Stayed for 3 days, check-in was fine, access to suite was via lift to 2nd floor but the you have to traverse the building and then go back down a floor via stairs, while the porter did carry the bags, not ideal, no other access. The suite had a spacious living area, but the kitchen area had no functional equipment, and the bedroom was small and the bathroom very small, given the overall size of the suite these could have been bigger, the bedroom was the only room with air con, and it was noisy but functional on full power. There was also a fan in the main living area, but only half worked and very noisy. There were some hairs in the bedroom and the bathroom cold fawcett fell off in hand, shower unit needs deep clean. Given the budget is was OK, just need a better clean, however the two main problems were poor Wi-Fi which I needed for work, 2nd day it did not work in the morning so walked to another hotel to work. But the major problem is noise during the day and night, some windows are only covered by gauze to allow air circulation, but this means the street noise is very loud until 2 or 3 in the morning. There is a pool but cold and very small on rooftop. The restaurant is basic but functional, food is adequate and inexpensive, staff are friendly and nice. stay was ok but not best experience, I would struggle stay again.

Hotel was great but no hot water. I thought the hotel didn't have any hot, but on the last day found out it was just the heater being defective in the room. Also, dont use spa. Worst massage ever. 1 hour booked but only got 45 minutes with a 15 minute “self rest” as part of it. Also, very lazy massage for the other times. Hotel would be rated way higher if it wasnt for these 2 things. Everything else was good and I would return

Good hotel, located in an older building but the insides have been remodeled so it's nice and modern. Bed was comfortable. Breakfast was alright. It was very nice having onsite parking and the location of the hotel is quite central. Staff was great. I would go back again, especially for the price I paid.

The parking is on the first floor and they pack cars in. As many as they can. Leaving the next morning they had to search through a pile of keys and move 9 cars so we could leave. The noise on the sidewalk and the noise on the property is unbearable. The good news is that if you like a hard bed these beds are like stone. You will be very happy. At check in I give my credit card and take 2 beers from their beer cooler. The next day after I am 300 km away they call wanting to know how I plan to pay for the beers. Think about this. During the moving of 9 cars no one thought to mention that the card I gave does not cover incidentals? They also charged a pet fee for a service dog. Not and esa a service dog when their policy states no charge.

I have stayed at this hotel 3 times now and I recommend it. The hotel is very nice and the staff is friendly and helpful. My only complaint is that the wifi does not function so well on the floors where I have stayed.

For my money, nothing negative to say. Staff, room, locale, all worked for me. My room wasn't terribly lagre, but I wasn't there to ballroom dance. Roof top pool & restaurant a nice cherry. It sll workrd very well for me. Would return tomorrow.

Made the reservation way ahead of time, yet when I got there they didnt have the most current terms of the reservation and I wasted about 15 minutes checking in. Rooms are small and uncomfortable. Pool pictured in the advertising is only mainly for children, housekeeping was a little bit lousy, poor selection and cheap brand in the refrigerator, not so good AC in a very hot and humid region and finally they couldnt, not willing to fix the final charge on my CC since I left 2 nights prior to the reservation established it. For the price charged, definitively NOT A GOOD HOTEL, below average !

It is and great hotel, location is perfect and close to everything. Thee are a lot of bars and restaurants around, so if you are a "light sleeper" you probably have to request a room that doesn't face the street, but if you're a night and partier person, this hotel is perfect for you. Noise is not too bad. Staff is amazing, friendly and very helpful. Bed was a little bit short for me (I'm 6'2) but they moved me to another room right away. The restaurant offers a free breakfasts which was delicious, they offer a good variety of food. You can also have any other meal but they're expensive. I would recommend restaurants around the hotel for a third of a price and bigger amounts. I highly recommend this hotel. This was my first of many stays.

The hotel is rather small..maybe 30 rooms or so...kind of charming,. Our room was like a very small effiency. 2 Bedrooms (one with a king and one with 2 twins), a small kitchen area, a small living room with tv, and 1 very small bath room. The only small mirror was in the bath area, which made getting ready difficult. The rooms were clean. On the 6th floor (roof) there is a very small pool and a small resteraunt. We had very limited spanish, but found the staff here to be incredibly helpful. In fact, when we moved hotels, I missed the friendly staff at the Buena Vista. The biggest problem with this hotel was the beds were hard (I mean really hard) and the noise from the street was too loud to sleep....if you are staying here take your ear plugs.
