The room was spacious and well-suited for our family of six. The free breakfast was enjoyable, with the food remaining fresh and tasty even when we arrived 30 minutes before it ended. I would definitely stay there again.

As we randomly visit Miami this location is always our go to when it comes to feeling like we are at home. The customer service is always on point, plenty of parking, the amenities are always clean and convenient. Lots of great restaurants to choose from in the area, stop scrolling and book here.

Excellent hotel with one major exception. The pillows were the worse I have experienced in a hotel. Two dinky cheap pillows per occupant. Horrible nights rest. Nice hotel if you take your own pillows!

Staff was friendly. Room was big and clean. We got in quite late after a flight in from Nashville that was delayed. Breakfast was great.

Great location for visiting both the north and south sections of the Everglades. Front desk staff were friendly and helpful. Nice breakfast.

I love everything about this hotel, except the pillows. They deflate to paper thin and you don’t realize it until you hit the pillow and your head sinks. Two pillows are not even enough to keep a spine aligned. Not the 1st Hampton in the same state to notice this, but seems like a simple fix to make it perfect.

Due to numerous flight delays, we didn't arrive until after midnight. We were able to get checked in and in bed quickly though, no issues getting our room. The front desk attendant was super nice and welcoming. Our room was very spacious and we all got a good nights rest after our flight debacle. I would definitely stay here again.

We have stayed at this property many times and I can’t tag enough about all the staff they are amazing! They are all always extremely helpful and friendly. The fact that we see the same faces the last two years is great!!! James is the best and we look forward to our stay everytime we come to Miami

Our room is super clean and nice. Plenty of room for my son and I. The front desk staff members were very friendly when we checked in, and the property is well maintained and pretty.

The room was spacious with very comfortable beds and bedding. Great water pressure. Towels were good quality. Breakfast was among the very best. Lots of options and a varied menu day-to-day. The feel of updates (or newness) were everywhere. Fast elevators.
