Great little hotel. Right across from the beach. Great views of the beach from our room. Not a 5 star property but very comfortable and clean. The staff was outstanding and helpful. I would recommend this hotel if you are on a budget. Many great restaurants in walking distance.

Towels were always very clean and fresh and dried skin really good. Staff is always helpful and friendly. Breakfast was always very hearty and good. location is great. Did not like kitchen window would not close so open all day and night, closet shelves were dusty and dirty, had to wipe them all off before placing my clothes etc. there. Did not like that we had to go to front desk to ask for toilet paper for our room.

Hotel could use some updating (I noticed the rooms were freshly painted). The beds were very comfortable - I think the mattresses were new as well. Our suite was spacious which was great for our stay. One negative was that the large kitchen only included a refrigerator. There was no oven, no toaster, no microwave. Not even a kettle to boil water not a coffee maker. There were no dishes, pots, pans, no cutlery. There were 3 glasses. A microwave and kettle would have been great and not too difficult to provide.

The Staff is Very Good. The hotel needs a restoration. It is in a great location: in front of the beach. Breakfast is awesome. Room can be a little more clean and the sheets needs to be changed, they are old and so so dirty.

Exceptional location. Large and comfortable rooms. Clean. Doors and windows could really use a remodel. Bathroom installations also not the latest by far. Very friendly staff. All in all, pleasant 9 day experience.

Great Location. Upgraded to a suite at no charge just for asking for a sea view room and leaving a positive review. They are in the midst of remodeling some some noise during the day to be expected. Limited breakfast included...but not an issue for us. Nice view of s Salinas bay and Yacht Club. Walking distance to dozens of all ranges of restaurants. The restaurant next door even sold us bottles of wine to take to the room..expensiive but convenient. Short taxi ride to Supermax (for cheaper wine!).

Property is centrally located in Salinas. Walking distance to everything. Hotel is a little older but very clean and people are wonderful. Great WiFi with Access Points in every room. Breakfast are included and amazing Ocean from views! Great choice for price.

This hotel provides a beautiful ocean view which is a great thing. Unfortunately I would not recommend it unless you have this ocean view alternative. Breakfast was terrible

The workers are very nice and helpful. Very good people. The hotel itself needs major renovations and updates. Example: the hot water needed to run 10 minutes before it kicks in. It could also use a major scrub down but it’s fine for a one night stay. You’ll survive the night. The breakfast is decent. Note: my family and I went on off season so it was a ghost town.

The restaurant's food is fantastic.The Suite was big and the view was amazing.The bed is extremely comfortable. The shower is spacious. One of my favorite hotels in Salinas. Im very satisfied.

Maybe for Salinas this might be considered decent, but it's not a nice place. In the states, this would be a 1.5. The people are super nice though.

Went during off peak season. Staff was friendly and very informative. Told us of all the local attractions and always asked how we were and what they could help us with. Turned jacuzzi on for us. The beach is right in front of the hotel. Seemed like we had our own private beach.

The hotel was very comfortable and clean. This was a quick stay and the location was great. Just crossed the street and on the beach. We were on the 8th floor city view so we took our chairs outside our door and had a beach view without paying a higher price.
