Terrible hotel. Lots of shady stuff going with shady characters.

the hotel said continental buffet, it was the worst i've seen. they need to put tub strips in so people don't slip like i did.

Service was good. Room was clean. Mattress a little lumpy. Breakafast was very disappointing.

Hotels.com was my problem the Hotel was great. I had an emergency at home the issue couldn’t be corrected until the next day. So we book a room for the night got to hotel and found out it was booked for the wrong day. I was devistated more trouble and all I wanted was to go to bed. We tried unsuccessfully to change the date but 3 hotels.com reps claim they couldn’t change the arrival date so we had to pay for another night. I am so upset with hotels.com and I am going to share my experience with all my family and friends. I will not use hotels.com anymore because once you spend your money they can’t help you!

Safe and convenient

Well the guy at the front desk was great. Didn’t know what time breakfast was served. The tv needed two remotes to use, and the backs of them were missing. The dresser trims was coming apart. The towels was dingy. Then during the day the cleaning left the trash bags in the hallway for hours after cleaning . And the carpet needs a deep clean

The overall hotel was nice. But I did notice in our room the ceiling was peeling. Which cause the room to seem less attractive

Housekeeping comes in your room they knock at times they shouldn’t.

No hot water for a few days otherwise this was a five star experience.

It was horrible, used condoms, bacon and other items under bed. The room had no remote and we had to move mattress to find it. We found a lot more things that were gross. When we came into the room it was freezing. The front desk person he just laughed about issues.

They have bed bugs and I can prove it and stole my debit card I really need my money back

Hallways smelled like cigarettes and the "free" breakfast was sub-par. The bagels are the same size as pizza bagel bites and they had only a couple of pastries, not much of a variety. Also they only have the regular small creamers no flavors. There is a car parked in the back that was broken in to and has a flat tire, it looks as though it has been there for sometime.

Kitchenette had no plates or supplies to even heat up anything. Grab bar in shower was broken along with the toliet seat.

Everything was ok except the room had a few blown sockets and the remote to the tv didn't work properly

Very nice stay

Everything was good except the bed. The bed slept horribly, but the room was beautiful. That mattress needs to go!

Always a pleasure staying here. Always nice clean, quiet and smell great.

Hated the pillows so bring your own. And bring your own bar soup. The room was attractive but felt dirty. Very dark. Bathroom counter was sat upon and dislodged but never repaired. So makes you wonder what else. Shower pressure was good. Forget about the free breakfast. Cracker Barrel is just across the street, as well is Kristy Kreme.

I came to town early and was able to check-in without waiting till 3pm my room was ready. The room was clean the bed was comfortable. I had a really nice stay.

There were some evidence of bugs in the lobby. There were plumbing issues with the toilet and water pressure in my room. Low quality of towels and supplies. It is not a location I will visit again.

Good location

When arrived to check in the man at front was nice but when I got my room key The first room wasn’t cleaned had bags of trash left and can see where the room attendant didn’t finish the job but I was able to go to the front desk. Let the Man know and he gave me another room. That room was totally different from the first one. Didn’t have a smell like the first one and this one had actually been cleaned

Breakfast wasnt to good

I enjoyed my stay. The property was clean and the staff was very nice. There were plenty of restaurants nearby and I would visit again.

Possibly the worst provided breakfast I have had. The staff put out the bare minimum requird each day of my staff. It runs out quickly and the breakfast is first come first seved.

The staff is rude, not feiendly at all, our toilet waa clogged and we had to plunge it

This is nothing on the hotel itself because that was very clean and the desk was very nice and accommodating, but the Riff Raff that stayed there that night was horrific. First I had a couple on one side of me that were fighting and yelling and screaming and I had a family with little kids running up and down pounding on the walls on the other side but above me was the worst. It sounded like a stampede of elephants talking loudly pounding very rude noisy and chaotic. I sleep with a white noise machine and it was horrific over and above that. Finally had to go to the front desk at midnight and ask for another room on the top floor, after doing that I got maybe 5 hours sleep but it was quiet up there. Not the greatest neighborhood that I thought although the Hotel was very clean and immaculate. But overall I wouldn't suggest it. It's not in that greatest neighborhood but not too bad, close to Memphis so you can figure that out.
