The hotel was very clean. Easy check-in and check-out process. The bed was VERY uncomfortable. Very disappointed. Also, a full size mirror is needed in the room

This was hands down the WORST stay I’ve ever had at the Sandman, which saddens me because I’m a regular. HOWEVER this weekend was absolutely abhorrent. There was an out of control children’s birthday party going on which, insanely enough, was allowed to be held in the lobby of the hotel instead of being held the hotel rooms these people booked for the weekend. Children were ALL OVER THE PLACE. They were laying in front of the hotel doors blocking guests from entering and leaving, they were running and screaming and jumping all over the place. And NOTHING was being done to prevent this. And the so-called parents did NOTHING to stop the kids from running a muck. Whhyyyy was this allowed by hotel management?! This should never have been allowed. Yes, they paid to stay at the hotel, NOT to have free range of every space within it. It should be a policy that for parties guests must book a conference room or stay in their rooms! Other guests paid to stay as well, and this completely ruined those stays. If that wasn’t enough, there was apparently some sort of volleyball team or several groups of teenagers and they were ALSO running up and down the hallways of the hotel, screaming and playing as if they were deranged 5 year olds having a marathon race all night! I had to call the front desk TWICE and they literally did not stop until 3:30 this morning! I got NO REST, and the purpose of spending money to stay here this weekend WAS for rest and getaway. I left tired and pissed.

This has been the worse stay ever. Kids running up and down the hallways, screaming then you could hear them running above on the other floor. This was supposed to be a romantic getaway this was horrible

Everything was great there was a few MOMENTS throughout the night were some other guest were very loud and woke me up but no fault to the hotel just guest being guest. Loved the room and the service at the front desk was AMAZING those ladies were very helpful.

It was a nice hotel clean and neat. Free parking. Ypu ha e to use a room key to go in the elevator so if getting food delivered or having company youll need to go down to meet them. No extras like breakfast or even coffee in lobby.

Clean, comfortable, nice decor. Room was a little small meaning doors were big but room is small so you’re walking around the doors. A little cramped. I was there for several days. Great restaurant, nice people. Will stay here again

I absolutely adore The Sandman Signature Hotel, am a loyal regular, and always have an amazing stay. However, this time around it wasn’t the normal outstanding stay that I’m used to for a few reasons. 1. The room that I always book specifically because it is a bit larger and has a couch and table did not have a table this time, and instead had 2 foot ottomans which was annoying because again, the table is more useful. 2. The bathroom was only made ready with one small face/body towel upon arrival, and I had to request additional towels. I know this seems like a picky point, however, as someone who has worked in the hospitality industry previously I know that rooms are to be made ready with at least 2-4 small towels in anticipation of guest arrival, and 4 if there’s more than one guest and it’s beyond just a one night stay. In this case my room was booked for 2 guests for 2 nights. 3. The normal AC unit in that room didn’t work and had a piece of paper in it, so I had to constantly walk across the room to the old unit which to change it instead of being able to use the one near the bed through the night. 4. This I’ve noticed more frequently over the course of the last 3 or 4 stays. The toilets are habitually broken lately. The handles are loose or the seats are loose or it takes several flushes. 5. The couches are starting to be more and more dirty in the rooms. And I would HIGHLY suggest a more regular cleaning in them.

It was exciting- I wished I knew you had a balcony view room. Everyone was nice, until I checked out at 4 am Sunday 10/13. The lady at front wasn't as friendly as the rest of the staff. No customer service display at all...unfriendly on her part.

The check in process was great and the employee was extremely friendly. My only complaint is that I was given a $15 food credit and the restaurant had just closed (no problem) I was told they serve breakfast from 7-10 AM and checkout was noon. The restaurant did not serve breakfast though.

Our room was beautiful and clean, with great amenities. We did have a wet spot on our carpet that we were concerned might be from a leak. We contacted the front desk and they immediately sent maintenance to our room while also upgrading us to a different room immediately even though we were fine with our initial space. Staff was very pleasant and helpful, providing recommendations and directions when asked. This was our second stay and won't be our last! We appreciate the hospitality provided and love staying in this beautiful hotel.

The hotel stay was good except the breakfast service in the hotel with Moxies. When we were there for Saturday paid breakfast, there was a big line of people for breakfast since no utensils, plates or cups and mainly not enough prepared food even though it's half-hour since it opened for BF. It was too much disorganized for an established setting. Hence I gave 3 stars.

While the hotel is very nice my experience was poor. After checking in I went to my room and the air wasnt working. I reported this to the front desk and was told that it would be repaired by the time I returned from work. Upon arriving back to room after work the air was in fact working however when I went to take shower the water was luke warm. I went down to report the water issue and the man at the desk was rather cold and not nice however he moved me to another room with air and hot water. The following night when i went to return to my room my room key was deactivated so i had to return to the front desk to have the key reactivated. Basically this trip was not pleasant or accomodating.

We really enjoyed our stay. There is Moxie's at one end and Shark Bar at the opposite end, so you can have a night out and not have to drive anywhere. The room was big and clean. The bathroom was clean and tub size large. Very comfortable. I will be booking again soon.

The hotel was conveniently located near shopping and restaurants. The rooms were nice and clean but a bit small. The water didn't get that hot in the shower. Overall great stay.
