The beds were the most smazing beds I've ever slept on! I had back surgery and i was so comfortable i didn't even have to take any medication! The staff was very polite, kind, snd professional! I would gladly stay there again!

My stay was ok but the rooms were not ready when i showed up to check in. They claimed i only reserved one room when i had reserved two rooms. I had to show them my reservation and then it took almost 45 minutes for them to figure out what was going on

We only had our bags in the room for a couple of hours. Honestly I felt the area was unsafe for my grandson & my self. There were homeless people & told of a big drug crime area from a restaurant a couple miles down. We went back & got our bags & stayed in a better hotel. The room was clean & the front desk ladies were nice.

We had to change rooms 3x ! First room had a bunch of roaches. Second room was ok until we went to sleep and I got bit by something on my arms and neck! And the toilet wouldn’t flush. Third room had roaches as well so we was just like let’s get through this day , don’t leave nothing out or open. And we left around 6am to just go somewhere else! They staff was good , the hotel was horrible! Wish we could get our money back! Will not stay again or recommend!

We reserved and arrived at this property pretty late in the evening - after traveling all day, I was grateful to find anything and the booking process was very quick and easy. The check-in process was decent. Although the ad says there is wifi, I was unable to connect to their network at all - even after requesting a password.

No comforter on one of the beds. Wall damage that should be repaired. Homeless living close. Strong smell of smoke and marijuana in the halls which may have been associated with a very loud family arguing at the front door when we left something about “smokin pot and no it ain’t no round trip”. Not sure. Shower pressure comes and goes. No drain plug so not possible to take a bath. Shower curtain trim growing mold. Place was clean otherwise and staff working but among them we overheard probably 30 curse words from the talking loudly throughout the hotel.

The property was in rough shape. My first room had a broken toilet seat.. 2nd room had issues with the television and a large spider like creature hanging out.. The staff was good, breakfast was fine.. Not the best part of town. Won’t be staying there again.

It should be "No Quality inn" not just quality inn. This place is non smoking but smoke smell in all rooms(changed couple rooms). No dead boalt,toilet doesnt work properly. Bed sheets has stains.. really really sucks. Not worth the price at all.

I checked out as soon as I checked in. The room was horrible and disgusting. It smell like smoke although I selected non smoking. Sheets had blood in it. Comforter has cigarettes holes in it. It was a nightmare. As if no one is cleaning or sanitizing those room.

Run down facility with cockroaches, cups chewed by possibly rats. Door propped open, random people coming in and out throughout the night making it unsafe. Strangers in the parking lot asking for help with money. No housekeeping service during the 5 days there. Asked for towels and toilet paper and tissue but did not receive it. Had to go to the front desk to get towels, toilet paper, and tissues. Had to take out our own trash due to no housekeeping service during the 5 days there. Ladies at the front desk was nice and helpful.

Breakfast hwas always late or non-existent, the staff at the front desk were eating while checking in guests and my neighbors smoked marijuana on a daily basis. I WIĹL NEVER STAY IN THIS HOTEL AGAIN. If it was not for the fact I had no choice, I would have left day one. I cleaned and sanitized my own bathroom. It was filthy. Just disgusting!!!!!! Shameful

The front desk people were nice. But the overall cleanliness of the rooms was horrible. Shower had no pressure, literally none. One bed had a comforter but the other just had a sheet, was very uncomfortable all night. The walls in the room were covered in food or soda so the cleanliness off the room was atrocious. Smelt like cigarette smoke on the whole floor

In a bad part of town, took forever to check in, smelled terrible, very run down, curtains were hanging off on the side, remote didn't work for the tv, baby cockroach in the bathroom, heard every door slam in the hallway. Breakfast was bizarre as you had to walk outside and through the parking lot to the other side of a motel next door, to a restaurant to give the vouchers to, but the food was decent.

The entire hallway on our floor smelled of weed and cigarette smoke even though we had a non smoking room. The towels in the bathroom had black hair embedded in them and stains. The sheets on the bed also had stains. Blow dryer in the bathroom didn’t work. Dirty. Looked nothing like the advertised pictures.

it is ironic that you posted a sign saying $200 charge for smoking yet the room I was in smelled like years of cigarettes, shouldn't you be paying me the $200???!!! Also, the lady that runs the morning breakfast is unpleasant to guests...maybe someone should tell her she is in the hospitality business which usually means be nice to guests

First this hotel should be completely closed down. I do understand that people believe you get what you pay for but this was a really bad experience for my family & I. The room walls were dirty as if someone had thrown food at the walls. The smoke detectors were taped to wall & was still falling down. The room smelled look smoke, when I requested a smoke free room. There were several roaches crawling around the room. Also there big roaches dead down the hallway. I was so upset that I could not even stay in the room to get photos. This hotel should be deemed unlivable.

That was the worst experience I had had in my life I never stay in a place like that in all my life I arrived by 3:00 a.m. I was extremely tired that is why I did not leave the place was nothing dirty they didn't have a covers everything was dirty the walls the beds the bathroom and it was smelling like marijuana the whole hotel it's terrible I don't know how did you recommend a hotel like that I would like people to know so they never go to the place that place should be close or have any management the cleaning take care of that
