaning it myself. Please note Im not ocd or particularly clean it was just grim.

Door would not unlock had to wait for a locksmith when we arrived ...not a good start ....aircon leaked everywhere ...No cleaners no clean towels or toilet rolls left ...pool area nice you do have to pay for sun beds but it's only €2 a day ..reception and check in smooth

After reading terrible reviews, i was very apprehensive but i have to say it wasnt as bad as expected. The pool was fab. The pool bar was great and very cheap. The only downfall was the add ons like, a €50 deposit per person on arrival, 3.50 per day for the safe with a 10 euro deposit, the sun loungers were €2 per day etc. Other than that the location was great and we enjoyed our holiday.

Terrible apartment complex - old and in a very bad condition.. Broken bed, water damage in kitchen when using washer - telling this in reception, and only cleaning of spilled water was performed.. Then a new water damage when we washed the next portion.. Apartment is nor worth the money - please if your thinking about renting, then add some few more euros and get a better place.

Overall this place is good for a cheap stay. Check in is late (not until 5pm) which was annoying. The rooms are very basic but they are clean. Air con wasn’t on when we arrived as it wasn’t ‘summer’ however as the temperature increased they did eventually switch it on. The Room doors are on the outside of the property with a walk way. The barrier was rather low I felt so I wouldn’t take kids there. Only 1 lift which worked some of the time. Great location tho, 5 minute walk from beach, 10 minute drive from PortAventura. I knew when I booked it was cheap but even so I was slightly disappointed.

We arrived at the hotel and they had to move us to SALOU Pacific which is a rentalmar because they're was building work going on the salou Pacific was brilliant they couldn't do enough for us because we moved

Appartement is centrally located near to local buses, pubs, shops, restaurants. Has a small pool and minigolf onsite (sunbed €1, minigolf €5, pint at the pool bar €2). The reception always busy, one person is at the front dealing with customers whilst the others are at the back laughing around - this is a bit disappointing. Late check out at 5 pm is possible for €20. We were given a big appartement it was spacious, clean with all the basic equipment. A good refurbishment would be useful (stains on walls, on beds). Otherwise its good value for money. We had a good time, will come again!

Asked for ground floor, didnt get. Asked for a travel cot and was told there is a €35 charge!! Rooms not cleaned durning 7 night stay or bins emptied. No towels or toilet roll provided we had to buy our own! Staff were ignorant. Only good thing about this apartment was the location

Location was fantastic. Check in very slow and too late. Apartment was very basic. Skirting boards were dirty. No air conditioning in bedrooms. An air conditioner unit in living room with pipe pushed out a make shit hole in patio doors stuck with tape that kept falling off. Check out too early

The apartment was completely dirty and horrendous. There were no towels or toilet roll. The wall sockets and the Perspex glass on the balcony were loose which made them hazardous to small children. The staff were unfriendly and unapproachable. The pool area was dirty and unkept looking Everything was money focused which we would have had no problem paying under the right circumstances. The only advantage to this hotel was the fabulous attractions nearby

The check in experience was ok, pretty standard stuff. Paid local tax and 100 euro deposit. Rooms are basic with the bare essentials but you have to pay to hire everything, kettles, toasters, cleaning materials etc. First impression of the room was ok but after 1st night we were covered in bites. Closer inspection revealed a really dirty apartment which clearly had not been cleaned. Blood stain up the door and dirty marks and sand on the floor. Then we inspected the beds and found bugs all over them. To cap it all we also spotted a massive cockroach in the kitchen area. Staff were very matter of fact and not at all friendly. The only real positive is the pool area was OK however you had to pay 1 euro per day for sunbeds, another first for me. Do not go there at all.
