The WORST stay I’ve ever experienced in my LIFE!!! Room wasn’t as clean and as advertised and had a weird smell. The management was RUDE and UNPROFESSIONAL. Had all extra unexpected fees. DO NOT STAY here especially for the PRICE. DEFINITELY 100% DO NOT recommend even if your last option.

First of all my reservation was canceled even though I had called the hotel to update my lost card. The supervisor hang up on me three times when I was trying to get a solution since I traveled from out of state. I overheard her telling the employee she was training that she should hang up and take no nonsense from costumers even when all I was doing is to find out what happened, explaining to her to even go back and listen to the recorded line conversation with the holiday in reservation. They are so rude, and dirty, our rooms went all days without cleaning even when we stopped at the desk to request them to clean. We had to clean by ourselves because the cleaning people leaves at 3pm….. such a terrible experience and I hope holiday in express investigates this! I will never hope for anyone to stay at this location, they will hide bananas because the kids were taking to go eat!! How much are bananas, if I didn’t eat mine I can carry it to eat later.

Not a great area , no food places within walking distance. Not enough staff so check in was difficult. Keys didn't work for room so had to go back down. Called for sheets for the sofa bed and after 45 mins I had to call again and was told they had no staff to get them for me and to wait. Forgot some items and asked if we could pay to have them shipped and still haven't gotten a reply . For the price I paid it was not worth it

It was an ok stay, we stayed for 4 nights. We travelled 15 hrs got in late 230 check in was easy but the next morning house keeping was trying to clean the room at 730 am I requested not at that time but to come later. We got up a 10 and went sight seeing all day got back in the late evening room wasn’t made up. Next day the room wasn’t clean again finally the last day Thursday when we got back from Sight seeing all day the room Was cleaned So that was great.

The staff was friendly. The lobby mens room toilet was filthy and not checked Thursday afternoon into Friday morning, it was bad. Our room TV did not work. The set up of the "suite" was not as described either.
