Breakfast was a great selection..something for everyone.

The only concern was the elevator is under repair. It should have been brought to our attention before arrival or a little compensation for the inconvenience. Other than that we loved our stay..very comfortable.

The property was a mess..!

customer service was horrible, and the building was not ready for guests. Too many dogs in the hotels ..! They had more dogs rooms..! Water was dripping from the ceiling, tub and toilet..!

Breakfast area was not well maintained as far as being kept clean and wiped down.

More options, I didn't like the waffle maker battery was chocolate only.

** We had requested a room with a soft comfortable bed - which played a HUGE part in the stay!! - Sort off! ** Breakfast: THE Cooked version = Scrambled Eggs made with 'Liquid Fake Egg' - Turkey/Chicken "Sausage"??? Patties The rest on hand was - Mini Bite size Muffins - Bread for Toast - Fruit (Oranges & Apples) - Dannon Yoghurt, Blueberry Only - Two types of Cereals with milk - Waffle Machine for Mini versions (4). Coffee - Tea - Fruit Juices First Morning it was grand as LONG as you get there by 8 am - Next day arriving at 9 am resulted in a sparse remains - and we needed to spur the Reception Employee to gather some much needed provisions...We were NOT alone in the queue of others wanting also!! "SURPRISE" - 9:30 am SHARP - like wildfire - the area is cleared clean from any evidence!

Ohhh my the LIST is LONG - & believe you-me, we conveyed every second politely to the Front Desk... didn't change much though! ** Check in, which was near on too Midnight, after a White knuckled Drive, through a horrendous Ice-Storm - having passed three serious Traffic Accidents, & arriving TWO hours later than estimated - the room was the safe Haven of sleep & comfort.. That was until 3 mins later - at the call of near on Midnight - there was this loud "SURPRISE", & the Room next door burst out into MAJOR Party Spirit!! Loud - with a Drum beat of music from some Electronic Device - the laughter & interplay of Male & Females got underway! Taking a deep breath - picked up the room service phone to ask the Desk Clerk to tame the sound down.. Line was as DEAD as could be - not a bleep emitted from it!! - (This stayed like it for BOTH nights! Partner had to get dressed & go down the stairs to the Desk - who expressed more disbelief at the fact the room phone did not work, than at the reason for the call concerning the noise.. After coming into the room, & checking the line - which he played with for a few mins - now also acutely aware of the noise that was expanding from the room next door.. Made his exit & advised the Party goers to quiet down.. 10 mins later the hush exploded into a second bout of Party Rave - so AGAIN partner gets dressed & goes down to Reception - this time requesting that we be moved to a less active area.. NO SUCH LUCK - Hotel Full! Young Guy phones up to Party & must have advised them that they would need to leave?? Party Room downs the activity - after some rumbustious comments, folks SLAM out & all is quiet for the night. ** Public Toilet on ground floor was BLOCKED - packed to the rim ** Toilet in room wobbled, so low - fit for a child & if a male - beware!! your Testicles gets a COLD dip!

Great value and location right next to Route 90 exit.

Clean rooms, clean bedding, no issues. Would stay again. But the facilities offer no extras. The breakfast is not good. The pancake mix as curdled. If you’re looking for a decent breakfast included in the price, this is not it. If you’re just looking for a place to crash, it’s sufficient.

Noisy neighbour in the next room. We have stayed at this room dozens of times and this is the first time we had this issue. I’m sure it was an anomaly. Less being offered in the breakfast bar than previous stays. No fruit, cereal or bagels.

The room was very well taken care of and clean. No left over mess from previous guests.

The bed was way too soft. I like a firm mattress and I did not like that the light switch for the bathroom was in the hallway of the room and not inside the bathroom itself.
