Nice clean hotel. Staff were very helpful. We like staying in this location when were are flying or cruising out of Miami. Close to Major highways.

Problem with shower nozzle and electrical outlet by sink. Other than that it was clean, had a good breakfast and was very safe. Would stay again for sure. Great value for the price.

The staff was very helpful and friend very clean hotel the free breakfast and a restaurant/ bar was a plus it was located I the heart of everything rooms were sound proof and dark drapes so I could sleep late I was able to do my Landry I have nothing bad to say at alone got so good relaxing rest bed felt awesome will stay again if I travel that way again total happy with the choice I made to stay there a week

This hotel is not the spot to be at! False advertisement it was a whole hour from the Airport It wasn’t near anything my husband and I were in Mexico frfr… Nothing is in the area Miami Beach and the airport is far far away. There is nothing by the hotel.

it's a nice hotel but it didn't meet all my expectations. When I first arrived at the hotel front desk people wasn't friendly, we got to out our room so we unfolded the sofa bed but I realized the fitted sheet was dirty and had stains which is not good at all, the I call front desk to see if they could get me linen but they said we had to go downstairs and get it at the front desk. Towels was another issue they would only give you 4 jo more than that is ridiculous.

Yall need more staffing the bar lounge . The wait for food is soooo long . That poor man was mandrills and cooking. The food seemed to be microwave food that was overpriced.. I should have door dashed but we was hungry . Great spot for the cruisers tho. Just don’t go during spring break . The room must have been a default room the shower curtain/ glass was missing. I work hard for my money don’t play with me like that. Staff very friendly but they definitely need more people . I’m travel blogger so i will give a full review later

Very clean. Good breakfast. Felt more luxurious for the price. They had a pre check in that made it really fast to get into a room after a late arrival. I was worried about it being next to an airport but we didn’t hear a thing.

The employees were very attentive and courteous, all were bilingual. From the beginning they clarify that cleaning is done every third day, however, on the third day we left the room late and it was not cleaned even though we posted the announcement for it to be cleaned.

They never cleaned the room even after being asked. The shower did not work, and I had to clean the tub myself with my own products. After asking for the bathroom to be cleaned especially that the shower did not work

It’s a very nice hotel. Good location for quiet and safe, but not many places to walk to. The rooms were very nice, but one big problem was the shower being wide open, no door or curtain. It is by design, but doesn’t work very well, you can not avoid getting lots of water on the floor. I don’t understand. They need to fix that.

Nice hotel, beware this is not near Miami Airport. Quite a distance. We made that mistake. Otherwise good stay. Nice hotel.

Check in was not greeted with a smile but distain.
Room was fine and clean.
A/C made a constant high pitched whine that would go on and off all night.
Shower controls were janky, shower head leaked.
Towels were rough, not soft especially the hand towels.
The gym was in total disarray, most equipment non functional.
Breakfast was better than most and this I give high praise.

This stay was all about peace and thats exactly what the hotel gave. The front desk was extremely friendly and helpful. There buffet style breakfast was great fo getting my day started. I was told the cleaners comes every three days but she knocked on my door almost daily. Overall, it was a great experience and I will be returning.

It’s a good transient hotel. Free breakfast&parking was good perks since it’s rare in Miami.The air conditioner was extremely loud. It’s quite far from anything including the Miami Int Airport. It’s near an airport where private planes land so don’t book it thinking it’s near Miami Intl. Also There aren’t many dining options around. You are very isolated.

Stay was nice. Only 1 night before a cruise. The only bad thing is we arrived before noon, check in is noon. Room was available, but wanted to charge $25 to check in early. RIDICULOUS.

NOT by Miami International airport. About 20 minutes away and cost $60 by UBER. Should have a notification on Expedia site saying this is not by the International airport. How are we to know how many airports Miami has?? Difficult to get food after 10 pm. Staff not helpful. Breakfast was ok, a bunch of machines basically. Too much money for the basics.

Definitely a very good experience with my First time in this hotel. The staff was very friendly, the bed and pillows super comfortable, clean room, they have safety, micro, refrigerator and coffee machine and they have big diner place with an excellent hot breakfast with eggs, cheese, sausages, hash brown, waffles, fruit, bagels, great coffee, etc etc etc. The only thing I didn’t like so much was the shower’s crystal door is only half way, so must be very careful taking a shower otherwise the bathroom’s floor gets really wet

Room 601 has the loudest most annoying ac I have ever heard! Could not sleep. Area is to industrial. I guess for a 1 night pre cruise stay it’s just ok. Not worth what I paid!
