Cleanliness of lobby, pool area and too were phenomenal as well as friendliness of staff- 5 stars all around. Room was absolutely relaxing and beautiful; I will be back!

We've stayed at this property on multiple occasions from 2016 until Covid in 2019. This was our prior go-to when coming back to visit my hometown. Our first stay in 4 years was a horrible letdown. With the exception of one industrious young man who seemed to be the only one working at check in, and the kitchen staff, service was horrible to non-existant. Upon our arrival, a young lady who we later found worked the front desk was parked in a handicapped spot to save herself steps. As a disabled person, who was forced to park and walk further away, I was infuriated. When we came down to the desk early New Year's morning, she had a sign on the desk that she was helping a customer. A few moments later we saw her stumble out of a guest room, fixing her hair, clearly having just woken up from a nap. This person needs to be terminated immediately. Overall, between the employee from hell, the reduction in services and personnel (we came back to the hotel in part for the daily Happy Hour, which is no longer), the hotel is a shadow of what it was. To top it off, we came back from dinner NYE to find that the elevators did not work and that we had to take a long walk up flights of stairs. I have one lung and less than 49% breathing capacity, so this was not a minor inconvenience. The only staff in the hotel was the night auditor, who was clearly overwhelmed. We paid a premium price for our stay but received a low budget experience - dismally disappointed

Our stay was fine - nothing that really stood out as extra special. I was really disappointed in the response of staff when we had an issue arise. There were kids running up and down the halls and they pounded on our door multiple times. We contacted the desk to share our concern and their response was we have some soccer players staying here, then said she would see if she could send someone up to do a walk through. I understand that they don't have control over a soccer team and what parents allow their children to do. However, it would have been nice if the response would have been - I am so sorry, we will look into this and if it continues please let us know. Rather than make excuses and a sense that there was no care or concern that it was going on. I am sure that we weren't the only ones that were having issues.

My stay here was awesome! I’ll be forever grateful for the team here finding my family a room when another hotel didn’t have the amenities available that were a large part of why we booked. The pool was great, breakfast was awesome and the hotel was clean and well kept.

Cleanliness and friendliness of the staff

The toilet was too low, the bed too high & the shampoo/conditioner dispenser was set at a height for a 6 foot person. The staff was wonderful.

Ive stayed here before and unfortunately it looks like covid has negatively affected thus hotel. My tv in the room was broken, hot tub was out of order, and the breakfast was not very good. Hotel stafff were great!

It takes a lot of balls to charge me $200 dollars for a room and then charge a “parking fee” for a lot that is massively oversized and shared with several other businesses. Be better than that Marriott. Staff was fantastic. Stay was nice.

One of the main reasons that we chose this property was the pool and hot tub. When I went to look at, there was no water in them. No info on the website about the closure, no info from check-in. When I inquired, I was told that we used a third party for our booking and could expect no compensation. I was told by the manager that if Hotels.com would call, they would give me a credit, they didn't. Very disappointing behavior from a Marriott facility's staff.

Loved the new and clean suites. Everyone at the front desk was super nice and accommodating. Loved that we could stay at a nice place that was also pet friendly.

Very clean. Very spacious. Terrible to non-existent service. Covid seems to have become an excuse for disgraceful under staffing. One person at reception trying to deal with a very large hotel and its guests: not fair on her or any of her colleagues. And really, a Book of Mormon in the bedside table, in addition to a Bible? I know the owner of Marriott is a Mormon, but can we just dispense with ALL "holy books" in hotels, please. It's creepy. One additional observation about the staff: they all seem scared, like the management are awful to them. Not a nice atmosphere at all.

This hotel is very clean and spacious. There are a lot of options for food.

I stay at Residence Inns all the time. In fact, I stayed at 3 of them this week alone. $5 parking charge at a suburban hotel? Ridiculous. No one at the front desk said anything when I checked in and I was never even asked if I had a car there. Unacceptable.
