Spacious room, sofa bed, not very comfortable. Air conditioner broke down once or twice. Breakfast was a little stale. Could use a general upgrade overall throughout the entire hotel. But a solid stay

Excellent hotel! Clean, convenient location, friendly staff.

Rooms were very sound-proof. We stayed an entire week and I can't remember hearing 1 other person in the hall talking, walking, etc. Staff at the desk were very helpful and did everything in their power to correct any issues we had, which weren't many over the week. I would stay there again without hesitation.

It was too expensive but availability was low for the marathon event so they had surge pricing in place. But otherwise it was a nice experience.

There was nobody at the crying desk unless somebody was already being helped. You had to pick up a phone that cake around the corner for them to come out. My key didn't have access to the pool. The coffee was out when i wanted some with breakfast but i was able to have some packets delivered to my room so o could make my own.

We specifically booked this hotel because it was a dog friendly hotel and close to a lot of dog friendly restaurants. This place was amazing and if I’m ever back in Superior WI I’m definitely going to stay here again. It was also very close to the state parks we had planned on visiting.

The downtown location is great for dining options but for those used to green space this might not be the best choice.

The property is clean, and quiet. Restaurant in the hotel is vey good with friendly staff, our room was very clean and comfortable. We didn’t explore the area, but it appears there are walkable dining and shopping available in the area of the hotel.

Other than mixing up rooms with someone else they ended up giving us a room for free so we had 2 instead of one it worked ok

I visit my grandson, who is in school in Superior, regularly. I always stay at the Cobblestone. It is one of the cleanest, best kept hotels I have ever stayed in. The beds are extremely comfortable with exceptional linens. The bathrooms are always spotless, the towels fluffy, and plentiful. All my interactions with the staff have been positive. Each person has been courteous and helpful. This was my fifth trip and I'm looking forward to my next in two months.

It was fine. They didn’t have soap and when I inquired about soap, I was told their supplier was out and it was on back order… can’t send a staff member over to sams club and bulk order bars of soap for the hotel? Breakfast was not the greatest, the items in the fridge had been there well past expiration.

When we checked in, we got our keys - made it to our door & the keys didn’t work. Had to go back to desk and activate the key. When the key was activated, we walked into a room that was being used already. We had to go back to the main desk, & tell them the room was in use. They gave us a new room, and when we got to that room, our key didn’t work again. We had to go re-activate the key, and when we walked into the room the lights were on, the toilet was disgusting, and the shower to the drain was not draining. We then called the front desk for a new room. We got another new room and the front desk guy proceeded to say “I’m sorry i was on vacation and I’m not even supposed to be working here right now.” We get our 3rd room finally & the toilet was still disgusting and there was no shampoo / conditioner / or soap in the dispensers. I’ve never had such a bad experience at a hotel in my life.

Great location next to a ton of restaurants. Staff was friendly, room was very clean and quiet. We really enjoyed our stay.

Nice hotel and pool area, noisy peaple next door when we stayed was the only problem

Disappointed. No hand soap in the bathroom. Tried to take a shower after swimming in a cold pool and no soap in the shower. Asked front desk for soap for shower. She said she'd bring it up and never did. Have up and went to bed. We will never stay here again,!

The room was not cleaned completely, there were dirty towels in the bathroom tub and there was trash in the waste baskets in the room.

I actually never got to stay at this hotel. I am sure that it is a great hotel. We had some sicknesses in the family so we could not travel. I tried to get a refund through hotels.com but to no avail. I lost out of over 200 Canadian dollars and never got to stay. They made money that they didn’t earn.

Would have liked a hot tub! Bar and tenders were very nice to talk to. It was a very quit place.

The room was not clean. The conference room was very small. Pool was VERY small. Breakfast was disappointing.

We stayed with our kids and loved the room. The hotel was full but we didn’t hear any extra noise. Breakfast was good along with the coffee. Will definitely stay again! It’s on our list for our next weekend getaway!

The family was looking forward to lounging a bit at the pool after our day out. Pool turned out to be tiny and no hot tub and closes at 10:00. Waited until 9:30 use it but we’re basically chased out by 8 unsupervised 10 year old boys doing cannonballs. The building walls must have been paper thin. Heard kids running in the halls and lots of street noise. Breakfast was in a tiny room and it was full of people. The one person maintaining the breakfast bar would leave and be gone for 10 minutes or more at a time. The orange juice machine was out of order and they hey apple juice ran out. The waffle dough was near bottom and the dough was runny. Apparently it had been that way a while because there were half empty cups of runny dough all over the counter as well as dough on the counter. Crumbs everywhere. They had biscuits and gravy and cheese omelets were in a warmer under a plastic contraption that was completely broken and fell apart each time a new guest touched it. After being gone for some time the attendant finally came back and announced he was closing it down promptly at 10:00. Waited 10:00 minutes in line to get checked in. Went down to purchase snacks and waited 15 minutes for the desk clerk to come back from helping a guest. Waited 15 minutes to check out until a sloppy looking untucked shirt desk clerk showed up to tell me they couldn’t give me a receipt cause their internet was down. Not returning. Maybe not with the chain altogether.

Noisy guests above and running in halls. This was after 10 pm. Breakfast set up was inconvenient
