This hotel is top notch. The room are absolutely beautiful. Great customer service. And is centrally located. This hotel is a 10/10. I will revisit this hotel without a doubt.

This hotel is a great value. An old, historic house renovated into a very nice hotel in the center of historic Zacatecas.

We stayed here for a week to visit family- a lovely hotel in the heart of Zacatecas! We’re from America & speak only a little Spanish (but did have family there to help translate) ..we only had 1 hiccup but it actually worked out in our favor. We had booked 2 rooms (both were supposed to have king beds) but when we arrived, 1 room had 2 full beds & the other had a king bed. It was brought to their attention but it appeared there were no other king rooms available. But, they assured us that the room with 2 full beds was actually an upgrade, since it was a larger room, so it was no big deal! Only other issue was our room on the 1st day smelt very strongly of cigarette smoke. My parents’ room was across the hall & they had a loud noise that would sometimes keep them up at night.. still unsure what it was but they managed fine! Overall, we enjoyed our stay here & loved the location.. you can walk all over downtown Zacatecas from this hotel; from Circle K to pharmacies, restaurants, shopping, etc. Beautiful hotel, strong A/C, comfy beds (but could’ve used softer pillows in my opinion), clean rooms, smart TVs, friendly/helpful staff.. but the real star was the breakfast that’s included with the stay! Carlos was an amazing waiter & the breakfast was some of the best food we had while we were there.. delicious! Also loved the hours of breakfast as someone who’s not much of a morning person. Lastly, we really enjoyed the rooftop terrace.. it was SO nice! Would stay here again!

Had a wonderful stay at the hotel. Staff were very friendly and accommodating. Room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was very tasty. Hotel is in the center of the historic district of Zacatecas. Priceless!!

From the entrance one is pleasantly surprised of the hotel, inside the rooms are spacious and clean, simply decorated without loosing their rustic feel. As you walk through the entrance hall there are a variety of art unique to the viceregal era. The staff was always very helpful with our tour requests. I would recommend and visit this hotel again.

The staff is very helpful and professional. The property is maintained in an excellent condition.

Beautiful Hotel amazing property but the customer service is horrible that lady that answered my call was very rude and unprofessional really bad attitude same as the other front desk man ! Breakfast was delicious awesome stuff everything was clean and amazing! Room was super clean and presentable.

If you are looking for an authentic feel with upgraded amenities and facilities, this is the place for you! It’s gorgeous, clean, ungraded, and safe. Staff was responsive and kind. Our reservation included breakfast which was simple yet quality. We truly enjoyed our stay and will be back!

The property was very central to walking, shopping and eating. The rooms were spacious, clean, and beds were comfortable. I would have liked to have softer pillows but was overall very happy with my stay. Staff was friendly, parking was easy and breakfast was included. I would stay here again.

Beds too small and they did not fix the air conditioning, food menu not many options only one option.

Very nice hotel and rooms are very spacious. Difficult to locate and difficult to park. Parking ramp is within walking distance from the hotel but inconvenient.

We were in the perfect location room was clean with a view of the city next to restaurants and shopping stores the breakfast was good and the waitress was super attentive the manager check on us and gave us ideas as what not to miss

Beautiful building and surroundings, great & friendly staff. It could of been better. Breakfast was the same each day, coffee pot in room with no coffee :/. Room had no windows it was always dark. Beds were pretty stiff.

Muy bonito, céntrico , seguro, el desayuno DELICIOSO! Huevos como los prefieras rancheros, revueltos con jamón o chorizo y acompañado con chilaquiles y frijolitos, puedes escoger entre fruta o jugo y el café muy rico! todo está cerca la habitación estaba bonita nos gustó mucho no había polvo en la superficie de los muebles pero creo que le le olvidó barrer al personal de limpieza, solo que ya era muy tarde cuando nos dimos cuenta y estábamos muy cansados y solo nos quedamos una noche por eso no pedimos que nos la cambiaran…a pesar de eso si regresamos este lugar nos encantó y es muy seguro!
