This is my favorite hotel to stay! Always friendly, clean, and feels safe. Pet friendly! I travel for Bengals games and this is close enough to the stadium to avoid the heavy traffic situations.

Overall stay was pleasant except I now have the worse backack you can imagine. I am attaching a picture of the mattress that has a 8-inch-deep VALLEY in it. It wasn't til the second night that I realized I had sunk into the mattress! I am 5'9 weighing 190 pounds so I am not overweight ...it was a VERY BAD mattress!

The nice young lady that checked me in had the best customer service. Only issue I had was the tub was backing up and was backed up when I woke up in the morning. No biggie though. I just spent the night in a hotel so I didn’t have to look at my boyfriend for the night so I just showered the next morning.

Our room was extremely run down. They were undergoing construction and some remodelling so I’m sure that these rooms are being remodeled. The carpets were very dirty and look like they hadn’t been vacuumed in a very long time.

Payed in cash on 8/22/2024. They told me that my card would not be charged. When we left, my card was charged called them , they said would refund, but as of 8/23/2024, no refund so that money is still locked on my card, because it is in a pending transaction. So my next step is to file with BBB. They got my travel money lock up Thursday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday

It was a comfortable bed. There were signs about renovations going on so I feel that our room hadn't undergone those yet. With that in mind, I would definitely stay again. Bathroom was just very dated.

Stayed here one night for a concert. The property is clean, and parking was convenient. Check in was easy, and the staff was nice. The fitness center was closed, but the hotel was in the process of remodeling. The location is convenient to the highway, but dining options were somewhat limited.

Unfortunately we stayed there July 25 while we Saw a concert at river bend music arena. I didn't realize when I had made our reservations that the hotel would be under construction. Our room was 332 and when we stepped Out of the elevator, there's were no lights in the hallway besides a single construction type lantern. There were no wallpaper in the hall ways and the walls had writing all over them. Our window blind was made of folded up paper and held up with clothes pins!! The toilet had to be flushed several times for it the actually empty the toilet and the water pressure in the sink and shower was almost non existent. I spent almost $250 on a room for one night. I'm extremely unimpressed. I will say that the staff seemed nice, but over worked. I liked that it was less than 10 minutes away from the concert venue and it was fairly easy to reserve an uber !

Stayed there when we went to see a concert at Riverbend. They are in the process of remodeling....the check in area is very nice, our room was 'okay'. Someone dropped something on the floor above us a few times..I don't know what it was but it was VERY loud. Bathtub was gross....my husband took a shower in his foot flops. Could have used a good scrubbing. No restaurants in the area. Cant say how breakfast was, we got back from the concert at 1:30am and left at 6am. Didn't have much contact with staff but the person at the check in desk was very nice. Final room cost was $240 (on a Thursday night). I'm sure once it is remodeled it wil be very nice, but it's not a $240 experience.

Nothing unique about the property but I would stay there again. The bed wasn't completely uncomfortable. The pillows are great. The air conditioning, even though you turn it down because the room got warm while sleeping, I don't believe you get to choose your lower temp after 68. It was placed on 65 and wasn't cold when exiting the bed as of the morning. It was still warm in the room. Overall, not a bad place.

The property was under construction. The pool was closed. My booking said we would have a city view. We had a view of a brick wall. The staff was not overly friendly or welcoming. There were cabinets and other project materials in the hall. They started hammering and pounding in the room above us while we were trying to sleep. The breakfast was gross. It was some weird egg with a piece of American cheese in the middle and ham slices floating in water. It was just unpleasant the whole time. Not what I expected.

The hotel and staff are amazing. They are in the middle of a remodel so it was kinda messy. Paid for a double bed suite through hotels.com app but did not recieve a suite when I checked in and they charged as if I did.

Property was under renovation. Room absolutely stunk bathroom counter was moldy bathroom floor floor was sticky tub was gross. Hallways littered with construction equipment and debris. Construction workers were loud and having unappropriate conversations while cussing in front of my child.

It was a construction zone when we arrived starting on the road leading to the hotel. The check-in staff staff was great and extremely accommodating. When We arrived back to the hotel@1130ish, a shift change had occurred and the night/morning breakfast crew had taken over. The gentleman behind the desk verbally reprimanded me for sitting on a seat just inside the dining area, clearly 5 feet from the lobby area. We i’ve been standing and cheering and singing during a concert with 90 temps outside. We just needed some relief.. To sit for a moment. Was a verbal reprimand necessary in that situation? the night crew she realize, especially on a Saturday night, how to deal with people to back to the hotel that have been out having a good time. Do you have to be a ball buster? The following morning, the same person and A second older management person was totally oblivious to the necessities for their guests. No coffee even though it had been brought to their attention multiple times for over a half hour& still didn’t get coffee, ran out of sausage multiple times out of two different juices at the juice station. The hotel is under construction and it was a hot mess. extremely frustrating when you were trying to relax on a night out. Once again, our check-in crew was great and extremely accommodating the night crew which turned into most of the morning crew were essentially useless

This was a great one night stay. I like the room setup. There was plenty of space for our family of 6 to spread out. The breakfast was ok but nothing extraordinary.

We arrived late after a long day of driving and the staff at the desk immediately put us at ease. I believe her name was Nicole? We had 5 people in our room (when I booked, it said up to 6 could stay) and she brought us an extra bed and linens and towels. It was above and beyond. Yes, the property is still under renovation, but our accessible room had all the grab bars and accommodations I would typically expect from accessible rooms. The breakfast was pretty typical. My kids get excited about hotel waffles…and they got them. I would absolutely book here again.

We were comfortable in our room. There were many stains on the chair so we had to put a towel on it just to feel comfortable sitting on it. Wall paper was ripping off the walls. This place needs a major update. It appears it is in process. Breakfast was in a small conference room, although the main breakfast area appeared ready to use. The toaster was out of order - Really? Can you spend $10 and go get one at the store?
