The receptionist in the afternoon rude, never wants to help. Can get drinks between 6 and 710? And 11, she will say they're doing shift change Couldn't even buy a Coke or coffee. Everyone else nice, clean rooms, good room service. From the mead thank you

They don't have elevators, the hotel Is really clean but the TV is not un the Best Place on the wall, the área around the hotel Is not really safe, they dont have breakfast available, and ITS really hard to control the volume on the TV, the personal Is really friendly.

This was my first time staying at this hotel. The bedsheets and pillow cases had hairs all over them. The floor had stains, which was an indicator that floors had not been mopped. The shower tiles also had hairs. I had to go buy clorox wipes from an Oxxo to wipe and disinfect everything. My personal cover was used to sleep on because my family and I were so grossed out by the hairs. The front desk receptionist was not very friendly either. I paid about $52 US dollars for a 1-night stay. At night, it was very loud. There are no elevators and you can hear anyone that walks by along with their loud conversations. I do not recommend this place.

Great hotel, high quality in almost everything. The surrounding area was a little iffy but other than that it fit perfectly for us. The free parking is great but complicated having to move cars around. Yet, it is a great addition if you are travelling by car. They did not take cards and they did not let me prepay. That is a problem, for we had to give them some of our exchanged pesos.

You are walking distance to a a lot good places but you can get to not so nice places as well if you go wrong direction...Other than that hotel is great

The hotel was in clean condition, but the toilet was faulty ,after you flushed it took up to 15mins to fill out the water deposit, the shower didn't have curtains, and the door lock was faulty, i felt a bit insecure, after you wiggle the door noob the lock popped upup

Este hotel es muy bueno en sus instalaciones y el servicio, la atención de sus empleados es muy buena, solo que creo le rentan a personas para vivir allí y algunos de estos no saben respetar el derecho de los demás a descansar. Lamentablemente esta situación afecta a todos. Deben ser mas rigurosos con las normas de ruido de los huéspedes.

The hotel is ok for the price but it's located in a shaddy area. They don't have enough parking spaces. I had to park behind someone. When I tried leaving the key to my car, I was told that I would have to move the car myself. I'm like what??? What if the dude who I parked behind of wants to leave at 6am? The front desk told they would wake me up at 6am to move my car.
