It was just OK.

Location

The bed and pillows. Pillows were awful and the bed was hard as a rock to me. Also…kids soccer being loud very late at night. Way too expensive for that to be called a good value.

Probably won’t return.

Close to our medical destination.

There was no continental breakfast and menu items were very high. Mildew in the window sill. Water faucet at sink didn’t work correctly. Door was extremely hard to open.

NIGHTMARE AT COURTYARD MARRIOTT!

I confirmed my room with the property front desk at 2pm on the day of check in and told them I would be arriving late. I offered to prepay my room. When I arrived at 8:40pm my room had been sold to someone else. I was then sent to the NASTIEST hotel (dirty socks were in the elevator, the room smelled of BO) in the city 17 miles away from the cancer clinic where I had an appointment the next morning. This hotel was virtually across the street from the cancer clinic. This was a horrific experience on top of the fact that I had just been diagnosed with stage 3 lung cancer!!!!!!!

EVERYTHING!!!!! See the notes I wrote above! When someone calls the property to confirm a room and advise of a late arrival apparently it is VERY IMPORTANT SO DON’T GIVE AWAY THEIR ROOM!

The king size room was supposed to have a sofa bed abs didn’t. I was expecting breakfast to be included with the reservation, so the fact that it wasn’t was disappointing.

pleasant stay just a bit more attention to cleaning , the area is perfect and very nice, we always stay in Germantown wh

close to restaurants and shopping. great area to stay

bathtub had mold. the hallway is extremely warm also our air conditioner didn’t cool well, eventually it worked but we’re thankful the weather was cool outside.
