This is the fifth time we have stayed at B&B Disney. I would liken it to a Travelodge in the UK, clean and basic (no tea tray in the room unfortunately, that seems to be a British thing though). The beds in our room were very uncomfortable this time, but usually they're ok. Unless you go down very early for breakfast, it is a bit of a fight to get what you want, as no-one queues!! The continental breakfast is nice though, and included in the price. As it is at any of the outside hotels, you will 'take your life into your own hands' when trying to get onto one of these shuttle buses, as people are just so rude, and will push past you, no matter how long you've been waiting, to get on first. I'm a wheelchair user, so this is even more challenging! We will stay here again next year because it is a) one of the cheaper options; b) breakfast is included; c) it's clean & tidy; d) the staff have always been pleasant; and e) it has the free shuttle bus service. Would definitely recommend.

Stayed with my son for 4 nights. The check in process was good - the staff on reception were helpful and welcoming. The room was basic as expected for a budget hotel, but everything was clean and functional. The hotel grounds were also very nice and tidy and an effort had been spent to make the place seasonal for Halloween which was nice. Now unfortunately that’s about all the positives I can say. The food ordered from the kitchen in the evening was absolutely diabolical. I wasn’t expecting much, but it was absolutely awful and inedible. Cold undercooked pizzas and tiny miniscule portions of meals for kids. Breakfast was so disorganised and chaotic - not an egg in sight! No plates or cutlery. Rude staff at breakfast with a horrible attitude. Oh, and don’t think you can take ANY bag down to breakfast - even a mobile phone pouch I was forced to take back up to my room. The Disney shuttle bus is hell!! We ended up walking to the parks after one bad experience where my son got crushed by a large and overweight family barging on with pushchairs and pushing everyone further in when it was already very full. I would avoid this hotel next time we come to Disney.

Same comment as other reviewer, the shuttle bus arrangement is horrible. Please prepare "fighting" to get on/off the bus. Apart from that, no more complaint and the whole hotel area is nice and worth for staying.

Actually this is not a hotel, just providing a bed room only. The air conditioning is not cool enough, maybe that’s only a Fan. The room only provides very basic equipment such as towels, hair dryer, and bed ONLY. Also even I set the room do not disturb, the staff still get into the room without noticing me.

Have stayed here several times over the last few years. Rooms are very small but this is fine if you’re not planning to be in them much. Breakfast is good. I just don’t believe €15 per night for parking when already paying a fair amount of money for a tiny room is reasonable. I will try to avoid moving forward for this matter only. Also, only one small towel per person and one pillow per person available.

Nice view from the windows. Big rooms. Comfy beds. Clean and basic. Very continental breakfast included. Negatives - check-in person was not very friendly (check out girl was so beats me why?). Smokers everywhere specially around breakfast area. Also website states parking available but don't be fooled it's free - 15euro per night which should be advertised upfront. And hotel is cashless.

This property was great, staff was great, breakfast was great, condition of the property was top notch. Arcade was expensive, but in pristine condition, I regret to inform you though, that if you are expecting to be at my high score on the Godzilla pinball machine, you will be disappointed, in yourself. This was one of our favorite hotels during our trip, which included seven different properties. The buses to the train station and parks are excellent, and there's an app to see when you need to walk out to catch your bus, everything is just smooth.

This was an excellent hotel for families. We enjoyed our stay, the continental breakfast each morning, free shuttle to the train station, cleanliness of our rooms, friendly staff, safety, dinner options and the automatic check out. The hotel property was quiet, comfortable, had beautiful scenery and access to walking trails. We will definitely recommend your hotel to our friends and family. Thank you.

This is fine as a base for Disneyland. It’s no frills so very basic looking inside with bland colours and a bit clinical. The beds were comfortable on the positive. It was a little dark and the bathroom needs updating. The bus like others say is very manic and it is every man women and child for themselves as you tend to have every other hotel on first. The breakfast was nice and we enjoyed that, variety of food so no complaints there. Overall was an ok hotel as we hardly spent any time in there with time at Disney.

The surroundings was very clean, the room was clean but they did not clean the toilet and bathroom which was very dissappointing. The toilet stinks and there was hair around the sink bowl. I was glad I paid for just one night, We moved to another hotel yesterday which is very clean. I will not be returning to B&B pres de Paris hotel in the future.

Perfect for two night stay during the Paris Olympics! We couldn't find accommodation in Paris during the Olympics and decided to stay at B&B Disneyland which was the correct decision. A free shuttle comes every 10-20 minutes to Marne-la-Vallée station, located right outside Disneyland, which takes us to Paris via an hour train ride. Free breakfast buffet every morning from 7:00am-10:00am and free shuttle to Disneyland. What more can we ask for? Yes, the cleanliness could be better as there's dust in lots of corners but the property is currently undergoing renovation which could explain the low prices. We enjoyed our stay and even went to Disneyland since we are so close by. We had a blast here.

Dont know if just a french people think or if the service is close to none existing.. Breakfast the worst selection ever tried.. you should like different variations of croissant. Only fruit was a Bowl of Apples. No pancakes or waffles..
