Pleasant experience

Breakfast was awesome. Location was nice however away from main roanoke city. Salem itself isn't a very big city but people are very friendly.

Extended checkout should be available with payment, Hotel lobby should also have a restroom. Easier garbage disposal.

Disappointing

The staff was friendly. The room is clean. The air-conditional works well.

The gym was dirty. The air conditioning did not work in the gym. All equipment (bike, treadmill) were broken.

Nice and quiet location.

Breakfast was good. Comfy beds. Nice and quiet location.

The pool area was dirty. The pool and especially the hot tub needs a good cleaning. No working ice machines. Elevator very slow.

if ever in area I would stay there again.

i loved the view and the outside dining overlooking the pool. The rooms were very spacious with a big closet. water pressure was great. Love the couch area it also had. desk area had a nice office chair.

the Toilet was small and too low. Carpet do not like carpet and stains. lately the hotels i've been staying have faux wooden floors. Also couch could be faux leather or real. But at least you can wipe it down couch had a small stain.

it’s not that bad

the location is good

the coin laundry , if you don’t tell them at the lobby on time to get ur room cleaned , then u have to wait till the next day. its not a thorough cleaning, I had to call d cleaner again about my bathroom, the refrigerator had to be changed.

Exceptional

What I liked about it was the location, I had a drs appointment at LewisGale. The staff was all so very friendly and welcoming.

There is only one thing that I didn't care too much for, and that was the beds. They could be a little more softer, but overall, I will be staying there again.

Location doesn’t match reviews. Dirty and Gross.

the location was convenient to the concert venue we were going to.

the hotel smelled like cigarettes, there was questionable white substance on the bed skirt, yellow stains on the side of the mattress, there was the a safe for belongings, at breakfast there was cereal but no milk, when I asked they said they didn’t have any. i grabbed an english muffin instead to find mold on it. the beds were far from comfortable felt like I was laying on a rock. and there was trash under our bed from another stay. I picked this place based on the decent reviews and it was completely the total opposite. the staff was friendly and the rubber duck in the bathroom was cute but thats really my only positive review about this place.

When we looked on your website it said the pet fee was $15. When we checked in they said it was $50. When we asked they said it had just been changed. We went with your hotel because it had a cheaper pet fee.

Stayed there for a Tech home game, clean room and comfortable bed.

Don't rely on breakfast at the hotel unless it is cereal. Coffee is awful.

The coffee is from a machine and is terrible. Breakfast was non existent as the eggs and breakfast meat was not refilled before the dining hours were over.

EXCELLENT STAY, WILL STAY AGAIN, GRETA WHEN TRAVELING WITH PETS!

I WAS VERY PLEASNTLY SURPISED BY OUR STAY HERE. WE STAYED AS A HALF WAY MARK ON OUR JOURNEY NORTH FORM FLORIDA. VERY CLEAN, 5 STARS! STAFF WAS FRIENDLY AND PROFESSIONAL. ROOM WAS EXCELLENT, BED WAS VERY COMPFORTABLE. I WILL STAY HERE AGAIN. EXCELLEN PLACE TO STAY WITH A DOG, LOTS OF AREAS TO EXCERSIES THEM ON A ROAD TRIP. POOL LOOKED VERY NICE. BREAKFAST WAS PROBABLY THE ONLY DOWN SIDE, ONLY A 3, IT WAS A HOT BREAKFAST, BUT THERE WASNT ANYTHING OUT WHEN WE ARRIVED TO THE LOBBY THAT WAS WARM. THEY COULD HAVE MONITORED THAT BETTER.

BREAFST COULD HAVE BEEN MONITORED BETTER. THERE WERE NO EGGS OR WARM FOOD LEFT AT 8.00AM? SEEMS STRANGE.

Absolutely nothing rudest people dirtiest place

Everything it smelt one of the cleaning ladies walked in my room the manager was rude the employees had no idea what they were doing they had spoiled food out there was mold in my room you name it if it could go wrong it was wrong that place should be shut down
