My wife and I stay in hotels a lot since we have business locations here in Houston and some in Dallas so go back and foward so we choose hotels at random yet , first time I actually stay in a hotel that my wife tells me she feels unsafe also feels like someone is watching her , she felt uncomfortable . I also noticed that the room was really dirty, would I stay again , no , would I recommend it , better places down the road or across the city so look around but no don’t recommend it .

The worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in Houston. I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone. Bad smell all around the hallways. They don’t set up proper room amenities.

Very comfortable bed & clean . No shampoo/conditioner/ lotion/soap. Safety questionable. Refrig needed to be cleaned. But overall had good stay & we were safe.

I didnt like anything about the property. There were several broke down cars(sitting there for sometime)on the property. There were young people laughing/talking loudly in hallways late at night. We were told on the first day that if we needed to cancel our reservation(we were awaiting medical decisions for my disabled son) that it wouldnt be a problem in us getting a refund. As of 10/19 no refund nor did anyone return messages(3). This incident has really discouraged me & my son.

The Summer Hill Suite is dirty and run down. I would never stay at this property again.

The hotel was filthy. All three of our rooms and both hallways had debris both in the center and along the edges. 2 rooms had dead cockroaches and the third had a live one. One room had a red and brown bumpy stain on the fitted sheet. The only reason we stayed is because we checked in at nearly 11 pm after traveling with our elderly mother and 6 month old grandbaby. We left the next day and lost the money for second night on all three rooms even though the both the night and day managers had said they woukd refund us for the second night. It was better to lose the money than stay another night.

This place is absolutely disgusting and on top of that they gave keys to my room to other complaining guests who wanted a new room so I had strangers walk into my room at midnight with a key.

There was roaches on the wall. The door didn’t lock and the toilet ran. I was awful. Run run never ever stay here. Ever!!! It is a scary place. I can even imagine eating food out of this place. You will probably die . Don’t ever ever ever stay here even if it is free. Remember run run

Where do I start? The room was not ready at 4:15 but the hotel was mostly empty (no cars in parking lot). When we were able to check in our bed was only made with a sheet, we found the bed spread in the closet and made our own bed. There were no cups, ice buckets or any other containers to hold water. No door knob on the bathroom door. The floor was moist and sticky. The smell in the entire place was moldy and gross. The "indoor pool" looked like a half cleaned toilet. No one available to tell our concerns to when we checked out and we waited at desk for 20 min. Oh and no phone in room. My parents live in the area and I have stayed at other hotels in the area and this is the only one that is bad. This is a great area but crappy hotel.

Sheets and towels were stained but clean. Shower doors were not clean. The pool/hot tub were "under maintenance". No breakfast only coffee. Halls were hot and with dirty floors especially the elevator door track. Roaches in the room. Uneven floor in room. Not as advertised.

This hotel is raggedy. They put me in a room with all the wires sticking out the ac unit. The sheets were dirty on the bed. I asked for another room. The sheets were dirty. I asked for more sheets and towels and never gotten them. They had the lawnmower in the dining area. We only stayed one night out of the three.

Terrible experience. When we got to our room there were no towels, no soap, no remote for the tv, unusable ice machine, no blanket on the bed. They did bring towels, but not enough, said they had no more. We found roaches in the room. Breakfast was advertised and it was bite sized muffins and coffee. In the morning two employees or guests were screaming at each other in the lobby and the manager was just standing there watching them. He did give us a refund for the second night we had booked and a partial refund for the night we stayed. I had the feeling we were the only guests there and we were in a halfway house. It was very uncomfortable.

The room was filthy like no one had properly cleaned it in months. My bed had cigarette burns in it and I killed a bug while I was there. Our room also was missing the deadbolt so we didn’t feel safe . We ended up leaving in the middle of the night. Luckily we were able to get a refund. Don’t stay here it’s really gross.

I stayed here for one night on a business trip and the desk was useful! The bed was comfortable with extra pillows! The shower doors looked like they had not been cleaned in six months though, and there were three small roaches frequenting the bathroom, so I didn’t even want to shower there. There was a coffee pot in the room, but no coffee pods or packets. They do have 24/7 coffee in the lobby though.

I originally booked a double room and the bed linens were dirty, there were bed bugs walking in the sheets, the shower and toilet were dirty.
I showed all these to the maintenance guy who reported to the manager.
They moved me to a single king size room. He said it will be much better.
Not true. There were roaches all over, the carpet, that you can see was dirty, the nightstand, the bathroom, all over the walls and also climbing up the mattress. It was the worst experience ever!
Thank God for Hotels.com customer service. After I sent them the pictures of all the roaches all over, they relocated me.

No absolutely disgusting property DO NOT book or stay here
The place was a murder scene blood on the walls urine on the chair and we are still fighting for a refund even though they have now told us after three weeks of being hing up on that we shouldnt have been in that room as its not for guests they film police reenactments in there and they still will not issue a refund
Absolute worst hotel ever needs to be removed from expedia at once and expedia is no help in assisting us with a refund at all thankyou

The outside of the property was well kept, but the inside was horrible. The carpet looked like it wasn't cleaned for months and the place had an odor. The roaches met you in the hallway as well as greeted you upon entering your room. There was a recliner in the room that looked like it came from Goodwill. It was gross. There was no phone in the room and no wastebaskets for the trash. The sheets on the bed were stained and looked dingy. We just spread our blankets over the bed and slept like that. The place was not swept or vacuumed in months, even the wooden floor elevator. There was only a face cloth and a large towel in the bathroom for two people. There was no hand soap, shampoo or body wash for guest. The tub hadn't been used in I don't know how long and there was a rust spot and white residue in the tub to indicate that. The shower curtain was yellow/orange and dingy looking with the bottom as black as night at the bottom. The faucet was dirty and the bottom cabinet was dirty as well. You could see the dust at the bottom just sitting there waiting for someone to one day clean it up. The pictures on the website are so misleading to people looking for a great place to stay. The only type of breakfast served was a cold breakfast with cereal and milk along with coffee. I'm glad I stayed for only one night because I would have called City Inspections to shut this place down. The only nice person I met was the Maintenance person Trey who was very helpful.

I liked the location of the property. The staff was not professional, unfriendly and scarce. The lobby, elevator and halls were filthy. Our room floors and furniture were nasty with grime and stains. We saw several ROACHES on the night table and in the bathroom. Our stay was completely disgusting!!!
