The hotel.was very clean,affordable and great location.

I booked a 2 bed smoking room online...within a hour I was checking in and was informed that I would have to settle for a non-smoking room even .though I paid for a smoking room & expected to receive what I paid for. This whole issue caused me & my fiancé not to fully enjoy ourselves.

My partner and I had never stayed in this area before but we were pleasantly surprised. We enjoyed our stay at this nice hotel and we also really liked the location. Booking the room was easy and I was happy because this is the only type of hotel that offers smoking rooms in this area and that is a necessity we like to keep.The rate for the room was fair and under $80 which I loved because I hate hotels that over charge their customers so I hunted for the best value and what we needed in a room. We only stayed 1 night but I honestly wish we could've stayed at least a few days. The room was very clean and had nice furniture, you can tell this hotel actually takes care of their property and rooms. There were nightstands on each side of the bed and honestly I was glad because you wouldn't believe how often 1 of us gets stuck with the side of the bed with no nightstand when we stay at a hotel. The bed was large and the sheets were super clean and the bedding looked like it was still new, no holes or anything even though it was a smoking room. There was actually enough pillows to keep us comfortable and they were large and supportive. The only thing I could say I would've liked better was if the mattress was a bit softer but I do understand that alot of people prefer a supportive mattress instead of a softer one. The bathroom was clean and there was enough towels and toiletries provided. There were absolutely no burn marks anywhere in the room and honestly it's surprising. Most hotel rooms that allow smoking end up damaged somewhere in their rooms, especially in the bathroom on the edge of the bathtub...it happens so frequently the hotel staff stops trying to repair the marks because it usually ends up just happening again... we just ignore it for the most part but I was surprised to see that this room was in perfect condition. We would definitely stay here again if we are ever in the area.

The rooms need major work. Had to change rooms because bathroom ceiling was about to come crashing down. Next room had a broken ac...too tired by then to complain. This is more of a long term live in hotel.

tv was not working. front desk did fix but should not happen. poor lighting, beside light kept shutting off. individuals hanging out at the far end

requested two rooms both non-smoking, one of the rooms was a smoking room and it smelled!!! The other room did not supply extra toilet paper, and found dirty washcloth in room.

Location was acceptable.

From the spider in the bathtub when we arrived, to the sheets which were washed but had what looked like a bloodstain on them, to the threadbare towels, to the toilet which practically shrieked when you flushed it, this was hardly worth the jacked-up price we paid over graduation weekend. I would have raised these issues the morning of checkout, but no one responded to the ringing of the front desk bell, so I just dropped off the key and left.

it was dirty! the bed and tub both had hair on them that wasnt ours. the shower had dirt floating in it and did not drain well. the fixtures are old. the water pressure was bad the towels were cheap and too small

The property was nice and clean. They maintained room very well and no noise. The breakfast arrangement were also good. I recommend to consider this property for stay

Few smoking and weed smell

With some updating and freshening up, this would be an adorable vacation spot hotel... The front desk representatives were friendly.

The room was a little worn down. The bed covers need replacing due to stains.

the smell of the room was overwhelming. made me feel sick to my stomach all night and gave me a headache. whatever cleaner or freshener they use, they use too much !

The staff is always accommodating and friendly. Beds are comfortable and I can either stay alone or be comfortable bringing my child.

I like being in Christiansburg, the people here are nice at the motel. Pet friendly a plus.

The cleaning lady needs to do better. There should always be a new roll of toilet paper in the room.

A very clean and well kept room. Breakfast and coffee was good. The price for the room exceeded our expectations. I would stay here again. The beds were great! The exterior of the building was constructed to make the building look like log cabin.

Well, they were having a problem with both ice machines... we did get enough to fill our two travel mugs with ice and water for the road. Need some work on their massive parking lot -- concrete was cracked and many potholes.

It was away from the middle of town, but on edge and not too far out. Quiet, clean and very friendly place.

Convenient location,acceptably clean

Had to track down someone to check in, phone calls weren't answered when trying to check in. Room was OK. Parking lot had a lot of trash in it.
