Carpet was torn and ripped when coming in the door to the room. We had to watch to not trip. Otherwise room was very clean.

It was the best stay I have ever had at an hotel. Very clean, excellent breakfast and prompt response from staff. I will definitely return.

We were so pleasantly surprised by the wonderful arrangements of the room. We had a king bed plus a separate area for working. The rpice was very reasonable. All the amenities were provided and easy to use. Breakfast was a full meal. All of the staff were helpful and even had copies of menus for local restaurants. We would stop here again.

Very nice hotel our air condition made really loud sound every time the fan will come on, but we were only there for two nights so we just made do and told the front desk about it when we checked out.

Hotel is very clean and location is great, breakfast was not so good, and staff named Noelle very unpleasant when asked about why I received basically a parking bill on my windshield. I “guess” Parking is not included and this experience pretty much wrecked a decent stay. They also need some lights in the parking lot especially if they are charging extra for parking.

The staff was amazing and helpful at every step. The room had a little musty smell and the tv was a challenge to use. The pool was chained shut and it looked like they gave up mid-cleaning, but the breakfast was nice! Overall a good place to stay

Like brand new. Very clean. Overall, a great stay with some minor inconveniences. We had a suite that provided a TV in the bedroom area and the sitting area has a larger TV. Bedroom TV worked fine. The large TV was a bit of a headache. Two remotes with no instructions about how to operate them. After 15 minutes, I was going to call the front desk to have someone show me the secret, but I felt too stupid. So, I plugged away until I stumble upon whatever combination and the picture came on. Then it took a while to get sound. There was only a bit of instruction on the screen, but following that was not much help. Once it was working, the guide for programs was totally wrong. The time and date was wrong and programs did not match the guide. Day 2, 3, and 4 was a repeated scenario. On the 3rd day we walked around the building, and I finally read one of the many signs that have a very large scan symbol. I don't scan things with my phone, so I had ignored it. It says "to pay for parking, scan the sign." ????? We were not told anything about this when we checked in. So, we spent some time at the front desk to get this resolved. Credit Card Mix UP: When checking in we used my wife's card. Later, I got notice that my card was charged. More time at the desk. We were assured that only the last card used would be charged. For several days after we left, the charge remained on my card. Finally it was removed from my card. All is Good.

Not à good expérience at all, we were not welcome the desk lady wasn’t nice she was rude. The bathroom in are room wasn’t clean, they didn’t have a safety deposit box.

I booked this hotel and reserved a suite, however, when I arrived they put my family in a two bed regular room….for FIVE OF US!!!! I explained the front desk that we reserved and paid for the suite since we had five people, and the person there did nothing to fix this. I basically paid for something and did not receive what I purchased. Then, at 8am the staff decided to have an extremely loud meeting that you could hear throughout the hotel. They were completely disrespectful. The beds were full size…for five…and horribly uncomfortable. I’ll never go back, not even for free. They should be ashamed of themselves.

Absolute hidden gem!! Shout out to Khloe💕 breakfast was great! I had absolutely no complaints whatsoever – and at 12 PM check out was a bonus. I would definitely recommend and I would definitely stay again.

Only complaint was a very uncomfortable bed

It was better than the other hotels that I have stayed at and also allowed me a way to not have to pay separately for parking by joining the BonVoyage club.

AC stopped working, moved me to another room with no AC. Room was 80 at night.

Comfortable, clean room and good breakfast

Everything was great. The check in was good. The room was exceptionally clean and the breakfast was the bomb. I highly recommend a stay here.

This hotel has its own private parking lot that you have to pay to park in. It’s $14/day. This is not disclosed anywhere that I noticed ahead of time. This is the first time I’ve ever had to pay to park in a hotel’s own lot and I feel it’s a deceptive practice. I will not be staying here again.
