My friend & enjoyed the stay. Everything was perfect! The front desk girl, I think her name was Ana, from Romania, was awesome, very helpful and had a great personality. The guys parking the garage were great, helpful and entertaining. Next time I would love to have an ocean view room. I loved the Room # 4 very clean& just right. Beds were comfortable. Thanks to all for a pleasant stay!!!

Me and my family of 4 had a great stay! Everything was clean, staff was wonderful, friendly, and made are stay comfortable. Location was good, so was parking and you had access to a private beach. Would definitely say there again.

Took a last minute trip to the beach. This property was affordable compared to the others, especially with such a large room and being across the street from the beach with beach access. It’s a small Inn, it was very clean and the staff were friendly. You park right in front of your room.

Excellent customer service! I appreciated the courtesy call ahead of time to see what time I was planning on arriving, and accommodating my needs. I also appreciated the coffee and muffins they put outside for guests. It was extremely convenient and the beach was just a few steps away! Would stay here again. My only suggestion would be to replace the hotel room door with a thicker more secure door. But besides that it was great and the customer service was exceptional.

We were looking for an affordable one night stay on Misquamicut Beach and this was perfect. Their sister motel - Sandcastle is on the beach, and this one was across the street. The owner was accommodating and friendly and made our stay exactly what we were looking for. It was also very clean, you can tell they did the updates to the rooms. The little section of beach that belongs to the motel was perfect for our family for the day. These two motels were in the best location, near ice cream, pizza and your typical beach food. I highly recommend if you're looking for a reasonably priced beach motel.

You can't complain about the location. The room was clean and appears to be recently updated. There was literally no furniture in the room except the 2 beds and a tiny bedside table. The beds were not comfortable and very noisy. With a little more updating this could be a decent place for a beach side getaway.

The Ocean View is a great little motel right across from the beach. The first thing you notice is how clean the rooms are. The rooms are very basic but will meet all your needs. While there is no coffee maker, in the morning, there is fresh coffee across the street outside the office. Everyone of the staff with whom I came in contact with was helpful and friendly. I love Misquamicut and the Ocean View was perfect for my mini vacation to my favorite beach town.

Ad stated “ocean view from room” . No ocean view. The bathroom floor and table were sticky slimy. The fridge so tiny could hardly get much in it. Wifi wouldnt work. Only 1 room key was difficult to manage. Ad misleading in that it mentioned a “family room” in addition to bedroom. Family room actually meant a bed in it. A small couch or even a nice soft chair would be nice. Only place to sit was table chair. Only an overhead light for that bed. No lamp or switch close to the bed. No place to hang up a towel in the bathroom.. or put your clothes or toiletries.

It was just what we were looking for not too far from ocean,the room was very big and spacious!! Right in the middle of all restaurants, pubs and amenities!!! Great time!!

I booked to stay here, but my reservation got move to a place that was on the beach called sandcastles motel.
No interior lights except for bathroom. Two outlets 1 for a/c and tv, other for dorm size fridge. Parking was a joke, people parked everywhere. The area is fantastic, this motel was not. Sandcastles disappointed. Maybe next time Ican get what I booked.

The staff was friendly and helpful. Located right across from the beach. Hotel had their own private access which was nice. Located near several gift shops and restaurants. The rooms could use some updating but they were clean. Also could’ve used heavier blankets since it was all AC and only one small window, which wouldn’t have provided enough air/breeze, so the AC was a must. The rooms lacked coffee pots, which was disheartening because we were all early risers and had to wait for local places to open to get coffee. All in all, a decent place to crash if your in Misquamicut to hit the beach.

This place is way out dated inside and out. The beds are hard as a rock. There is no table to sit and eat dinner if you wanted too. And they make you pay extra for parking if your checking out. For the price i would rather stay across the street.

This was a great place to just get away, it was a little pricey for the room and quality but clean and did the job, the staff was amazing, they were very pleasant and always around to accommodate, very convenient with the Beach and activities right across the street, some updates have been done. Over all I would stay there again

Not sure how this motel got it's name...Ocean View. There is NO ocean view...it's across the street from the ocean. The over-priced room could use some serious updating. The carpet had mutiple stains, the table and chairs were old and worn, the tv was on an outdated cd tower, the nitestand in the bedroom was missing a drawer, the
shower was tiny and there were no towel bars, hooks, or counterspace in the bathroom at all. The only good thing about this motel is that it was available.

Motel seems like it hasn’t been updated since built. Very strange layout- sliding glass doors on the exterior which led to a small nook and a group of 3 rooms inside. The sliding glass doors were wide open upon arrival. When we asked an employee if the door was locked at night , he said no- the lock was broken and they keep the slider door open all the time. Didn’t feel safe , so then checked out the door in our room. Very flimsy with cracks between door and frame that you could see in a bit (and very easily stick something in there to unlock). No deadbolt or even a chain lock, but a turn lock that popped open instantly as soon as you touch the knob from the interior. Anyone could easily break -in. I don’t think all rooms are like this- but the three inside the sliders definitely were. Went to complain and ask for another room- they told us they had a suite available but would charge us extra. Already paying $175 a night for a very dark and dingy room. Can’t imagine what they’re “suite” looked like . No thank you. We ended up getting a refund and staying elsewhere. Location is great, but for the money I would expect a room where I would feel at least feel somewhat comfortable and safe. This is not the case. It’s a shame with all that they charge that they do nothing to upgrade even a little bit. Again, the other rooms that had doors directly to the outside seemed like they were a bit more secure- but beware of the ones through the slider!
