Great stay. Clean comfortable hotel.

Everything was very nice. The walls are thin though so if you have a neighbour watching tv you’ll hear it. Kids upstairs were loud too but that’s not the hotels fault. Not enough of an issue to dock any stars! Will stay again

The hotel room was quite nice and the bathroom was great with double sinks, rain fall shower. Very good. Didn’t realize it was attached to an event space. Not that it bothered me at all. I would stay again and was a great value

Overall it's a good friendly place. I found the furniture scratched by the edges and 2 dark lines on my pillow

It was just nice to actually get the beautiful room that they posted on their website for a change. It was centrally located to what I was there to do . The greeting at the front desk was warm and quick. I Will definitely stay here again.

Power went out. Got stuck in an elevator. Couldn’t even stay there.

The hotel is very good; we've stayed there before. However, it can be a bit noisy due to sound from other rooms and ventilation systems.

Great property very comfortable

I really wanted to like the Delavan Hotel, but it turned out to be a swing and a miss. The location was good, easy to get to and with ample parking. The staff (i only saw three people in the three days we stayed) were very helpful and friendly. The room was clean, although for a fairly new property showed major signs of disrepair. Many corners were cut apparently in building this property, the walls were too thin, you could hear everything in the rooms around you. The carpet tiles in the hallways were coming up and looked scruffy, the lighting was inadequate and barely functional in the room. Cheap fixtures that were coming off the wall in the bathroom were a disappointment. While we were staying housekeeping did not come at all. So beds were not made, coffee supplies were not refilled etc. Having to go downstairs every morning to get coffee when there is a perfectly good Keurig machine in the room is annoying. While there are several dining options you have none past 9PM. I believe this hotel is designed to be packaged with a romantic dinner at one of the associated restaurants. In truth it is gaudy and misses the mark by a long way.

We are local to WNY but ended up staying here for a few hot summer nights since our air conditioning was busted. This was a great 'home away from home.' I wish breakfast had been included, but there are so many restaurants in the area (including in the building!) for meals. Love the gift shop which offers practical items as well as touristy things. Desk staff was incredibly friendly & helpful.

Overall it was an excellent stay! My only negatives regarding our time there is that the beds are a little creaky and the ceilings and walls rather thin, as we could hear thepeople above us and in the rooms next to ours.

The property was beautiful and well Kept. My only concern was that that restaurant didn’t open until 4pm and closed at 9pm… one of the reasons I booked was because of the 3 hotel options. One night, it was advertised that dining closed at 11pm.. we tried to order room service, they said room service closed at 9pm…not cool. I had to leave the premises twice to eat at other restaurants.. very disappointing. I was able to eat at 1 restaurant only.. the chandelier bar which was outstanding. I won’t be staying here again.

Great atmosphere and friendly staff. The restaurant is beautiful and great specials.
