If you only need a place to sleep for a few hours for a reasonable price and don’t need any amenities, this is a reasonable choice. Stayed just long enough to sleep a few hours. Staff were polite and said staff were available 24/7. First impression pulling in made me uneasy as it is very run down and had a vehicle parked with two flat tires. Libby has a window with a small gap to slide things in and a sign that said no refunds after 15 min, made me a little cautious. I asked to see the room first and he was great about allowing that. Bed Box springs were visibly stained but sheets were clean and the bathroom was clean. The window unit worked and kept the room a comfortable temperature. Had a microwave and mini fridge but we did not use. Had a chain on the door for security. Overall, the room was worn but functional for our needs. No sign of bugs. Price for the room was reasonable when we only stayed about 8 hours to sleep and back on the road.

Rooms were clean but really need to be repaired for wear and tear on walls, doors, flooring. Light between beds didn't have knob to turn it on. Freezer had frozen dirty ice in it. Doors to front counter were locked so you have to converse thru plastic window. Place was quiet which was nice. Close to highway and restaurants. Just needs cosmetic updates.

I liked the room I was in it was quiet clean and sleep able I was able to by different food and put in the freezer and fridge breakfast in the morning will be nice I’ll cook if you need one

The room was exactly what I paid for. No frills for sure but if you just want a cheap room for the night and aren’t picky about thinks like the smell or is all the paint is completely attached to the wall, then look no further. Friendly staff and the place was quiet. I slept for most of the stay so why pay more?

One of the terrible stay I have ever stayed. Smoking smell is everywhere in the property. Definitely not advisable for families and with small kids. It was said as non-smoking room but the bedcover bed chairs everything smells smoking. Very inconvenient and pathetic one. I never recommend property to anyone.

This place is disgusting. Why were we charged more for the room then the daily rate? It wasn't even a clean room. Also charged a certain fee for deposit. Door doesn't seal correct. A chain on the door for which looks as if its been kicked in. Will not stay again, and I will not ever use Expedia again, after the price hike. Hope you do better at being a good company. Was required to submit multiple reviews because they dont want me mentioning prices. Whatever

Absolutely filthy!!! OMG! If I could have went to another place I would have! You are not allowed to even go into the lobby! They have you check in through a back door! Very very hot in the makeshift lobby. At least pretend to care! Do better Knights Inn! I don't think I could come back!

I’m not gone lie it was a pleasant surprise. Rooms gave studio apartment very comfy and quiet. Sheets were bright white and I didn’t see any bugs my whole stay. Front desk Was super nice and they actually return your deposit. Location is convenient as well there are restaurants and gas stations within walking distance. This will be the only place I stay when I visit this part of town. Thank you guys for the excellent service!

As A Real Estate Investor, I could not help but notice that the property LACKS "Curb Appeal". To be fair, the price paid to get a couple of hours sleep reflected the lack of sparkle. Nonetheless, the room had several areas that reflect Deferred Maintenance. The only "light" was in the Bathroom. every other light was either "burned out" or simply missing. Upon Checking in, having to pay for a "Key Deposit" should have been a warning that my stay however brief would LIKELY not be repeated. To that point, my Credit Card has yet to be credited for the return of the key. Bad Business practice on the part of someone. Again to be fair, I have NOT pursued calling either the Front Desk at the Property NOR placed a complaint with the Credit Card as there could be a multi-day waiting period. However that time frame is about close out. I have to wonder if the Operator at the Property "counts on" Guests "forgetting" about the Key Deposit. So with that I close this "Tell us about your Stay"

The front desk is a bulletproof window. The sign in the window says, “no refunds after 15 minutes.” That’s how long you have to change your mind, and they have figured out that it takes most people longer than that.

On Hotels.com it says pet friendly, $10 fee. Sign at check-in area says the same thing. Husband goes in to check-in and they say they don't allow pets anymore. I already booked & non-refundable so I go back in with him. Show them what the site says & point out the sign beside me. He says we used to but not anymore. He did say he would refund, but when I told him he was going to have to wait for me to contact the site for a refund so he could confirm, he changed his mind. Only it changed to $20 pet fee. Room was fair. No where to hang any clothes. The refrigerator light worked, but would not get cold so our milk went bad. Decently clean, but very run down.

Not to be dramatic, but this place just felt... gross. Of the 6 light fixtures, 1 had a bulb. No tv. No phone. Toilet paper holder ripped from wall. Loose roll on tank. Ceiling was nice, but the spackle was on the wall and the curtains. Waited until the next night to shower.

This hotel is in poor condition dirty and shouldn’t be rented to any guest the rooms are old not clean smells and holds in the wall drywall unfinished furniture old just overall poor condition and employees not friendly as well.
