Really great hotel. Check in staff (and all staff for that matter) were wonderful. They had flavored water in the lobby, and usually a delicious food tasting in the afternoon. They offered mini muffins and coffee in the AM. The courtyard was great to unwind around the fire place in the evenings. The location was perfect, close to a Walgreens and Trader Joes. Walking distance to the cable cars, Fishermans Wharf and Alcatraz pier. Would definitely stay here again.

This was a great stay for SFC and the nearby Fisherman’s Wharf area. All things we managed by feet. The cleanliness was great, the staff excellent. We git offered to participate a sale event at the hotel, the incentive offered was interesting, but given the limited time of our stay, we declined. Only down side was that one elevator to the lobby was out for repair, which gave us some waiting to get into it with our folks. Overall I can completely recommend to stay there. Last thing to mention, there ia a huge fee for the parking. We did know upfrint, but looking to the price and value of the accommodation, this is very high. Nevertheless we compared it to surrounding hotels and this was even a little cheaper then others ….

Great location, staff was very nice. Room was only cleaned quickly, was very dusty. The long mirror has a coating of dust and who knows when the last time it was cleaned. Would stay again because the price and location was good.

I enjoyed staying here and I will definitely stay again. Was in an amazing location and it was a lovely hotel. I do wish I had a better check in experience but overall was a great stay.

Great place to stay in Ssn Fran close to Fisherman’s Wharf and Little Italy. Great staff, decor is cool and everything is so clean. Fire pit with sheepskin blankets to sit and relax around was very nice! Mural on the wall was wonderful

Room was a good size and very clean. Super comfy beds. Guest laundry area is a nice touch. No dining options in the hotel were a little disappointing.

We stayed 5 nights and did not regret it. The hotel is conveniently located in Fishermen's Wharf. Even though there are no food options in the hotel, the other facilities compensate for this. They have an amazing courtyard, a good fitness room and a cosy coffee corner where it is easy to strike up a conversation with other guests. The hotel does a good job of providing free walks, complimentary drinks and snacks and live music.

Convenient location within walking distance to the Wharf and North Beach areas. Newer property, across the street from Marriott Fisherman's Wharf and near the Powell/Mason cable car turn-around. Enjoyed a large clean room for a family visit. Room itself was spacious though bathrooms were small. Amenities were good with large flat screen TV and locker-like cabinet that held a small safe and mini-refrigerator.

Renovated in 2019 the hotel and the rooms where great. Free laundry was a plus and free, good coffee/cookies every morning. Easy walking to all sightseeing places in San Francisco. Nice playground for the kids and very friendly people working at the hotel.

We had a great stay here. The staff were super friendly and helpful. The hotel is convenient to many of San Francisco's important tourist attractions and sights. The rooms were clean, roomy and well appointed. Complementary coffee in the morning is great and the snacks in the afternoon are a nice addition of what you would see at a boutique hotel. There are cookies served with the coffee in the morning. This is should not be confused with breakfast and the hotel does not promote it as breakfast. (I only mention this bc i heard some parents complaining that there was nothing but cookies for breakfast) All staff was super friendly and helpful. We were greeted everywhere we went no matter if it was in the lobby or in the hallways. The only drawback was that when you meet with the concierge for your welcome packet there is a hard sell to attend a Marriott vacation property presentation. Be fore warned. It is a "vacation club" hotel. I would stay there again.

Front desk woman at check out was absolutely rude and raised her voice when I asked her to repeat herself. She had dyed pink hair on 7/27 @8:30am ish. Should not be in hospitality. Also a little more than cookies would be nice when other hotels offer breakfast. Location was fabulous.

The hotel is lovely and clean however the rooms are noisy we could hear the traffic and other guests walking, talking & shouting along the corridor. The cleaners seem eager, they were knocking on the door at 9am on our last day when check out isn’t until 11am. Good location for the piers, luckily we had returned our rented car as parking at the hotel was very expensive. You don’t need a car for SF, plenty of Ubers/taxis. Great way to get around without the hassle of parking.

Great hotel! Only Duran sure was the $75 valet fee ... otherwise had to park somewhere else. We have motorcycles. Not happening! But valet was very friendly and took care of us. Great location.
