Very friendly staff. The only thing we noticed was the floor in room were dirty. You could tell by looking at our barefeet. We were able to check in early, however Maybe they did not have time to clean floor.

Every time we have a business trip to Minneapolis, this is always our 1st choice. The location is great which is close to the airport and it is just next to Mall of America where we can eat various types of food and do some shopping.

It was horrible! The hotel sheets and comforter were not cleaned at all and smelled like The perfume of several women and definitely one guy! We were in so late that it didn’t matter at that point. The hotel staff was unapologetic and nothing for me.

Holy noisy! If you're a city person and don't mind the blaring sound of planes and loud rumbly AC/heat, you may be fine. I had to cancel the second night of my stay due to the noise levels outside.

We loved our stay at this hotel! We arrived early and staff held our luggage for us until we returned from the mall to check in. Shuttle drivers were excellent! Our room could have been cleaned much better and more often but the rest of the staff was incredible. The fire pit area outside was wonderful!! The pool area is nice and was in constant use. Easy walks to restaurants (Chevy's is amazing--avoid IHop) and to the Mall of America. LRT is easy to get to for going to games and other areas like Minnehaha Falls. The breakfast buffet is outstanding! We were there for 5 breakfasts and had something a little different every day (along with the regular staples). The staff was helpful and we had so much fun at the hotel. Our group of 8 was allowed to use breakfast area in evening for games and visiting. The hotel itself could use a facelift in some aspects but we would definitely stay there again!

I debated to stay either at the Radisson or Country Inn but decided to stay at Country Inn instead, and we were not disappointed. The check-in was fast and easy and the staff was super nice, allowing us to check in early and offered us a floor preference (2-6) as they had availability. First time ever experiencing this courtesy! (5 Yelp Stars) Our room was sunny and very clean. The double queen beds were firm and fresh. The tv channels worked well, and wifi was the average strength. Bathroom was clean and well stocked, however the shower head’s water pressure was disappointing. If they can up the water pressure the room would be near flawless. We tried the daily breakfast and it was the standard items, but was tasty and plentiful. Coffee was very good and strong. The proximity to MOA was an easy walk across the street basically, through an enclosed pedestrian overpass and the parking lot of the Radisson. Basically a 10min walk. But the hotel is also literally attached to TGI Fridays and IHop and both open late, so if you get lazy you can just go downstairs for a late night snack. We also loved the punctual and free airport shuttle that was easy to schedule at the front desk. Overall I’d definitely stay here again and would recommend for anyone coming to visit MOA.
