Bathroom door did not latch. Otherwise room was quiet and bed comfortable. HVAC easy to control.

A lot of the information advertised for this hotel was misleading. The bistro was not open at times when it should have been. There was also no free breakfast as advertised during the booking. Nothing was complimentary- not even water. Overall just not the best experience. I have stayed at oyher Marriott hotels and the experience was much better than this. Overall just somewhat of a disappointment.

It was close to the area where we shopped and dined. Place was clean and up to date, staff were courteous and accommodating.

I love this place. I now regularly stay there with my baby. The staff are always friendly and helpful and there’s a Starbucks coffee bar! The facility is clean and rooms are nicely furnished. This is my GO TO staycation.

The TV screen was dark blue and hard to watch. The bathroom sink was draining very slowly. No continental breakfast and they charged us over two dollars for coffee. Will not stay here again.

It was a frustrating and irritating stay. Terrible customer service. Poor cleanliness. We will never stay at this hotel again. We were there for a 2-day meeting for our 7 year old daughter. We registered several weeks in advance for the larger suite with 2 queen beds and a sofa. We did this because we have 2 small kids and my son has a medical condition where he must sleep sitting up. The sofa helps him do this where he can sleep while stretching out his legs. We arrived early. Where we were placed was a much smaller room with 2 queen beds. After talking with the staff, we were told they were full up - they did not have the room for which we registered. They told us our only option was to find another hotel for the 2 days we were there for the meeting going on in this hotel. I asked to talk to the General Manager and was told they were not there nor was the Assistant GM - even after several tries to visit with someone in management. I contacted Expedia who tried to help us and even they were not able to contact management to help us. We ended up staying there out of convenience and because we could not locate another close-by hotel with a room. About the Hotel: although the hotel looked new, there was definite wear and tear - things like broken tiles and tears in the bedding). The staff was generally cordial but I never saw a smile. The hallway outside our room smelled of cigarette smoke and there was trash in the hallway that sat there for our entire stay.

Nice service and facilities.

Walk in shower with only 1/2 glass door did not keep water off floor. No washcloths. Terrible toilet paper. Snack options were half empty. No continental breakfast included. The plus is hotel was close to everything.

Nice clean room. A new employee checked us in & that went pretty well. The odd thing for a 2 night stay is that yesterday no attempt was made at all to touch up the room- yet today, when checkout is noon, we had housekeeping knocking and knocking and knocking on our door by 8:30am. That was a little frustrating.

It was nice. Person who checked us in was so nice to let me check in 2 hours early because it wasn't feeling well. She wasn't very helpful otherwise. We also had an issue with the toilet seat being very loose and told the front desk but they said maintenance left so they couldn't help but would move us to another room. Never heard from them again. Beautiful hotel. Rooms are lovely and bathroom was a great size.

Tv in the room was broken. The shower head was broken. The sink wasn't draining. They double charged me for my stay. Definitely going to a different hotel

Staff nowhere to be found upon arrival. Tried to charge me for room when reservation was prepaid.

Clean, nice and the service was excellent. In particular I want to thank April and Elizabeth at the cafe who kindly offered me service 30 minutes before they opened.

This was a very nice hotel. Everything is modernized. Rooms are very well designed and appointed. Mattress invited me to sleep for 10 hours. Will definitely go back.

The room was small. After opening the sofa-bed there was hardly any room to move. Sofa-bed was not comfortable to sleep on. Room had nice modern design but with some wear and tear. Shower was awesome (best water pressure we ever had in a hotel). Staff was nice and helpful.

Both of our rooms were very clean, the beds were comfortable, and the location was great! Shuttle service was provided to/from a wedding. Driver was timely and super friendly.

Better lighting in the room,please. Otherwise,a nice stay. The bed was a little high,but sooo comfortable. I will miss it!

Elevator wouldn’t work to get on the 4th floor. Floors were dirty. They charged me double for the room.

Pros: Beds were comfortable. Location was convenient. Room was spacious. Mini fridge & in-room coffee available. Cons; Neighbors doors were loud and creaky. Bathroom fan didn’t work. Very disappointed that hot tub was closed as we were there for a girls trip and were really looking forward to relaxing in the hot tub. Will look for a different place next time (w/ a maintained hot tub & complimentary breakfast) when we are in the area. Had higher hopes for a Marriott.

Very nice property; convenient location

I was in town for a family event, and drove north on day two. This was a fine spot to spend the night. Reliable Marriott beds. Good shower. The elevator lobby and elevators were weirdly warm and smelled like dirty wash cloths. Not great but brief. I didn’t have any drinks or food because it’s so close to restaurants and shopping.

HOT TUB “TEMPORARILY” OUT OF ORDER. That really really is unacceptable!
