I wish we could've have gotten clean towels after the first night.

We did get rooms across from each other.

First morning we were told there wasn't going to be a hot breakfast due to truck being late.

Great location but moldy bathrooms

The location was great, and I enjoyed the free breakfast.

They were unwilling to move my room closer to my other party. They said they were booked up. Also, the first room I was in had a lot of mold on the bathroom ceiling. I reported it. They moved me to another room. In the second room, the ventilation in the bathroom didn't work. There was a small amount of mold in that bathroom as well.

Other than the false fire alarm, this hotel is always very pleasant & comfortable.

We like to stay here but this time the Fire Alarm went off at 12:30pm & the fire alarm lights stayed on ALL night. Did not have a good night rest at all. Staff is always very friendly but this situation was out of their control. Thank you.

Room was not clean

The room was dusty and not clean. I sneezed the whole time. The hallway was muggy and hot. I asked housekeeper to vacuum she said she didn’t speak English

Exceptional

The location and the quality of the place. Breakfast was great and so was the coffee.

They have some sort of weird charge each night for incidentals. When I called before hand to ask, I was lied to by a staff member. I had a long stay so that was problematic.

My previous stat which was on the 8/5/23 was more pleasant than this week stay.

Breakfast was ok and location is very good.

I did not get the same room I booked on line with two bids . Also, staff claimed room not ready when we arrived at 3:30 pm. She gave us a king size bed instead.

Excellent hotel!

The rooms are excellent value for money and the beds are comfortable. The location is excellent and there is a good variety of options available for breakfast. The staff are helpful and friendly.

the room was not clean when we checked in we had to get them to get it cleaned the sheets were nasty and the microwave had an inch of dust on it. we ask for our room to be cleaned while we were there and it was not but once. had to ask for towels every day we were there because they failed to put clean ones in the room. the smell inside the hotel smell like rotten feet.
