I have stayed there before. The staff were very nice but the condition of the hotel went downhill from my last stay. The room had an odd odor and was not as clean as I would expect. The towels were super lightweight and small and not enough for the three of us. There were towels laying in the hallway. There were various spots on the walls that were in need of finishing repairs. For breakfast we had to walk over a pile of dirt to get to the breakfast. There were tea bags but no hot water. Limited options for a dairy allergy.

The hotel was clean, warm and the staff were friendly. The check in clerk was really sweet, even at midnight, and she was still at the desk at 7am and was just as nice. The room was clean, if a little dated and the bathroom was sufficient for the price. I would recommend this hotel on a road trip.

Beds were comfy. We checked in late and were put in a room opposite the elevators. Room did not have enough towels. Only over night to sleep so it was OK. Condition of hotel is OK. Nothing fancy and no extras.

I have stayed in this hotel before and had a better experience than this last time. The elevator carpet was dirty. The toilet did not work. There was no soap in the bathroom. The water pressure was very low. The sheets were clean but very wrinkled. I will probably not stay here again.

We were in town for a VT football game and this hotel had the only available rooms. Now I know why. When we arrived, we found other guests waiting to check in in the lobby. We were all wondering if anybody was there working. After about six or seven minutes, the entire front desk staff of three or four people came in from smoking in front of the hotel. It smelled like marijuana, but they insisted it was not. We checked in. The entire walk down the hallway, up the elevator, and down the hallway where our room was located was disgusting. Stains on the carpets, nicks, scratches, dents in the hallways with no touchup paint. The smell was horrific. Once we got into the room, the experience was no different. We simply could not stay there and left immediately. We had a 3 Hour drive back home, but could not stand the thought of staying the night at that hotel. I requested a refund, but was refused by the night manager. I will never stay here again and anyone else should put a lot of consideration into staying here before they commit.

This a very convenient hotel, as I have stayed here before. This hotel just needs some attention in the areas of cleanliness and just general upkeep. Upon walking in, the hotel lobby needs some attention. Some plants, nicer pictures, SOMETHING. Then the mat in front of the elevators is tattered and worn, just overall not a good impression. The room is very comfy. HOWEVER, you can tell it’s lacking a good clean. The sheets were stained, and upon checking the bed, the mattress cover (underneath the headboard area) is covered with hair and lint, very gross. The bathroom has clear built up grime in the shower and sink drain. Water pressure and temperature was amazing, so that was a plus. The breakfast leaves much to be desired, as the only beverage option outside of coffee was apple juice. My room key did get deactivated after my first night, which was inconvenient. However, the desk attendant was helpful and able to quickly resolve this issue. I wish I had taken more pics, but this was after a 5 hour drive. Overall, the stay was okay. I just expect better from my stay with Wyndham.

There was no front desk staff when we checked in. They were outside smoking. We had a long wait befjre we spoke to anyone to get checked in. The first room we checked into was obviously smoked in and this was a non smoking hotel. The second room had goey stains are the carpet and there was a large wet spot on the floor. There wasn't any hand soap in either room we were assigned. The walls in the halls all had fresh looking patches as if there had been holes. The elevator was very rough.

The Breakfast was not very good. They were running out of food and no one was restocking it. No water at breakfast, hot or cold water. Did not give out enough towels and had to go ask for more. Bed was comfy and pillows were great. Location was good. Could be cleaned better. Staff was not very friendly and often not at the desk.

Not a good hotel. Shower door wouldn’t stay shut so you had to be a ninja to keep water from getting all over the floor. Ice machine on the main level was out of service. One of the two elevators was out of service. No maid service while we were there. Breakfast was really bad - no water available and the eggs and sausage were awful. The room was dated and not particularly clean. Will not stay there again.

Insufficient parking. Also doors to back lot would not open even though it clicked when u held the key up to it. Side door handle was broken off so nothing to pull it open with. I had to walk all the way around the building to enter from the front.

When we arrived there was only 1 bath towel in the bathroom. We stayed at this facility 2 years ago and it was the same. When there are two people this is unacceptable. When we inquired they said they didn’t have anymore. We could go to the pool and get a towel. These towels are not bath size and are very thin. The hallways and stairways are so dirty. The ice machine was broken and had to go to the 3rd floor. The rooms are noisy.

The moment I walked in the hotel, the front desk clerk was rude and unprofessional. The light in the entrance to living room was out. Mini refrigerator was leaking water to the floor. Toilet paper holder was missing from the wall. Couch and carpet had steins. Bathroom wall was unclean. Only provided two towels even though 3 guests were staying and the hotel was out of towels! We requested to change room or fix the problems, but the staff didn’t even try to resolve any of these problems.

Room wasn’t bad, although carpet was dirty, my allergies immediately kicked in and I got stuffed up and started sneezing which tells me the room hasn’t been thorough cleaned vacuumed or dusted much. Libby decor needs some work. For the price we paid it could use some sprucing and halls painted and some VT themed stuff.

Let me begin by saying the staff was very friendly and accommodating, but this hotel is very run down. They are very understaffed, and it shows. It appears they are trying to do renovations in some areas, but it still needs a lot of work. Our room had a barn door for the bathroom that would not stay shut and kept rolling open, so we had to wedge a shoe under the door to keep it from rolling open since there were no locks for the door either. I probably wouldn’t stay here again.

I have stayed here multiple times, however I was less than pleased this stay. Staff was helpful and pleasant. Room had a red area, not sure if it was a stain or just wasn’t cleaned. Could visibly tell the decorative piece on the bed was not clean. Ceiling above the shower was peeling.

This location is not far from Virginis Tech which was nice. People were very friendly and breakfast was good. Toilet paper holder was non existent, roll was sitting on the grab bar. Beds were askew between the mattress and base.

This is my 3rd or 4th time staying there and it seems each room has something "incomplete" about it. Shower doors on backwards, sliding doors bolts in wrong place, etc. Several things to make it seem like there was a rush job to say the hotel was complete. Staff is always friendly and helpful every time.
