Both elevators were broken but the signs to let you know were on the main floor. Waited 10 minutes from my 3rd floor room for the elevator only to take the stairs down with my luggage to find out of order signs on the elevator doors.

Nice hotel with very accommodating staff. Could use a little more detail to cleaning, but overall very nice place to stay. On the border of multiple towns so made it convenient to find food and things to do.

Kris was great during check-in, under the pressure of a large crowd of families checking in simultaneously. The property was fine, parking not the best but we managed.

Fire alarm in room went off for no reason Saturday evening at about 6pm and would not stop. Called front desk twice before someone should up after about 20 minutes. Said he was not sure why it went off but as able to take alarm off of base and said he would call manager and see what he needed to do and would come back to room after. Person came back and said he could not get manager to answer phone and would be back later once he heard back. Person never came back nor did anyone else come by or call room. I took alarm to front desk yesterday Tuesday when I checked out and explained what had happened but she did not know anything about it. I feel there could have been MUCH better communication on this matter. Overall stay was good

Garbage Room. Even though I booked and paid for a room with king bed and reg bathroom they stuck me in a double with a sit down shower only. The A/C doesn’t go below 75 degrees and it’s summer time in Texas. Also there no air conditioners in hallways, or elevator and the place smells like garbage.

Check in time was for 3pm but it took the hotel two additional hours to get the room ready due to a last mintue late check out request. On the day of our check out we were not afforded the same time extension to accommodate the inconvenience at check out and denied a late checkout. This policy should be addressed to ensure ALL guests receive the full time to enjoy their stay.

We enjoyed our stay at the property! The pool area was perfect for the kids to play and nice shaded area with table and chairs. Not sure what fragrance was used but the lobby smelled amazing the whole time. The rooms were good and beds were comfortable. I would definitely book here again!

Stayed one night to celebrate me and my husband's birthday's together. This place is so quaint and well kept. We enjoyed the pool and Nikole at the bar made us some great drinks.

The property was well taken care off and in a good location. Weight room, pool area, and casual seating area were all very nice. However the front office workers were very rude and not inviting, and on top of that my room had an infestation of ants. I had ordered some food brought it back to the room, went to the restroom then when I came back my food was covered in ants. They did put me in a different room, but needles to say I will not be coming back.

My wife and I had a couple night-out and we choose the same place from our last visit, it’s really convenience and it’s located on a good spot. We loved the place, it’s clean, good service and the room it’s comfortable.

Staff at the front quite rude when we got there. She wouldn't t let me see what she was charging my card before doing it. Then we never got our room cleaned no trash ever taken out. Hard to get towels. Then no food over the weekend because people called out sick. For the price we paid you should get free brunch not $ 20 a person. I wouldn’t stay here again !

Motion sensors on AC shut it off at night after 30 minutes and we woke up sweating. Staff could do nothing to help, stay away from this hotel, especially in the summer
