Nice hotel staff were lovely however very noisy road outside therefore got very little sleep. Almost no parking around the hotel and pool was very cold.

Perfect Location for transport around the island also in the centre of Puerto de la Cruz as soon as you come out everything is walking distance. Breakfast is Served Daily and complimentary, also a Spa and Rooftop Deck with bar and 2 pools.

My wife and I stayed here for two nights on a half-board basis. Check-in was fast and efficient and we were given room 303.
The room was adequately furnished, with sufficient hanging/shelf space and (free) safe though the wardrobe had no door. There was a small minibar/fridge and kettle. Cups, glasses, tea, coffee and sugar were provided but no milk/creamer and the hot drink supplies were not replenished. The beds were comfortable but the sheets were not really big enough to tuck under the matress, so they had the tendancy to come away in the night. The tv had a number of channels that could be tuned to English language. The wifi was good.
We found the food had improved since our last stay although even though we eat early and were one of the first people down at dinner, the food was already tepid and we had to use the microwave.
It was disappointing to find that the sunbeds had still not been replaced despite the management being aware of the problem since March.
The main issue with this hotel is the bathrooms. When the hotel was renovated in 2021, they chose to install glass cubicles as bathrooms. These offer no privacy and anyone using the toilet can be seen from the bedroom, hall and even from a person sitting on the bed (as the full-length mirror is poorly positioned) which is rather disconcerting. Management have been aware of the situation since the renovation. The problem could easily (and cheaply) be solved simply by using some stick-on, vinyl frosted panels.

Good location. Hotel was clean and had comfortable beds.

Absolutely Beautiful hotel couldn’t ask for anything more

Overall the stay was good and it gives us exactly what we’re looking for. The only negative thing was the treatment from a receptionist who was rude because we left our room 30’ later than the checkout time without considering that the last night the clock went forward and the alarm didn’t ring.

We had a lovely stay for 2 nights. The reception staff were exceptionally helpful, they even sent a member of staff with my husband to sort out our tickets at the bus station! Very modern hotel in a great location, short walk to bus station and sea front and lots of bars/restaurants close by, huge rooftop area with bar, pools and sunbathing areas with fantastic views, would recommend!😎

Everything clean and modern looking. Staff are so helpful. Breakfast covers all options

The property is not a 4 star property. It is clean but somewhat bland. The rooms look like hospital rooms. I would give the hotel a 3 Star rating. However, it is located close to many shops, restaurants, etc.

Centrally and clean.

Very nice hotel. Good value for the money. Everything was better than i expected. Room was clean, modern, very comfortable bed. There was minibar & coffee & tea ( only decaf coffee for some reason). It was quiet even though view was to the street.
The hotel felt like it was well kept & maintained. Nice service at the reception. Only thing that could be better was the breakfast. Too many queues, coffee quality was not very good & the breakfast area was very noisy. The breakfast was still quite good.I would recommend!

arrived around 1pm but room ready and key issued by friendly, efficient and smart receptionist. room renovated recently was fab with great balcony and views of sea and top of Teide. not noisy surprisingly as glass balcony edge seemed to reflect street hubbub, even when rubbish cart arrived.(note that, although the rooms, reception, pool area and bar were finished to a high standard the building structure showed wear in certain places like balcony ceiling which was in a poor state- small but not irrelevant point!). brekky and dinner of high standard wit lots of choice and quality ingredients. one bad point to note that I was surprised to be able to use bedchairs on roof terrace as it was sunny and warm most days but these were wicker construction with no padding and very uncomfortable to lay on. however hotel totally recommended

This hotel has obviously had a refit since covid struck and is now an exceptional place. Very clean and tidy, staff friendly and breakfast buffet was amazing, I was unfortunately ill during our stay (nothing to do with the Hotel ) and the management were wonderful, if i needed anything just to call down to reception. Its lication is right in the centre were everything happens and 2 rooftop swimming pools complete it perfectly, will definitely be back

Good hotel, modern and in good location to the old part of puerto de la cruz. Lots of space on the roof terrace with the 2 pools.

One of the best hotels in Puerto de la Cruz, perfect location and very good standard! All staff is super nice!

The hotel has been recently renovated thus everything is well maintained. Since The pool is only open until 6pm we could not take advantage of it as we usually arrived back to the hotel only past 6pm after touring around. It would be nice to have extended hours. Also some kind of blinds will be helpful to create some privacy since the modern bathroom has glass instead of wall. Breakfast buffet had a great variety of items and plenty full.

