Очень хорошая, светлая, большая и уютная квартира. Рекоменду для семей или компаний.

Отличное расположение. Тихое, уютное место. Есть бесплатный паркинг прямо у дома. Квартира находится недалеко от трамвайной остановки, но при это тихо и спокойно. Большие комнаты. Три комнаты, в каждой из них есть две кровати, стол и шкаф для вещей. Чистая ванна и отдельны туалет. Большая и светлая кухня. Если вы отдыхаете с животными, то рядом с домом есть отличный небольшой участок для того, чтобы выгулять собаку. Очень рекомендую.

Ремонт в квартире не очень свежий, но это никак не помешало нам отлично отдохнуть и провести время с семьей. Не хватило замков на дверях, чтобы можно было закрыть двери в комнаты, но это не критично.

A very good option to stay in Vienna

The apartment fulfilled our needs in order to stay 2 nights in Vienna. The value for the price was very good. We had parking free only during the night, during the day we had to park our cars in a public parking nearby. The location is quiet far from the metro station, you have the option to take a bus or to walk. It was very quiet in the area.

Adequate for requirements

The property was as listed. Was adequate for a trip for 6 people. Good location. Ease of check in was great. Good communication from check Vienna.

The cleanliness was pretty poor. Multiple maintenance issues like lights hanging out of ceiling. Very old and tired property which could be updated cheaply.

Location

Dirt in all areas of the apartment, a can of a beer on the windows from the previous guests:(. Hairs in the bathroom, black dust on doors and in corners! It’ s a pity because the apartment is nice but the cleaner is irresponsible or blind :(
