Harbor View Landing is a collection of cottages right on the water in Mystic. We had 2 outdoor chairs and ate outside one night looking out at the water. We stayed in a cabin named Cove. I think it was a great value for the money. Here's what you would be getting if you rent the Cove. A bedroom that includes 2 chairs and a dresser. A small fridge with a complimentary bottle of wine. A microwave. A bathroom with a tiny sink and an enclosed shower. We had a short stay, and I thought this property was fine. If you want more room then certainly consider a larger cottage than Cove. One morning, I walked all the way to downtown Mystic. I am giving this property a good rating but not the highest because there is one drawback. It is right next to some train tracks! Truth be told, this didn't ruin our enjoyment of the place, but you should know what you are getting into. The places downtown were much too expensive. This was fairly close, on the water, and affordable. I would rent it again.

My husband and I had a night away here and it’s was absolutely beautiful! So clean, absolutely perfect! Cant wait to come stay again!

What an amazing spot at harborview landing. We stayed in the single unit called the cove and it was perfect. The property is amazing, right on the water. The cottage was very clean and had everything we needed for a night. Definitely keeping this spot in mind

The place was Absolutely Stunning. Loved the Nautical Decor. The room was Spotless with soothing music playing as we entered the place. What a nice touch. Weather perfect a lot to do or nothing to do but chill by the Fire and Water. We will definitely be coming back. Thank you for a wonderful mini vacation

Fabulous cottage in a peaceful, waterfront property close to the restaurants and shops. Immaculately clean and spacious. We loved the complementary bottle of wine!

This was a great place to stay. Definitely worth the money. Very quiet and relaxing.

Loved the grounds of the property and everything was incredibly clean. We frequent Mystic and would definitely stay here again, though next time with one of the waterfront rooms!

The property is well taken care of, everything was beautiful. There’s even a fire pit to relax by, and bikes and non motorized boats to borrow. Cottage was clean and faced the water for maximum ocean views!

Wonderful stay in the cozy little cottage.

Immaculate accommodations with beautiful views of the harbor and access to kayaks, paddle boards and bikes. The Nantucket cottage furnishings were modern and beachy at the same time. No disappointments here which is uncommon these days.

Impeccably appointed, beautiful ship-lapped rooms, stunning views. I grew up Summering in Stonington which is right down the road, decided to stay in mystic for a night while visiting family. These guys have nailed everything. Solo fire pits, corn hole, a/c, super super clean. Really really enjoyed this place!

Beautiful property. Everything well thought out and maintained. A true gem of an escape.

Just spent the weekend here it was the most beautiful little gem in Mystic. Walking distance to downtown right on the water lots of activities right on the property. So clean the beds were so comfortable we didn’t wanna leave. Cannot wait to go back.

My 3 business partners and I stayed for one night as a quick master mind get away and had a great time. In summary, the waterfront location was excellent, the place was clean, it was easy to check in, the communication to get checked in was easy, and beds were comfortable. I would highly recommend staying here.

The cottage was so nice. It was clean and beautifully decorated and what a fantastic view. Only steps from the water it was just amazing. We loved the suggesting of restaurants left in the cottage and the wine. Thank you! Best place we stayed on this trip.

Beautiful little cottage right by the water! It had everything we needed- extra towels, outdoor blankets to enjoy the sunset from our designated porch, coffee, and a comfy bed!! The retro refrigerator was a cute plus and the bathroom was beautiful. Will definitely be returning back in summertime.

Harbor view landing was a great place to stay; Specifically the Martha's Vineyard cabin! It was quiet and the farthest cabin away from the other cabins on the property. The property's private dock with included kayaks was amazing. They also had a nice seating area with firepit and wood to enjoy at night. The property is super close to downtown Mystic and also Intestate 95 to get where you need to go. The cabin was very clean and organized upon arrival; the included bottle of wine/ water bottles were a nice touch. I will definitely stay here again!

This is a truly special place. I'd have given it five stars had it not been located directly beside the Acela rail line. I didn't see any mention of this in the description or in comments and it may have made a difference in my selection. The room is beautifully decorated and windows look right at the cove, so visually it's truly a lovely place. I encountered only one staff member during my stay, which is great since he was very friendly. I received several texts from the hosts which were informative and friendly. However, the one that arrived at 7AM on the day of departure gently reminding me to leave by 11AM so they could clean the room was annoying as it woke me from a sound sleep and was unnecessary since I was well aware of the check out time. Sort of felt like "here's your hat, what's your hurry" though I doubt that was the intent. One bit of feedback on the room which was otherwise perfect - a table of some sort would be wonderful. Even a folding table that can be put away since the room is very small would have been welcome. I had breakfast in my room and brought my laptop so I could have benefitted from a place to put them. One other thing - I found the TV a bit complex. There are basic directions provided, but I still had difficulty finding what I was looking for. All in all, this was a really beautiful place. Just a few minor tweaks and it would be the perfect little get away place. I recommend giving it a try, but select a larger cottage unless traveling alone.
