I can’t say enough good things about this place. Rooms are extremely clean. Checked in on Friday and was late getting here, owner waited up for us. I’m actually sad to go! We’ll definitely be coming back soon!

My room was exceptionally clean and newly remodeled!! It was complete with everything you need to cook (except food) of course. Management was phenomenal!! Let us know how and where he could be reached. This motel is located in an older part of town, but it Close to anything you may need!! I will stay here again!!

PJ and the property was great. I arrived at 1am and PJ communicated perfectly via text and made sure I was taken care of, even though it was very late. And he was there to check me out early in the morning. Truly great service.

Very nice and clean! The property is newly renovated. There's two things that could use help. The water pressure was low and the parking lot needs repaving. I do not wear shoes indoors; but here I had to because the amount of dirt tracked in from the parking lot. However, the price was right and I will stay here again if visiting Baton Rouge.

Cleanest motel room I have ever experienced bar none! Would stay again for this fact alone. Owner/property manager was most accommodating giving us a larger kitchenet room on arrival as a unsolicited upgrade. Some reviewers have noted Hwy 190 neighborhood as a negative. As well managed as this facility is and the cleanliness of the room would have to say this to be for our use a non issue. The facility parking is secure with only one access point in or out. Very safe. If you are looking for a exceptionally clean room and a bargain stay this is it!

We stayed here overnight after attending an LSU Football game. The hotel looks older and under construction from the outside but the room was beautiful. The manager was very courteous and helpful.

This was a great 3 night stay overall …the room was freshly remodeled and absolutely spotless. The bed was super comfy the shower was hot and the a/c was cold. The neighborhood leaves a bit to be desired…nothing much to eat around there but there is a kitchen so bring your own food. The owner was very nice and attentive. If you just need the basics …this is a great choice! Perfect for my business trip to BR !

The guy was extremely nice he even upgraded our room for free of extra charge. He is running a great business. He was friendly. Don’t judge the outside before you see the inside. The inside of this hotel is extremely clean and nicely remolded.

Super Friendly owner/manager — very helpful. A little off the beaten path, but close enough to downtown and LSU. VERY clean. Larger than normal TV. Still undergoing some construction so it will be even better. Needs a lamp on the nightstand.

Cleanest Hotel or Motel Room I've ever been in. I travel for business from town to town for weeks at a time pulling a small trailer of demo equipment. I used to sell cleaning equipment to the Big Three and large hotel chains. I trained the folks that cleaned how to use the equipment and cleaning equipment. My wife takes care of a historic 27,000 sq. ft. mansion and they bring me in to do special restoration projects. I turn down painting and cleaning resto jobs all the time from former clients (because I hate the work and like selling better.) I only mention all that because the rooms here were super clean and very well painted. I tried to find flaws and dirt but couldn't. Immaculate. I rarely ever leave reviews because I don't want "you, the public" to overrun the hidden gems I find; but in this case the owner deserves it .