Great value for money! Beautiful accommodation - very aesthetically appealing. Service was amazing. All staff were so friendly, helpful and highly efficient. Roof top pop was beautiful with scenic views. Cocktails were also incredible and such a friendly barman. Buffet breakfast was really great quality and the location of the hotel was perfect with everything you need in short distance. 100% recommend and will definitely return. Thank you!

perfectly located in the old town, near to the bus station and a pleasant walk to the main tourist strip. The hotel was spotlessly clean, huge range of breakfast choice, comfortable bed, large room, lovely staff. Nothing to dislike, would definitely stay here again if back in Tenerife

The location is good and the rooftop bar would be nice in good weather. Unfortunately it rained for eight out of the nine days I was there so the roof was almost never open. I had a single room which was quite small but with a huge balcony with a sun lounger but no roof. it was great on the one day of sun!!One of the cleaners was ok but for a few days there was a different one who did fancy things with towels but no cleaning. My sheets werent changed once in nine nights. The food was not great. The salad bar was quite good as most are but there was nothing much for vegetarians otherwise. The vegetables were quite varied from day today but unfortunately usually cooked to death. The dining room was quite nice and the staff very efficient. The downstairs bar was fairly horrible with no outside terrace. It was freezing cold as part of the back is just screen blocks and a sort of conservatory bit with a gale blowing through and the roof leaking a lot. The furniture was in a terrible state. The only entertainment was the same man playing an organ every night, which the Spanish pensioner tour groups danced to.The lobby was pretty awful too and not nearly big enough for everyone using wifi. The reception staff were wearing coats and scarves all the time because it was so cold in there. These public areas were certainly way tattier than at any 3 star I have stayed in. Great position and most staff quite nice.

twin room, mattresses were different quality- one ok one not. Door to balcony did not shut when we arrived but was 'fixed' temporarily. Room & bathroom clean but a little shabby

Summary: I wouldn´t give this hotel 4 stars.
Pros:
- The rooms are clean
- nice location (but it´s a smallish place, so that can be said of all)
Cons:
- Beds are borderline uncomfortable
- Buffet is truly disappointing. The food is bad and the choices very limited
- Wifi is innaccesible
- Amenities are paid-only (fridge, safe)

I would not have classed this as a 4-star hotel, but you get what you pay for and in terms of service and convenience we couldnt fault this hotel. It is just a bit tired round the edges, the pool areas could have been updated, the mouldy curtains in the room changed, the daily housekeeping a bit better but the staff were very friendly and the location was great for walking into town and to the beach so we were very pleased overall with our stay. We went with the half-board option which was good, a good mix of food every day which was fresh and tasty.

I was a little puzzled. A 4 star hotel, which is good, has only the location in the center of Puerto de la Cruz.Room: Old furniture with awkward beds and dead bugs attached to the walls. Despite explicitly asking for a double bed (as I have a 10 month old baby), they have attached 2 single beds, different heights of 5cm difference. He had a good bath, more or less decent.Food: Not a wide choice. Breakfast buffet, with scramble egg immersed in 1 cm of water, horrible. Being a 4 star I also expected an a la carte choice, but it was not so.Pool: Good but not very good, some maintenance work is a must, and for pleasure, the water has to be heated a bit. It is actually on the roof, but you can not expect 2 pools with 1.70m of water to heat up only with the sun. Frozen water!Parking: None. If you are going to hire a car, get ready to turn around the block for at least 10 times.Internet: Not available in the rooms. only available in the Hall where there are 80% of customers. Power outlets? 2. Scandalous for a 4 star.Price: At least thats cheap. In General the Hotel is not a 4 star, but a 2 star hotel. Everything to be remodeled from the staff (to a large extent) to the rooms (all). It is not advisable for those who have children (also because there is no one who helps you bring your luggage to your room), but only for seniors and young couples who do not claim great comfort. 2 STARS

The hotel was central, rooms clean and tidy. Not modern, but very comfortable. Food was great good choice and something for everyone tastes and drinks on All inclusive were also good. Roof top pools great views and clean and tidy area...sun loungers always available and mats. Staff friendly and reception staff helpful and knowledgeable. Great value for money and will stay here again definitely. Mixed visitors so its not just for English but everyone was friendly and sociable.

The hotel has really good sized clean rooms and the staff are great. A little updating is required to bring the rooms up to standard. Wi-fi a flat screen TV and tea and coffee making facilities along with some redecoration would make this hotel a winner.
