Property was beautiful with a beautiful view of nature. Staff was friendly and helpful. Indoor parking. Swimming pool. Only set back, lots of stairs to get to rooms but not so bad.

Excellent location: quiet, yet close enough to everything. The kitchen was fully equipped with utensils and plates as well as herbs, salt, and oil. The pool was the added bonus to this property.

Enjoyed our extended 6 night stay, especially liked sitting out on the terrace after a hard day seeing the sights. Although not air conditioned the old farm house stayed cool during the day. Receptionist was super friendly and helpful.

Super nice staff who was flexible even though we had made a mistake with our reservation. We had two bedrooms and a kitchen area. Everything was well kept. The walk to Siena seemed a little far for our kids, so we drove instead of taking the 30-40 walk. It's a very relaxing community. I just wish we had been there in the summer when the pool was open. Very family friendly.

Great place at the edge of town. Close to bus stop and free parking is excellent for car rental/touring Tuscany. The kitchen facilities were excellent.

Excellent hotel and grounds we travelled with young kids so was nice to have some outdoor space for them. Rooms were large and comfortable. Our room had a lovely view over Siena. We utilized the bus frequently and went into town centre for most meals. There was a supermarket opposite the train station we used to get shopping.

Our stay was lovely. We were travelling with our nine months old son and had two bedrooms one of which had a baby cot he loved. Our kitchenette was also well equipped with what we needed to make our own dinner after picking up groceries at the Conad in Siena. The location is a bit far from the centre but we didn't mind and after a ten minute bus ride in route one you are right downtown. The scenery at the hotel was lovely as was the pool. Our little guy really enjoyed the pool.

We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. It is a bit of a walk into town but well worth the effort. There is a bus at the end of the street which is easy to use and takes you to the main areas. Angela was a delight to deal with and very helpful.

We were delighted with our large studio. Kitchen was well fitted out, plenty of utensils, pots etc. An easy walk to town or the bus station, if you want to explore other areas. Local bus stop nearby to go the bus station. Viola and Angela were very helpful. Perfect receptionists...there if you need them, but leave you to it otherwise. The studio was spotlessly clean& Viola made an appointment to clean it during our stay(9 nights) which we were impressed with. The shop is 5min walk& the pizzeria next door is v good (€5 for pizza). The pool area is lovely for lazy days. A great base to explore Tuscany, easy to get to& we would stay again. 10/10

Ideal position for us travelling with two children - quiet position in residential area within short walk to main sights (20 mins) along footpath, downhill with little park on way (bus runs from end of road). Room was very clean and spacious and warm, which was appreciated (early April). Staff were exceptional - when I called to get directions, the receptionist offered to research bus and train times for our onward journey to the airport, booked our taxi and made it nice and easy. Ate in a local pizzeria 5-10 mins walk away, which was wonderful and very reasonable. We weren't aware the pool would be closed, which was a disappointment, but I see this has now been added to the hotel information, so that is good. Very charming - in main season, there are also other facilities open like table tennis, which would be fun.

The rooms were large and though it was away from city amenities, it did offer other features such as a quiet pool area. The hotel staff were very helpful with transportation tips. A local bus stop was near and the hotel sold the necessary bus tickets. The room had cooking facilities which we did not use except for the refrigerator and some of the glasses and serving utensils. Overall it provided more than most hotel rooms.
