A great place to stay with a family. A great location in the heart of the Dells of you want visit and not stay at a water park.

Our time at Staybridge was amazing. We needed an accessible room, which the hotel accommodated. The room was perfect for our needs since we needed to bring some extra equipment to make one of the guests more comfortable. There was even a lot of room left over with all of our stuff in the room. The breakfast bar had many options. There were two indoor places to be able to sit with others on the first floor. There was also a nice sized family bathroom to make traveling with a person with a disability that much easier. The pool even had a lift chair so that someone with a disability could get safely into the pool. There also was a wonderful courtyard space where there was a fire, bags/cornhole, and half of a basketball court. The staff was super friendly. I would highly recommend staying at this location!

Brought my son for an end of summer staycation. Hotel staff was VERY friendly and professional. Front desk always had a smile. I lost my necklace in the pool area and housekeeping found and returned it. Our room was very clean. Definitely will stay again.

We enjoyed a night stay. The rooms were clean and the hotel was well taken care of. The front desk staff are friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. Breakfast was good and the dinning areas were clean. The only down side is the pool had way too much chlorine and it was really cold. Other than that it was great experience.

The hotel is great except for the single elevator for the whole hotel's use... 4 floors and one hotel. Also, the guest laundry, although free, many of the machines didn't work properly or at all. Those are my only complaints.

Front desk help was more interested in talking with other employees than taking care of guests, knew nothing about the surrounding area, and had a generally poor attitude. Hotel was clean but dated. I'm sure there's better value elsewhere.

People were in the halls at all hours of the night, outside the doors of the entrance loud and blocking the entrrance, felt very unsafe and not family friendly. Staff did nothing to get the crowds of people under control. Not a good stay for the price I paid for this suite.

We stayed a week. For the most part it was very nice. Normal hotel. Clean. Breakfast is ok. Would be nice if it was changed more often. Same food pretty much every day. Oh and someone at the desk keyed someone else room key card wrong so they walked into our room. That wasn’t very pleasant. The pool water is very chlorinated and a bit to cold. Nice location.

Our room was neat and clean . Great location. The only complaint was our bathroom sink would not drain. Front desk said it could not be fixed because it was the weekend and they did not have a maintenance person on. Otherwise great place to stay . I will stay there again.

We had a great 3 night stay. Our room was clean and hotel amenities were very good for kids. The only thing is that I wished there were more breakfast options and organization (ie. Long waiting lines for making waffles).

We waited over an hour to get checked in to our room all because the front desk lady fell asleep in the back office. A family let us into the hotel so that we didn’t have to continue standing outside waiting for someone to help us, so we waiting at the front desk, we could hear the lady snoring in the back room. We kept calling out and knocking on the desk but she wouldn’t wake up until the other family who helped us into the building started yelling as a last resort and she finally woke up and walked to the front. She was pretty rude. Unapologetic. I told her we had children in the car who were very tired and cranky and we had been waiting for over an hour for someone to help us into our room and she did not care. The next day my brother fell on a wet floor. I guess they mopped and he didn’t know because there were no wet floor signs and none of the workers came to check on him to see if he was okay or helped him off the floor. Due to being embarrassed that everyone just looked at him and ignored him he just came back to the room. The room did not look clean. The kitchen floors were very sticky. You could tell someone spilled something and it was never mopped. The bathrooms were the same way. Beds were made but you could tell the bedding was not washed. Still had some hairs and lint stuck to them so we did not sleep under the covers. Thankfully we bring our own mini to go cleaning supplies and blankets due to this very reason. Food was bland and dry. 0 out 10 stars.

New hotel , close to all Wisconsin Dells attractions. The rooms have little kitchen so it was very convenient specially with kids. The breakfast was very tasty. My kids enjoy swimming pool after long day with attractions

Everything was great! Even the hot tub was nice and warm!, though it could have been a bit hotter but for how little hot tubs there are now, it was very relaxing to be in. Only complaint was the breakfast wasnt really that good. Last year when I was here, it was pretty good food but this time around it felt very poor in flavor and the only good things were the waffles and cereals

Could not sleep all night people up stairs was loud until 6am went down to the desk and the young lady that was working was just as rude! Wanted extra covers for a sick kid she would only give us a thin sheet! In all my years stay ridge is the only hotel in comfort in this visit was so bad that I’m going to cancel my stay at the one in Florida and start looking for others! The price I paid for one night no way should I have not been able to relax and enjoy myself very very disappointed!😔

We loved this hotel. It was very clean and had a small kitchenette. We have 2 small dogs that were able to stay with us also! The staff was very friendly and check in was fast and easy. Our kids loved the pool and jacuzzi. The breakfast was also good. About 10 min from town. We will be back!
