Shower water very slow to warm up. No soap in shower canister. Breakfast was good. Rooms small but clean. Staff pleasant and professional.

The only bad thing it was they have some customers staying there and they were screaming and laughing on the halls at 1 am no respect for other people who was staying there and was sleeping

The hotel was beautiful. It was very very clean. Smelled clean and still had the brand new smell. The breakfast could’ve been a little better but it’s free so I can’t complain..lol we went for a Virginia Tech game. It was a quick 20 min ride to the stadium. Had plenty of places to drive to for food and many stores close by. There was a nice shopping area like 10 mins from the hotel that had a large mall and about 50 or so other stores around the outside of the mall. The area is a very safe area. Only a 15 min drive from the Roanoke Airport. Again, very safe area. Hotel was very clean. Staff was amazing and everyone was very friendly. This was our first ever V-Tech game and we’ll definitely be back. The whole area was nice and all the locals were the friendliest ppl.. I would highly recommend this hotel. Price was amazingly cheap and worth staying a little outside of Blacksburg.

My family traveled from DC to Knoxville and Salem was an about the halfway point to stop and sleep. Perfect hotel for 1 night. Super clean, friendly staff and the hotel offered a small continental breakfast to grab something on the way out. The room was a little on the small side, but it worked for us.

Hotel was very clean and spacious. Staff was very helpful with information about local restaurants and activities. The only negative was that the bed squeaked on one side every time you got in, out or moved around.

This was the second time we’ve stayed here and it was excellent. The front desk staff are helpful and outgoing with a smile on their faces. The rooms are clean and comfortable. Coffee and hot water are available 24 hours a day and the continental breakfast is well stocked. Overall we enjoyed our stay and have made this property our go to destination while in the area.

No complaints at all with our room or the provided breakfast. Since it was just an overnight stay, the recommendation of a place for dinner was most appreciated. An Italian place called Angelle's down the street was excellent.

We were very happy with our stay. The receptionist was friendly and welcoming, the room was clean, and they had coffee available 24/7 in the lobby. I only had orange juice for breakfast as we were going to have breakfast elsewhere so I can't speak on the food. We only spent one night as a stop on a road trip. I would recommend this hotel because it was a good value.

A very nice stay. Staff was friendly. Room was clean and nice. (I prefer drawers and a closet to pegs, but can’t really complain about that.) Comfortable and quiet enough in a good central location. Seemed new and modern. Coffee in the lobby is ground and brewed individually, which was nice. Pet friendly, which is always helpful!
