I ended up booking this hotel last minute. It was pretty clean. We found a towel wadded up far under the sink. It was not easily found , i dropped an earring and had to get on all 4's to find it. Other than that it was realy clean and comfortable. On friday night i was woken up by a family with kids at 2:30 in the morning. They were realy loud, the wals are not to sound proof. I travel with ear plugs so i used them. I could tell they were boys rough housing but it was too late for wrestling in a hotel room. I was on business so being woke up for a good 45 minutes did effect my day at work.

The moment we check in the front desk clerk says she was about to cancel my reservation, although I arrived at 4 and checkin is at 3. Once we walk in spot how unclean the rooms were. Found food under the couch, sat on the bed, it tilts over uncomfortable the whole night. Really wish I got my money back.

Me and my girlfriend stayed on the 3rd floor and we heard loud noises every day on the 4th floor and a weird loud bass that shook our wall and it continued even after we made a complaint. Someone above us would play loud music and stomp (apparently we aren’t the only ones who complained about this, weird right?)The person at the desk told us he would handle it and pretend to call but little did he know, me and my girlfriend were around the corner. The rooms didn’t have soap and they only give you one roll of toilet paper. Also me and my girlfriend went down there to buy snacks and get more supplies and the worker was asleep. The breakfast is the same thing every morning and the fruit isn’t fresh and the milk they use stinks. The snacks that they sell are over priced. $2 for a small pack of welches fruit snacks?? There is something shady going on with that place and it’s honestly scary. I ordered food from door dash and the driver took a picture of it at the front desk and when I went to go and retrieve it, it was gone. The worker told me that no one delivered anything so I showed them a picture that was sent to me and they acted confused. I would not recommend staying here. It may be cheap and look nice but like I said something unusual is going on at that place. Thieves also hangout here so be aware. We saw 2 cars with their windows smashed.

The person checking us in was not very friendly. It was also the longest check in progress I've ever experienced. The air conditioner in the room made an awful noise the entire time it ran... made it so we didn't sleep well.. Then the water wouldn't get hot for showers.

With the recent hurricane, our travel plans had to be adjusted. We arrived in Columbus ahead of schedule and check-in time. We were greeted with a smile and welcomed to check in early to our lovely, comfortable, clean room. I was conveniently able to do laundry. There are restaurant choices within walking distance--and not, if you choose to drive. We would choose to stay here again, the next time we are in Columbus!

I can't say whether or not the property was safe or not, there was not anything that I noticed that made me at all uneasy. I rate the stay a 9.5 and the only reason it was not a 10, the ice machine was broken the entire stay on my floor, 4 nights plus the morning of departure. The area has 2 gas stations adjacent to the property. Staff was outstanding: friendly, helpful with directions, locations with major shopping, and movie theater. I would gladly there again!

We only stayed for one night. The facility has very recent updates and pleasant decor. The front desk was very friendly and efficient, but our room had stains on the carpet and old smoking odor in the room. The bathtub did not drain well, either. The breakfast buffet had nice options, but it was not monitored at all, so items ran out and the area looked very messy after a couple hours. This met our need for the night, but we are not likely to return.

My room ran out of toilet paper, shampoo and conditioner. I asked the front desk for supplies to replace. Unbelievable that there was no toilet paper. I returned to my room later and only received the toilet paper and none of the other toiletries I requested. I told them I needed the shuttle at 4:30 am to the airport. They said they could only do 4 or 5 am. Only on the hour. I was the only person in need of a ride at 4 am and the front desk person was also the driver. He easily could have accommodated me at 4:30. Instead I wasted time in the airport.

The room was clean and comfortable but the blackening curtains in our room were decorative so it never really got dark in there. The breakfast was decent but it was the same menu every day. The pool chemicals were not right and had a ton of foam at the top of the pool. The property smelled strongly of weed and smoke. Very convenient location.

The hotel needs updating. Looks newer on the outside but needs work on the inside. Waited several minutes at the front desk before the desk clerk looked up from her phone. Our room was large but dirty. There was hair all over the wall in the shower. Breakfast was cold. They had eggs and sausage that one could make a sandwich with. Unfortunately both parts were cold and no way to warm it. There are signs everywhere telli g you to remove personal items from your car. You do the math on the type of area. Good luck, i will not be back.

The room was spacious and comfortable. It mostly clean (some things under the couch which came out when we used the hide-a-bed). The breakfast was fine and the pool small but enjoyable. The service was good.
