What a great stay! I was warmly greeted by the front desk staff, the room was immaculate and so comfortable, and the location was perfect for me. I look forward to staying here again and would highly recommend this hotel.

This is a great place to hang your hat. I had a studio with a king bed that might would have fetched higher prices at another hotel chain. My "studio" room came with a small kitchenette area and all the dishes and cooking utensils needed to make a feast if i wanted to. And if i wanted to do some work well that was covered to. All the amenities included and accommodating staff are sure to mak your stay worry free! No i was not paid for this review! Only downside is that it is right under the take off flight path of MSP airport but i could hardly hear anything in my room. Another jewel in the Marriott Bonvoy collection of properties!!

We love staying at Towneplace Suites by Mall of America....even though we live about 10 miles away. It is such a nice get-away. The tv in our room stopped working this last stay. I called front desk and someone came to check it out quickly. He said he was not able fix at the time so the front desk staff moved us to a different room which was very much appreciated 🙂

We love this hotel! The room was small but every inch was used well. Loved having a full sized fridge! There was an extra table under the desk table. Lots of lighting. 2 full sized mirrors. Lots of storage space for your clothes. Not a huge vanity but drawers to store your stuff. Closet inside the bathroom with plenty of hangers and shelf's. Nice shower wonderful water pressure and easy to adjust. Swivel on the TV so you can watch it easy. Only downside of the room was there was no clock. Only one was in the microwave and one morning it looked as though we lost power because it wasn't displaying anything. I had my phone but I turn it off at night. Even a small one from IKEA would be great! You can walk to MOA so easy didn't have to move our car. There are planes that fly overhead BUT we were on the 4th floor and we're not bothered by them. The insulation between rooms is incredible! Breakfast was really good even had sugar free syrup available. 15 to the zoo! Had bus transportation from the mall to the MN fair. Just so convenient! All in all one of the best places you can stay around MOA.

I was pleasantly surprised at all the kitchen conveniences and cleanliness of the studio room. It had a dishwasher, wow. We were supplied with more than enough bath towels. The breakfast was fresh and covenant every morning.

This was a perfect spot for visiting the Mall of America. You can literally walk right over to the mall. And there’s a fantastic local pizza place next door. King bed was comfy, but the pull out bed was not. The pull out bed was perfectly clean though. Plenty of linens, also very clean. Pool was small and crowded, just to let future travelers know about that. Rooms were quiet even though it was very close to the airport. If we have to fly out of MSP in the future, I would definitely use this hotel. The front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was great - lots of choices.

Very clean, staff was all very friendly. However, many families stay here apparently, and there were lots of kids running up and down the halls, jumping off furniture until 11 pm, so made it difficult to sleep.

We loved our stay at TownePlace Suites! The staff was amazing. Super convenient location, right across the street from the mall and a light rail stop that takes you straight to the airport or downtown. The room was clean and comfy. We’d definitely stay here again and recommend

Perfectly good, from check-in to out, all of thing were perfect. Room was clean, micro wave, refrigerator and dish washer are good. All staff were kind, breakfast was good, delicious. Aircraft noise is only detect, but no problem to sleep.

We stayed here for 12 days and can't say enough good things about this hotel. Friendly staff, clean, comfortable, and convenient to everything. I loved that they even had gluten-free options for breakfast. At first I was concerned about the hotel being close to the airstrip but the noise did not bother us. It was not bad at all.

We billed this hotel because the ratings and reviews were so high. I honestly don’t understand how it was rated as well as it was. The hotel is average unless you’re highest need is proximity to the mall. It’s just across the street. The planes are taking off and landing day and night, nearly directly overhead, so it’s not quiet. I wouldn’t book it again, but if I had to stay there again, I’d be okay with it. The staff’s friendliness is probably what most stood out.

We stayed for 5 nights with our 15 year old daughter and our two year old chocolate lab. We stayed in a two bed suite and it was perfect. Beds were comfortable. I have a hard time adjusting to beds on vacation and these were good. We were right next to the steps to make it easy to walk the dog out. It's a low traffic area and had a nice block with lots of grass to walk our dog. It was a 10 minute walk to the Mall of America and 5 minute walk to metro transit. We took it into downtown Minneapolis to watch Tigers/Twins. They manager on duty helped us with directions to places we wanted to visit. Everyone was really nice and helpful. They have two grills and patios which we used on the 4th of July plus a gas fire pit we enjoyed two evenings. Nice fitness room and pool. I would definitely stay here again. It is right next to Airport so it is a bit noisy outside but I loved watching the planes take off and land. It was our first vacation with our dog and they were very accommodating. Breakfast could have been better. Didn't offer meat options until the weekend.

Just know that you are next to the airport and planes are flying over the hotel constantly. It didn't bother me all that much, but it may bother someone who is sensitive to sound. Location is great for the Mall of America and IKEA. Staff are friendly and rooms are nice.

Great hotel, great staff, great location... you will hear airplanes taking off/landing up until midnight, then again after 5:00 am. Leave the HVAC fan on to mask 80% of the noise.

This hotel is rated wrong. It’s a decent hotel but nut a 9.4 like the average rating says. I’d give it a a 7/10. Has updated applicants but not clean, furniture is worn through, and lol they didn’t bake enough food (eggs & sausage) for breakfast on one of the the days I was there.
